声表面波传感器中单端谐振器的匹配电路仿真   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
声表面波(SAW)传感器主要通过SAW延迟线及谐振器对各种物理量进行敏感。由于谐振器有很高的品质因数(Q),SAW谐振器特别适合无线无源测量。为了能有效地对无线信号进行应答,必须建立相应的匹配电路。基于SAW单端谐振器的等效电路,对单端谐振器的匹配电路进行仿真,并分析了匹配电路元件对谐振器频率特性的影响。仿真结果表明,在匹配电路中,电容对谐振频率的影响显著。  相似文献

回音壁模式(Whispering Gallery Mode,WGM)的光学谐振腔作为光学研究的重要工具具有广泛的应用前景。以超纯单晶氟化钙为材料加工了直径为5 mm,厚度为1 mm的CaF2盘型腔,并用化学机械抛光法对其进行了光学抛光,得到了粗糙度为纳米级别的CaF2盘型腔。搭建盘腔与锥形光纤的耦合测试平台测试所加工盘型腔的光学性能,测得在波长为1 550 nm时所加工的盘型腔的品质因数为2.1106。对CaF2盘型腔损耗机制进行了理论分析,提出了提高CaF2盘型腔品质因数的方法。  相似文献

基于微机械谐振器的硅振荡器是微波通信系统中的关键器件。制作了工作于径向体声学振动模态的微机械谐振器,通过分析微机械谐振器的电参数,并以此谐振器为基础进行振荡器的设计。针对圆盘形微机械谐振器工作过程中阻抗较大的问题,通过多级放大来补偿信号经过谐振器时引起的衰减和相位变化。振荡器包括两部分放大电路,基本振荡回路的多级放大保证振荡器正常起振,输出多级放大保证振荡器的输出达到一定的功率。所设计的振荡器阻抗44kΩ,振荡频率143.33MHz,为大阻抗条件下振荡器的设计提供一定的参考。  相似文献

In the present paper a time response of a quasi-optical open resonator when exciting it by a pulse signal with a radiofrequency filling has been investigated using an inverse Fourier transformation. The radiofrequency filling corresponds to millimeter wavelengths region. Fourier image of the time response of the resonator is calculated from a product of two frequency’s functions. One of these functions is the Fourier image of a pulse signal at the resonator input, and the second is a calculated or measured amplitude — phase characteristic of the resonator. When calculating the amplitude- phase characteristic of the resonator (a complex transfer coefficient) a plane — layered model of the resonator was used. Experimental investigation has been conducted in millimeter wavelengths with Fabry-Perot type open resonator. Amplitude- phase characteristic of the resonator were measured in “on passage“ regime in wide frequency band. It was shown that presence of weakly absorbing layer in the resonator leads to changing of the time response of the resonator. The obtained results can be used in the dielectric measurements, defectoscopy of stratiform materials, relaxometry, non-destructive control of materials and structures, etc.  相似文献

提出了一种全新的谐振器结构——非对称共地λ/4谐振器对。此谐振器对由一个λ/4 UIR谐振器和λ/4 SIR谐振器通过共用一个接地通孔组合而成。其中SIR谐振器工作于2.4 GHz与5.2 GHz频段,UIR谐振器工作于3.6 GHz频段,据此设计制作了一个四级三频带切比雪夫型滤波器并进行了测试和仿真。结果表明,该滤波器的测试结果与仿真符合良好。利用此谐振器对设计的滤波器不仅体积大大减小,而且每个通带的位置及其耦合特性都能够独立调谐。  相似文献

设计了一个工作频率在太赫兹大气传输第一窗口的硅基波导型微环谐振器。利用传输矩阵法和耦合模理论计算微环谐振器的传输函数,并对波导耦合系数进行分析,获得微环谐振器的临界耦合条件。采用时域有限差分法分析微环谐振器的性能参数,并与串联双环谐振器性能参数相比较。结果表明:单环谐振器的自由谱宽范围为27 GHz,插入损耗为0.3 dB。单环与双环谐振器的响应谱线形状因子分别为0.16和0.52,即串联双环谐振器使谐振谱线顶端更平坦,滚降度增高。Abstract:关键词:  相似文献

The electromagnetic characteristics of the shielded hemisphere dielectric resonator in 8-mm waveband were investigated experimentally. The utilization of a slotline for the excitation of whispering gallery modes in such resonator was suggested. It has been defined that the suggested excitation technique is efficient. It provides an opportunity to excite the high Q-factor higher order modes in shielded dielectric resonator without additional energy losses. It has been proved experimentally that the unloaded Q factor achieved in the resonator under investigation may exceed the threshold values, which are limited by the dissipative losses in the dielectric resonator material, due to the shift of the resonance field in the air gap between the metal and the dielectric resonator elements. It was demonstrated that the symmetry breakdown of the investigated resonator leads to a significant deterioration of its electromagnetic characteristics.  相似文献

建立了激光谐振腔往返传输矩阵,通过求解往返传输矩阵的特征值与特征向量,获得了激光谐振腔模式特征.该方法可以用于快速计算同阶贝塞耳函数的所有谐振腔模式和衍射损耗,其结果与Fox-Li数值迭代方式计算结果完全一致.分别就对称谐振腔往返传输矩阵的A2与单程传输矩阵A的特征值及特征向量之间的关系和物理意义,以及非对称谐振腔往返传输矩阵AB与BA的特征值及特征向量之间关系和物理意义进行了分析和讨论,建立了数学表达式,并可以通过改变传输矩阵来提高计算效率.分析了对称共焦腔离散单元数量对光腔模式计算结果的影响,建立了最佳离散单元数量与谐振腔镜片半径的关系表达式,并实现了大菲涅耳系数共焦腔模式的计算.  相似文献

