以氨-硫酸铵体系浸出某异极矿型硅酸锌矿,考察了浸出剂浓度、NH3和(NH4)2SO4摩尔浓度比、液固比、时间、温度和搅拌速率等因素对异极矿中锌浸出率的影响,并分析了相应的浸出机理,得到的最佳实验条件为:总氨浓度8.5mol/L,NH3和(NH4)2SO4摩尔浓度比2:1,液固比20,反应温度45℃,搅拌速率250r/min,浸出时间1h。在最佳条件下。锌浸出率达93.84%。  相似文献

以铜冶炼烟灰碱浸渣为原料,研究氨-硫酸铵体系的 pH 值、总氨浓度、氨铵摩尔比、液固质量比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对铜冶炼烟灰碱浸渣中铜锌浸出的影响规律.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:总氨浓度为 5 mol/L、pH 值为 10、氨铵摩尔比为 2:1、液固质量比为 5:1,浸出温度为 70 ℃,浸出时间为 60 min.此条件下铜和锌浸出率分别为 90.6 %和 92.4 %.   相似文献

研究了采用NH3·H2O-(NH4)2CO3体系从低品位铅冰铜中加压氨浸分离铜锌,考察了氨水浓度、氧气压力、搅拌速度、碳酸铵浓度、温度、液固体积质量比和浸出时间对金属浸出率的影响。结果表明:在氨水浓度3.5 mol/L、氧气压力0.8 MPa、搅拌速度800 r/min、碳酸铵浓度1.5 mol/L、温度100℃、液固体积质量比6/1条件下浸出4 h,铜、锌浸出率分别为81.99%和70.20%,而铁、铅浸出率仅4.11%和1.78%,铜、锌得到选择性浸出。  相似文献

研究了用氢氧化钠从瓦斯灰中提取锌,考察了氢氧化钠浓度、固液质量体积比、浸出温度、反应时间及搅拌速度对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在初始氢氧化钠浓度为6mol/L、固液质量体积比1∶10、浸出温度80℃、反应时间60min、搅拌速度600r/min条件下,锌浸出率为63%。浸出反应动力学分析结果表明,锌浸出过程受扩散与化学反应混合控制。  相似文献

实验采用NH3-NH4+-H2O体系浸出电镀废渣中镍和铜,通过正交试验研究了总氨浓度、氨铵比、液固比、温度、浸出时间对浸出率的影响.结果表明,在总氨浓度为6 mol/L、氨铵比为1∶1、液固比为8∶1、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间3h的最优条件下,镍的浸出率可达到82%,铜的浸出率可达到95%.  相似文献

研究了采用氨浸法从铅锌废渣中回收锌,以及用溶剂蒸发法制备碱式碳酸锌,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、总氨浓度和液固体积质量比对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:影响锌浸出率的因素排序为液固体积质量比浸出时间浸出温度总氨浓度;在浸出温度30℃、浸出时间2 h、总氨浓度4 mol/L、液固体积质量比7 mL/g适宜条件下,锌浸出率为81.99%;所制备的碱式碳酸锌为无定形状态,化学式为Zn_5(CO_3)_2(OH)_6·2H_2O。  相似文献

Gokhan Orhan在实验室研究了用碱液浸出并结合湿法和有利于环境的冶金方法处理电弧炉烟尘以回收其中的锌和铅。最佳条件为:温度95℃,液固质量比7:1,氢氧化钠浓度10mol/L,浸出时间2h。在此条件下,锌回收率为85%,铅回收率为90%。在50℃下进一步净化浸出液以回收金属杂质(Pb,Cu,Cd等)和使其适合于碱性电解锌。沉淀过程受化学控制,活化能为26.7kJ/mol。  相似文献

研究了用氢氧化钠从湿法炼锌镍钴渣中回收锌、钴。基于单因素试验,揭示了锌、钴浸出行为,考察了反应时间、温度、氢氧化钠质量浓度和液固质量比对锌、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:用氢氧化钠浸出,在温度70℃、液固质量比10/1条件下,用质量浓度398 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸出镍钴渣0.5 h,锌、钴浸出率分别为93.5%和5.11%;浸出渣中锌、钴质量分数分别为4.80%和32.70%,锌、钴得到有效分离。  相似文献
