Summary The interaction of -cyclodextrin(-CD) with sodium 1-pyrenesulfonate(PS) was studied spectrophotometrically. -CD was found to cause much larger decrease in the absorption maxima of PS than -CD. The fluorescence spectra of PS in the presence of -CD showed excimer emission, while those of PS with -CD showed only monomer emission, indicating that -CD forms 12 (-CDPS) complexes in which two PS molecules are included in the -CD cavity in a face-to-face fashion. The binding isotherm showed a sigmoidal curve. The association constants were estimated by computer simulation of the binding curve. The 12 (CDPS) complex was found to be much more stable (K=106 M–1) than the 11 complex (K=1 M–1). At high concentration of -CD another -CD cooperates in binding two PS molecules, resulting in the formation of a 22 complex.  相似文献

Summary Molecular motions of elastomers under deformations were observed through dynamic mechanical measurements. Composite master curves of dynamic moduli E and E and loss tangent tan over a wide range of frequency and in a state of elongation were obtained by the time-temperature superposition procedure. It is found that both moduli increase with strain, . The slope of the dispersion curve of E become more gradual with the increase in , while that of E is almost unchanged. The increment of E is generally larger than that of E, which does not agree with the N. W. Tschoegl prediction, E * ()=f() E o * (), where E * () and E o * () are complex moduli at the strain of and O, respectively, and f() is the function of only . The difference in the strain dependence of E from E was found to correspond to the strain dependence of the equilibrium modulus.  相似文献

An octakis (3-O-butyryl-2,6-di-O-pentyl)--cyclodextrin capillary gas chromatographic column was used to determine the optical purity of seven different -lactones, having substituents in - or -position, and DL-lactide. The resolving power varied from one lactone to another. The optical purity values determined by GC were in agreement with those obtained from NMR spectroscopy or optical rotation.  相似文献

Nylon-6-polyisobutylene-nylon-6 triblock copolymers have been synthesized by converting telechelic polyisobutylene diols to , -diisocyanate polyisobutylenes and using these macroactivators, in conjunction with strong base, to induce the subsequent anionic polymerization of -caprolactam. Pure block copolymer was obtained by suitable sequential extraction. Products were characterized by composition, molecular weight and DSC.  相似文献

New metal-containing vinyl monomers, hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-carboxy cyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl phenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate and hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-ferrocenoyl phenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate, and the corresponding homopolymers and random copolymers with hydroxy monomer hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate were synthesized. The compounds were characterized by1H NMR; their thermal behavior was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry. Monomers and polymers containing the ferrocene unit melt at lower temperatures than those derived from the cyclopentadienyl managanese tricarbonyl moiety. The melting temperatures of the monomers and polymers ranged from 399 to about 515 K, Both monomers and polymers failed to exhibit mesogenic behavior. Values ofM n,M w,M w/M n, and degree of polymerization were obtained by gel permeation chromatography. TheM n ranged from 16,500 for the copolymer containing hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-ferrocenoyl phenyl)phenyl] benzoyloxy}methacrylate and hydroxy monomer hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate at a 1:3 ratio to 26,000 for the copolymer containing hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-carboxy cyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl phenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate and hydroxy monomer hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate at a 1:3 ratio.M w/M n ranged from 1.6 in the case of the copolymer containing hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-carboxy cyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl phenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate and hydroxy monomer hexyl-6-oxy-{4-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate at a 1:3 ratio to 2.2 in the case of poly(hexyl-6-oxy{4-[4-(4-carboxy cyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl phenyl)phenyl]benzoyloxy}methacrylate).  相似文献

The physico-chemical properties of passivated -Mo2N have been investigated. The material showed high activities for NO direct decomposition: nearly 100% NO conversion and 95% N2 selectivity were achieved at 450C. The amount of O2 taken up by -Mo2N increased with temperature rise and reached 3133.9 molg–1 at 450C; we conclude that there formation of Mo2OxNy occurred. This oxygen-saturated -Mo2N material was catalytically active: NO conversion and N2 selectivity were 89 and 92% at 450C. We found that by means of H2 reduction at 450C, Mo2OxNy could be reduced back to -Mo2N and the oxidation/reduction cycle is repeatable; such a behaviour and the high oxygen capacity (3133.9 molg–1) of -Mo2N suggest that -Mo2N is a promising catalytic material for automobile exhaust purification.  相似文献