该文在硅酸镓镧(LGS)声表面波(SAW)谐振器上沉积了不同厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜,研究了聚酰亚胺覆盖层对LGS声表面波谐振器的影响。结果表明,SAW谐振器表面沉积了聚酰亚胺薄膜后,器件的谐振频率向低频移动,且随着聚酰亚胺层厚度的增加,谐振器的谐振频率下降越大。SAW谐振器的一阶频率温度系数绝对值随着聚酰亚胺层厚度的增加而增大,且温度转变点向低温偏移。研究结果表明,覆盖聚酰亚胺层薄膜可以提高SAW谐振器的温度灵敏度,从而可应用于温度传感器中。  相似文献

利用宽角光束传输法(WA-BPM)对二氧化硅平面波导环形谐振腔进行了优化设计,详细分析了不同环形腔长度下,谐振腔清晰度与环形腔耦合器耦合系数的关系,并进一步分析了由光探测器散弹噪声所限制的谐振型光学陀螺极限灵敏度和环形腔光路参量之间的关系。在此基础上,在硅衬底上利用火焰水解化学掺GeO2的二氧化硅波导上制作成带输入/输出耦合器的环形谐振腔芯片。并通过实验测试了所研制的光波导环形谐振腔,其清晰度高达60,理论分析表明采用上述环形谐振腔研制的陀螺,其极限灵敏度可达1°/h。  相似文献

The design and fabrication of a closed loop (ring) resonator is described. The resonator was fabricated in phosphosilicate glass films deposited by chemical vapor deposition onto oxidized silicon substrates. A channel waveguide-to-channel waveguide tapered mode directional coupler was used to transfer light from the input channel to the ring. To our knowledge this is the first demonstration of the use of such a coupler for coupling between channel waveguides. An analysis is presented for power distribution in the channels of the coupler, for stored, reflected and transmitted powers in the resonator and for resonator finesse. Operation of the resonator was demonstrated experimentally and finesse values of less than 3, comparable to those published elsewhere in the literature, were obtained.  相似文献

针对一种喇曼型声表面波声光器件的设计需求,设计制作出一种能够满足喇曼-奈斯衍射要求的、低损耗、高Q值声表面波谐振器。利用耦合模(COM)理论仿真谐振器的性能,建立谐振器的COM模型,求解COM方程,提取出COM参数。利用COM软件仿真设计谐振器的结构参数,设计的谐振器中心频率为78.028MHz,Q值为10 428,插入损耗为-6.153dB。利用微加工技术加工制作出声表面波谐振器,用矢量网络分析仪对其性能进行测试,得到谐振器实际中心频率为78.34MHz,插入损耗为-11.273dB,Q值为6 465.7,该谐振器能够满足喇曼型声表面波声光器件的应用需求。  相似文献

This paper proposes a novel thin-film resonator structure, which combines the microstrip resonator and the coplanar resonator to form an integrated resonator. This resonator structure has an extremely compact size, as compared to the thin-film resonator structures from the literature, and its resonant frequency was shown theoretically to be less sensitive to, or even insensitive to, the thickness of the substrate. An eight-pole quasi-elliptic filter based on this novel resonator was designed. The exact filter layout was simulated and optimized by full-wave electromagnetic simulation using IE3D software. The full-wave simulated filter response was in good agreement with the theoretical filter response. A filter was fabricated on a double-sided YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7/ thin film epitaxially grown on a 2-in-diameter MgO wafer. The measured filter response showed a bandwidth of 1.5 MHz and a center frequency of 850.3 MHz at 78 K. The insertion loss at the passband center was 1 dB, corresponding to a filter Q of 28 000. Steep rejection slopes were obtained at the band edges and rejections reached over 70 dB in approximately 300 kHz from the passband edges. No pronounced changes were observed for input power levels between -20-0 dBm, indicating a relatively high power-handling capability of the filter.  相似文献

Electrodynamic characteristics of a half-disc shielded dielectric resonator operating in the 8-mm wavelength range have been investigated experimentally. A slot line was proposed for the excitation of whispering gallery modes in such resonator. It has been found out that the proposed excitation technique is effective and allows the high-Q oscillations of higher orders to be excited in a shielded dielectric resonator without additional energy losses. This work is a proof of concept that a monolithic CMOS surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator can function as an RF oscillator. The design of the oscillator includes the measurement characteristics of the CMOS SAW resonator, its matching networks, and RF amplifier is described. The integrated SAW resonator, with its operating frequency controlled by the spacing of its transducers was fabricated using a combination of CMOS plus post-CMOS processes. Based on the operation and performance of the SAW resonators, an equivalent circuit model of the CMOS SAW resonator was developed. A series resonant oscillator design was simulated using Microwave OfficeTM. The designed matching network improves both the insertion losses and the phase slope of the resonator, while the RF amplifier provides sufficient gain to ensure oscillation. Measurements conducted on the RF-CMOS SAW oscillator demonstrated oscillation at 600 MHz.  相似文献
