碳纳米管具有管径小、长径比高的结构以及物理化学性能稳定等优良特性,被认为是真空冷阴极场发射电子源和场发射平板显示理想的阴极材料。加之碳纳米管兼具有机械强度高、韧性好等出众的力学性能,使其成为复合材料的理想添加相,将其与其他材料复合,可以制备出具有更加出众性能的复合材料。近年来有关碳纳米管及其复合材料场发射研究已成为一个备受关注的热点。概述了阴极场发射理论以及与碳纳米管场发射相关的几种场发射物理机制,介绍了碳纳米管复合场发射阴极的研究现状及制备方法,最后对碳纳米管复合阴极场发射的发展前景进行了展望。 相似文献

碳纳米管(CNT)是理想的场发射阴极材料.本文分析了CNT的长度、直径以及排列密度与CNT阴极场增强因子的关系,研究了大面积CNT场发射阴极的丝网制备技术,包括CNT浆料配制、阴极电极的制作、阴极烧制方法和表面处理方法.文中实际制备了CNT阴极,利用二极管结构测试了对其表面处理前后的场发射性能.实验结果证明,采用本文所研究的制备技术能够印制高性能的场发射CNT阴极,该研究为制备大面积CNT阴极阵列提供了技术基础. 相似文献

利用传统的电泳方法,在玻璃基片上成功地制备了场发射用碳纳米管阴极薄膜.用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱观察了薄膜的形貌和结构,并测试了所制备的薄膜阴极的场发射特性.实验结果表明在玻璃的银浆导电层上沉积了一层较薄而均匀的碳纳米管膜,其场发射特性与丝网印刷工艺制备的阴极有相似甚至更佳的性能,具有更好的发射均匀性.采用电泳方法制备场发射阴极具有简单易行,成本低廉等优势,可以避免丝网印刷工艺带来的有机杂质污染和发射不均匀等问题. 相似文献

The characteristics of field electron emission (FE) from aligned carbon nanotubes (ACNTs) in a form of film, which were catalytically grown by plasma-enhanced hot filament chemical vapor deposition, were measured for many cycles. The results indicate that the FE characteristic for every measurement cycle is different and it follows the Fowler–Nordheim model in the low field region, but it deviates from the model in the high field region. The ACNTs were investigated by energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and the EDX spectrum shows that oxygen is adsorbed on the ACNTs. The theory related to adsorption and space-charge effect was applied to analyze the experimental results. 相似文献

Flexible field emission of nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes/reduced graphene hybrid films 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The outstanding flexible field emission properties of carbon hybrid films made of vertically aligned N-doped carbon nanotubes grown on mechanically compliant reduced graphene films are demonstrated. The bottom-reduced graphene film substrate enables the conformal coating of the hybrid film on flexible device geometry and ensures robust mechanical and electrical contact even in a highly deformed state. The field emission properties are precisely examined in terms of the control of the bending radius, the N-doping level, and the length or wall-number of the carbon nanotubes and analyzed with electric field simulations. This high-performance flexible carbon field emitter is potentially useful for diverse, flexible field emission devices. 相似文献

为了克服用Fe(NO3)3、Mg(NO3)2体系催化剂自由生长出的碳纳米管缠绕程度较严重,分布不均匀的缺点,采用丝网印刷催化剂的方法将其印刷在石英、硅和钛三种不同的基底上,结果表明,在石英基底上,用CVD法制备的碳纳米管分布较均匀,有效地克服了团聚现象,并用其作为场发射的阴极进行场发射实验,实验表明,该阴极开启场为2.2V/μm,在电场强度为3.0V/μm下,阳极电流为46.6uA,场发射电流稳定,波动小于5%。该阴极可望应用于场致发射显示器、液晶显示的背光源、照明光源等器件。 相似文献

For carbon layers with very long and sparse nanotubes (nanofilaments) field electron emission at very low average electric field was observed. Field emission current of 10 µA was obtained at the average electric field Eav=0.16 V/µm and the value of the field amplification coefficient β reached 45,000. At high emission currents (exceeding 30-50 µA) one or several luminous nanotubes (nanofilaments) heated by the emission cuurent have been observed in the gap between the sample and the anode. 相似文献
