针对金属棒料传统下料工艺存在“快而不平”、“平而不快”、材料利用率低、能耗高等问题,提出了一种综合利用预制环形槽缺口效应、微裂纹及宏观裂纹裂尖应力集中效应与裂纹控制技术的新型棒料气动式可控旋弯致裂精密下料工艺。基于该下料方法的工作原理,并结合多向径向锻机与机械式锻冲下料机工作原理,研制了相应的下料实验系统,采用PLC集中控制技术,对下料系统的气动系统输出压力和流量进行连续可变调节,实现了下料过程中下料载荷历程的稳定输入,结合所提出的“恒应力强度因子幅”下料载荷控制策略,完成了不同材质金属棒料的下料实验。实验结果表明,研制的新型棒料下料系统能对相同直径、不同材质的金属棒料进行有效下料,所得坯料质量较高,可满足后续精密塑性成形加工要求。 相似文献

针对金属棒料精密下料问题,提出一种基于疲劳断裂的新型低应力致裂下料方法。基于旋转弯曲疲劳下料与弯曲折断下料的原理,研制相应的精密下料试验平台,并利用人为预制环状缺口的应力集中效应,通过可编程逻辑控制技术调节金属棒料的旋转速度与液压缸的输出压力,实现了金属棒料的精密下料。利用不同的工艺参数以及载荷控制曲线对304不锈钢棒料进行下料试验,获得理想的坯料断面。试验结果表明,在下降压力控制载荷曲线与旋转速度为30 r·min^(-1)的工艺参数下,304不锈钢坯料断面的凸起高度为0.765 mm、凹陷深度为0.209 mm,所获得的坯料断面能够在锻造行业中直接应用。 相似文献

针对传统棒料剪切设备存在的较差的断面剪切质量和较低的剪切效率、材料利用率,分析影响坯料剪切断面质量的主要原因,研究径向夹紧和高速剪切组合的棒料精密剪切下料工艺。同时设计棒料精密剪切设备,对设备的原理、结构和控制系统进行了分析。结果表明:开发的精密棒料剪切设备,剪切后坯料的断面倾斜度、椭圆度和粗糙度明显小于普通剪切,获得了较高的断面剪切质量、效率和材料利用率。 相似文献

Vibration cropping is a new approach of low-stress manufacturing technique. Vibration cropping machine is a main component of cropping system and directly affects the manufacturing quality. After the working principle of vibration cropping is explained, the analytical, numerical and experimental methods are, respectively, applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics of low-stress vibration cropping machine. Firstly, the motion equation of the cropping machine is derived theoretically based on the kinematics of mechanism, and the mode frequencies and the mode shapes are obtained. In order to assess the computational accuracy, the calculation error is analyzed and the calculation error model is constructed. As a result, the calculation error 2% is confirmed. Secondly, the finite element analysis is used to verify the correctness of the computational result. Analysis shows that the analytical result is in good agreement with the numerical result. Thus, the dynamic characteristics of vibration cropping machine are obtained completely and the reasonable cropping frequency is determined. In this paper, different methods to implement brittle precision cropping of metal materials are discussed in an all-around way. On this basis, a new kind of brittle precision cropping method, called low impact stress cropping method (LISC), is developed. Taking advantage of the effects of notch and speed, this method, in the sensitive stress state established by an appropriate way of loading, can make the material separate quickly and regularly. It has the advantages of being high in efficiency and accuracy, low in energy consumption and easy to use in production. It can be used directly in precision billet production for cold-extrusion, etc. This method, from a general point of view, opens a new technical branch for engineering application of fracture mechanics. This paper presents a new method for volumetric verification of machine tools. Beyond the consideration of a particular machine, a general verification methodology is presented based on the type of machine to verify the number and movement of axes and different techniques that can be used.A scheme and kinematic model with the inclusion of the measurement system depending on the kinematics of the machine are presented. The model describes the geometry and kinematics of a real milling machine based on a parametric synthetic data generator, which generates a test with known geometric errors and noise to enable a study of different optimisation techniques and models.Similarly, different errors identification techniques and volumetric verification models are presented and analysed.The paper shows the improvement that occurs in verification by considering optimisation phases, the appropriateness of using new techniques of feedback, and the influence of optimisation parameters. Chebyshev polynomials and its characteristics are presented, as well as a regression function for the new verification model. The new developed technique allows the characterisation of the different errors in the whole workspace of the machine and in less time than direct verification methods. 相似文献
