采用动态硫化法制备了SBR/EVA热塑性弹性体(简称:SE弹性体),并对其力学性能及微观相态结构进行了研究.结果表明:在实验范围内,SE弹性体呈现出典型弹性体软而韧的应力-应变行为;当SBR/EVA共混比在70/30~60/40之间时,SE弹性体表现出良好的综合性能.显微镜照片表明:SE弹性体拉伸断面较平滑;SBR粒状物平均尺寸为10μm左右,较均匀地分散在EVA基体中.  相似文献

采用动态硫化法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/氯化聚乙烯(CM)热塑性弹性体(TPE),并对其力学性能和微观相结构进行了研究。结果表明,动态硫化PVC/CM型TPE的拉伸强度及撕裂强度均随PVC含量的增加而提高,当PVC质量分数低于40%时,其应力-应变曲线呈现出典型的弹性体特征;PVC/CM的共混比为60/40时,所制备的TPE表现出了良好的综合性能;CM分散相粒径在10μm以下且较均匀地分散于PVC基体中。  相似文献

采用动态硫化法制备了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/乙烯一醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),对其力学性能和动态粘弹行为进行了研究。结果表明:在实验范围内,动态硫化CM/EVATPV呈现出典型弹性体软而韧的应力一应变行为,当CM/EVA的共混质量比在80/20~60/40之间时,所制备的低硬度TPV表现出了良好的综合性能。橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)的研究表明,随着扫描频率的增加,CM/EVATPV的储能模量呈线性增长趋势,损耗因子则呈下降趋势;随着应变的增加,TPV表现出明显Payne效应,储能模量发生大幅度下降,损耗因子在应变大于10.O%后急剧增加。  相似文献

A new type of thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) that is resistant to hot oil, high temperature, and aging was prepared using acrylate elastomer (ACM) and polyoxymethylene (POM) as raw materials. The phase transition process and micromorphology development of the blends with the change of dynamic vulcanization (DV) time, and to illustrate the effects of the phase transition and the degree of elastomer phase crosslinking on the macroscopic properties of TPV were investigated. It was shown that ACM crosslinking occurs continuously during 0–8 min of DV, whereas the phase inversion process occurs predominantly during 0–3 min. In contrast, the cross-section of the blends after phase inversion is flat, The constant elongation stress under small deformation, hardness, and permanent deformation after break are reduced, and the elongation at break, nonrelaxable modulus, and aging resistance are improved. The increase in the degree of vulcanization of the ACM phase resulted in a significant increase in the modulus of the blends under large deformation, an increase in the nonrelaxable modulus and relaxable modulus, an increase in the aging resistance, and a decrease in the elongation at tear were observed.  相似文献

采用动态硫化技术制备了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚酰胺(PA)热塑性弹性体,研究了增容剂种类及用量、硫化体系及其用量、加料顺序、PA用量对其性能的影响,用扫描电镜分析了其相态结构。结果表明,用13份(质量份,下同)的氯化聚乙烯作为增容剂时,对该共混体系的增容效果最好;硫黄硫化体系是EPDM/PA热塑性弹性体的最佳硫化剂,当硫黄用量为2份时,既保证了该热塑性弹性体中的橡胶相能充分交联,又可避免过硫化对产品性能造成的负面影响;PA用量为35份的EPDM/PA热塑性弹性体具有良好的力学性能、耐溶剂性能和耐热老化性能;EPDM以平均粒径为2~5μm的粒子形态均匀分布于PA连续相中。  相似文献

The structure development, rheological behavior, and viscoelastic properties of carbon black‐filled dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers based on the ethylene–propylene–diene terpolymer (EPDM) and polypropylene (PP) with the ratio range of 50/50 to 80/20 were studied and compared with similar but unfilled samples. Two‐phase morphology was observed at all ratios for the dynamically cured samples in which rubber particles are dispersed in the thermoplastic matrix. Carbon black distribution in each phase and damping behavior was found to be dependent upon the mixing condition and route of carbon black feeding. However, carbon black tends to stay mainly in the rubber phase, which leads to increase in the viscosity difference and, therefore, increase in the rubber particle size. Thermoplastic elastomers from blends of high‐density polyethylene and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber were prepared by a melt‐blending technique. The blends were dynamically vulcanized using sulfur, peroxide, and mixed curing systems. The peroxide concentration was varied to obtain samples of varying degrees of crosslinking. The peroxide system showed better mechanical properties. The crosslink density determination by the equilibrium swelling method revealed that the enhancement in properties can be correlated to the extent of crosslinking. It is observed that the effect of dynamic vulcanization on the property improvement is much more pronounced in rubber‐rich blends. To study the effect of filler incorporation on mechanical properties, fillers such as carbon black, silica, silane‐treated silica, and cork‐filled samples were prepared. All filled systems, except cork filled, exhibited superior mechanical properties. Scanning electron micrographs of selected fractured surfaces were analyzed to study the failure mechanism of the different compositions. Various theoretical models were applied to correlate the observed mechanical behavior with that of theoretically predicted values. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用动态硫化法制备了丁腈橡胶/尼龙6热塑性弹性体(NBR/PA 6 TPV),考察了硫化体系、羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)以及增塑剂高密度氧化聚乙烯蜡(AC-316 A)和正丁基苯磺酰胺(BBSA)对TPV硫化特性、力学性能和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,以促进剂HVA-2/促进剂DM为硫化体系,动态硫化过程体系黏度的变化比以酚醛树脂/SnCl2为硫化体系时更平稳;但用后者制备TPV,其撕裂强度和扯断伸长率等力学性能更优,PA 6的结晶度更低。XNBR能对NBR和PA 6起到增容作用,当XNBR与NBR的质量比为10/90时,TPV的力学性能最好,NBR在PA 6中分散得最均匀。AC-316 A和BBSA都能对TPV起到增塑作用,随其用量的增加,体系黏度降低。  相似文献
