镁合金因其密度小、比性能好、减震性能好、电磁屏蔽性好等优异性能,在航空航天、电子产品、汽车行业等有着良好的应用前景。目前镁合金还没有投入大规模工业化生产,主要原因之一就是镁合金塑性变形能力差,难以成形为复杂形状的部件。超塑性成形为这一问题的解决提供了可能,因此镁合金超塑性的研究受到了广泛重视。综述了近年来国内外Mg-Al系、Mg-Zn系、Mg-Li系和Mg-Gd系镁合金超塑性研究进展,发现不同体系的镁合金经过不同的处理方法,在理想条件下的超塑性伸长率均能达到400%以上,表现出优异的超塑性,最后对今后进一步的发展方向作出了展望。 相似文献

A rapidly solidified Al-17Si alloy was pre-pared by the ultrasonic gas atomization andextrusion method.Its superplasticity was studiedunder constant cross-head speed tensile test condi-tion over the temperature range of 450℃ to 550℃and strain rate range of 1.67×10~(-4) to 6.17×10~(-2) s~(-1).The superplastic behaviour of theas-extruded and the thermomechanically treatedsamples was compared.It was found that thethermomechanical treatment was essential toachieving superplastic deformation.A maximumelongation of 445% was obtained at test tempera-ture of 550℃ and strain rate of 6.17×10~(-4) s~(-1).The microstructures before and after deformationwere studied using OM,SEM and TEM.Void for-mation on the primary Si phase interfaces wasfound to have detrimental effect on superplasticity.It was also noted that the primary Si phasecoarsened rapidly during superplastic deformation.The micromechanisms of superplasticity,phasecoarsening and void formation were discussed. 相似文献

A brief review of recent research and development activities on light weight Mg alloys at the Center for Advanced Aerospace Materials (CAAM) is reported. Current research projects include various fields such as: (i) development of high strength/ductility Mg alloys; (ii) improvement in corrosion resistant of Mg alloys; (iii) semisolid state processing of Mg alloys and (iv) development of ultralight Mg alloys. For commercial utilization of Mg alloy parts, several problems, such as melting/casting, corrosion and recycling, have to be tackled. 为优化电解液组分,提高耐蚀性能,利用正交试验法对镁合金微弧氧化电解液配方进行了优化,得出镁合金微弧氧化新型绿色电解液的最佳配方:1.10 mol/L NaOH,0.04 mol/L碱金属硅酸盐,0.50mol/L碱金属含氧酸盐或1.10 mol/L NaOH,0.04 mol/L碱金属硅酸盐,0.30 mol/L碱金属合氧酸盐,并详细分析了电解液中各组分对微弧氧化陶瓷膜腐蚀防护性能的影响. 相似文献

通过透射电镜组织观察及动态拉伸试验,研究了一种RSPAl-Li合金的显微组织及其在合金中所起的作用。结果表明,快速凝固方法显著细化了Al-Li合金的晶粒,可起到细晶强化和缩短性变形时位错共面滑移距离的作用。δ’(Al3Li)相是合金中的主要强化相,晶粒细化对δ’相的析出没有影响。β’(Al3Zr)相在合金的热加工过程中形成,可起到阻止晶粒长大和分散共面滑移的作用。合金易于形成晶界无析出带易成连续的 相似文献

For the first time AZ91 (MgAl9Zn1) and AM60 (MgAl6) Mg alloy foams with homogeneous pore structures were prepared successfully via melt foaming method using CaCO3 as blowing agent. It is revealed that the blowing gas to foam the melt is not CO2 but CO, which comes from liquid-solid reaction between Mg melt. The reaction temperature is more than 100℃ lower than CaCO3 decomposition, which makes Mg alloy melts foam into cellular structure much more easily in the temperature range from 690℃ to 750℃. 相似文献
