氢氧火箭发动机试验准备过程中,要对发动机紧急关机程序进行测试.测试时需要使用频率、毫伏级电压和高/低电平等多种信号源,模拟加载发动机异常状态下的传感器信号.为解决传统方法需要设备多、操作烦琐的问题,设计了一台可自动同时输出12路紧急关机测试信号的信号源.使用DDS芯片AD9851输出频率可调的正弦波信号;使用DAC8554输出精确电压小信号,并利用精密电阻分压获得了更高的分辨力和更低的输出电压;使用三极管输出高/低电平信号.以STM32为主控制器,结合串口屏设计了输出控制和人机交互界面程序.经校准,信号源输出频率信号的精度为0.02%,电压小信号设置精准度不超过0.2 mV,适用于多种型号氢氧发动机试验,可有效提高试验准备效率和自动化水平. 相似文献

海量天体光谱数据的自动分类是大型观测计划项目中急需解决的重要问题之一.本文设计一种基于覆盖算法的天体光谱自动分类方法.首先对训练样本进行训练,得到各类样本的支撑点(代表点),然后在分类时只需计算待分类样本到各类支撑点的距离,并将与之最近的支撑点所在的类别作为待分类样本的类别.通过对正常星系、正常恒星、星暴星系和活动星系核的模拟和实测光谱进行分类实验,并与SVM分类方法进行比较,结果表明本文方法具有训练速度快、分类准确率高等特点.因此,本文的自动分类算法对大型观测计划所获得的海量天体光谱数据处理有着重要的意义. 相似文献

Natural gas, one of the cleanest, most efficient and useful of all energy sources, is a vital component of the world’s supply of energy. To make natural gas more convenient for storage and transportation, it is refined and condensed into a liquid called liquefied natural gas (LNG). In a LNG site, safety is a long-team and critical issue. The emergency shutdown (ESD) system in the LNG receiving terminal is used to automatically stop the pumps and isolate the leakage section. Fault-tree analysis (FTA) has been widely used for providing logical functional relationships among subsystems and components of a system and identifying the root causes of the undesired failures in a system. In the conventional FTA for the ESD system, we usually assume that exact failure probabilities of events are collected. However, in most real applications, first, the FTA for the ESD system needs to be made at a early design or manufacturing stage, certain new components normally used without failure data; secondly, sometimes the environmental change in the system during the operation periods. This makes more difficult to gather past exact failures data for the FTA. To complete the FTA of the ESD system under these uncertain situations, we apply the intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS) theory to the FTA. We generate the intuitionistic fuzzy fault-tree interval, and the intuitionistic fuzzy reliability interval for the ESD system. We also present an algorithm to find the critical components in the system based on IFS–FTA and determine weak paths in the ESD system, where the key improvement must be made. 相似文献

In this article, an automatic test system will be presented, which is based on LabVIEW and compatible with the general hardware platform. It aims at improving the test accuracy and efficiency of power characteristics of high‐power broadband traveling wave tubes. The key point is to demonstrate how to creatively solve the contradiction between accuracy and time in the test of saturation characteristic via self‐adaptive change of power step and how to implement the high‐precision test of fixed power characteristics via dichotomy. In order to further improve the test accuracy and practicability, input power verification is designed in the software to eliminate the adverse effects of the preamplifier, and compensation data management mechanism is used to help users obtain more accurate power characteristics of the tested broadband traveling wave tube. In addition, multi‐level software protection for helix current is designed, apart from hardware protection of power supply, with the purpose to level up system security. Finally, the reliability and practicability of the automatic test system are verified by data comparison and data analysis, and the automatic system can vastly improve the measurement efficiency of power characteristics in the productive process of broadband traveling wave tubes. 相似文献

This paper introduces a method for fault-masking and system reconfiguration in power transmission systems. The paper demonstrates how faults are handled by reconfiguring remaining controls through utilisation of wide-area measurement in real time. It is shown how reconfiguration can be obtained using a virtual actuator concept, which covers Lure-type systems. The paper shows the steps needed to calculate a virtual actuator, which relies on the solution of a linear matrix inequality. The solution is shown to work with existing controls by adding a compensation signal. Simulation results of a benchmark system show ability of the reconfiguration to maintain stability. 相似文献

This research extends our previous investigation of the automation of the preliminary design stage to the layout design stage of the cooling system design process. While the functional aspects of the cooling system are considered during the preliminary design stage, the layout design stage addresses both the functionality and manufacturability of the design. A graph structure is devised to capture a given preliminary design and a graph traversal algorithm is developed to generate candidate cooling circuits from the graph structure. Heuristic search is employed to develop the cooling circuits into the layout designs by generation of tentative manufacturing plans. A framework for fuzzy evaluation of the layout designs is developed to rate the various design alternatives generated. An experimental system is implemented to verify the feasibility of the approach, and examples generated from the system are presented to illustrate the major steps of the automatic design process. 相似文献
