为强化DC/DC变换技术的实践教学,基于多绕组变压器和反激电路原理,开发一套DC/DC变换器教学系统。设计变换器的拓扑结构,分析工作原理及控制策略,计算变换器系统参数,建立数字仿真模型,设计变换器主电路、输出电压采样电路、开关管驱动电路等来搭建变换器实验平台。实验教学应用表明,该变换器实现宽输入/输出电压范围功能的同时,能够提高学生的电力电子技术综合实践能力。 相似文献

摘要:由于双向DC/DC变换器在储能逆变系统中承担能量双向流动任务,因此,系统能量管理关键是对变换器控制策略进行有效选择。针对双闭环控制策略在双向DC/DC变换器动态性能、谐波抑制和抗干扰能力等方面的不足,提出了一种鲁棒反演滑模控制策略,建立了锂离子电池PNGV等效电路模型,搭建双重化双向DC/DC变换器主电路,最终利用实验平台对锂离子电池组在两种控制策略下的充放电情况进行对比分析,同时对鲁棒反演滑模控制策略下输入电压大幅扰动进行了研究。实验和仿真验证了所提出方法的有效性,在锂离子电池组充放电控制上鲁棒反演滑模控制策略相对于双闭环控制策略更具有优势,且该控制策略对于提高蓄电池的充放电效率具有普遍性。 相似文献

为抑制直流微网母线电压二次纹波,文中提出了一种直流有源滤波器集中补偿自寻优策略。在双向DC/DC变换器电压/电流双闭环控制的基础上,加入直流母线电压纹波控制,通过引入带通滤波器消除了传统控制方法中采用低通滤波器提取纹波时所产生的相位滞后问题。采用迭代自寻优方法获取重要控制参数阻抗系数K,实现直流有源滤波器对直流母线电压纹波变化的实时跟踪和集中补偿。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了含互联接口变流器、分布式电源、直流负荷、由DC/AC变流器接入的交流负荷以及直流有源滤波器的直流微网模型,建立了相应的实验平台。仿真和实验结果均验证了所提控制策略的有效性。 相似文献

文中提出一种基于MSK4351芯片的伺服无刷直流电机驱动系统设计方案。该方案描述了控制电路、功率驱动电路、电流检测电路及泵升制动电路的详细设计以及控制答件结构。采用双极性PWM控制策略解决系统灵敏度较低等问题,设计电流环提高系统动态性能。新型功率驱动模块的使用实现了驱动强电与控制弱电完全隔离,实验证明该驱动器在驱动无刷直流电机时有较高的运行精度和可靠性能。 相似文献

Application of electrically peaking hybrid (ELPH) propulsion systemto a full-size passenger car with simulated design verification 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An electrically peaking hybrid electric (ELPH) propulsion system is being developed that has a parallel configuration. A small engine is used to supply power approximately equal to the average load power. The operation of the engine is managed by a vehicle controller and an engine controller such that the engine always operates with nearly full load-the optimal fuel economy operation. An induction motor is used to supply the peaking power required by the electrically peaking load. The motor can also absorb the excess power of the engine while the load power is less than the peak. This power, along with the regenerative braking power, can be used to charge the batteries on board to maintain the battery state-of-charge (SOC) at a reasonable level. With the electrically peaking principle, two control strategies for the drive train have been developed. One is called maximum battery SOC control strategy, by which the engine and electric motor are controlled so that the battery SOC is maintained at its top level as much as possible. This control strategy may be used in urban driving in which accelerating and decelerating driving is common and high-battery SOC is absolutely important for normal driving. The other control strategy is called engine turn-on and turn-off control by which the engine is controlled to operate in a turn-on and turn-off manner. This control strategy may be used in highway driving. A new integrated magnetic full wave DC/DC power converter that provides flexible transformer design by incorporating an independent output inductor winding is introduced. The transformer is implemented on a traditional three-leg magnetic core. The inductor winding can be separately designed to control the output current ripple. The cross-sectional area of the inductor core leg can be reduced dramatically. The operation and performance of the proposed circuit are verified on a 100 W prototype converter. 相似文献