Isomerization reactions of n-heptane, n-octane and n-nonane are studied on sulphated-zirconia-supported 0.2 wt% Pt, Pd or Ir catalysts. Evolutions of isomer selectivity versus total conversion and reaction temperatures are analysed. When total conversion (T) is increased, isomer selectivity (%S isom) is decreased and the slope of the curve %S isom=f(T) is more pronounced when the carbon number in the alkane is more important. At isoconversion, around 20%, below 473 K, cracking is favoured over isomerization reaction, and above 473 K it is the reverse. Moreover, with n-heptane, when the catalytic reaction occurred at 423 K and at low conversion, T20%, we observed a large decrease in the isomer selectivity percentages on Pd/SZ and Ir/SZ compared to Pt/SZ. What is remarkable is that, at this low temperature, both metals are inactive in the carbon–carbon bond rupture. To explain these results the following points are raised: (i) an associative mechanism is proposed for the adsorption step of the alkane involving an agostic intermediate species where the carbon–hydrogen bonds act as ligands to the transition metal centres forming covalent C–HM systems, and (ii) a metal–proton adduct site, which gathers metallic and acidic sites is suggested. This approach seems to better explain our results than the traditional bifunctional mechanism.  相似文献

Three-arm star polyisobutylene ionomers (¯Mn=8800) with terminal SO3 M (M=K or Ca2) groups were synthesized and their mechanical properties investigated. Compression molded films displayed high elongations, i.e., -1000% for Ca2 ionomers with lower values for the K counterions. Strain induced crystallinity was observed at higher elongations. Stabilization of -alumina phase by silica was studied in nanocomposite (diphasic) alumina-silica gels by XRD and BET surface areas measurements. Five wt.% of silica (22 nm particles) increased the crystallization temperature of to -alumina by about 100°C from boehmite (10 nm particles) derived alumina. Stabilization of -alumina was caused by the formation of intimate contact (Al-O-Si) between components by diffusion of silica into the defect alumina structure.Also with the Department of Agronomy.  相似文献

For characterization of the surface structure of metallic copper formed on the support, temperature programmed oxidation (TPO) with N2O was carried out over various Cu/ZnO catalysts. Four peaks of the N2 formation (, , and ) were observed at 223, 400, 545 and 600 K in the TPO runs. The average copper crystallite size estimated from the sum of the amount of - and -peaks agreed fairly with those determined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. It was concluded that - and -peaks resulted from the oxidation of metallic copper atoms on the steps, corners and/ or defect sites, and on the flat sites of the surface of copper crystallites, respectively, while - and -peaks resulted from the bulk oxidation of copper.  相似文献

Conclusions The thermophysical properties (l/l 0 and ) and the elastomechanlcal properties (E, G, bend) of corundum-zircon specimens in the 20–1200°C interval with various concentrations and grain sizes of zircon and different grain sizes and types of the corundum and zircon components in the grain and bondings have been investigated. Summary The various methods of synthesis which can be used to prepare -carboxy polyoxyethylenes are reviewed. The synthesis and the purification of -methoxy -carboxy polyoxyethylenes ( ) are reported. Summary The relation proposed between the preferential adsorption coefficient, , and the intrinsic viscosity, ¦¦ ¦¦=¦¦+AK has been applied in this paper to previously published data. The electrodeposition of -nickel hydroxide is promoted by the simultaneous chemical corrosion of the electrode by an acidic nitrate bath. Chemical corrosion results in the formation of a poorly ordered layered phase which is structurally similar to -nickel hydroxide and provides nucleation sites for the deposition of the latter. Therefore under conditions which enhance corrosion rates such as low current density (<1.3 mA cm–2), high temperature (60 C), high nickel nitrate concentration ( 1M) and the resultant low pH (1.7), -nickel hydroxide electrodeposition is observed, while -nickel hydroxide forms under other conditions. Further, -nickel hydroxide deposition is more facile on an iron electrode compared to nickel or platinum.  相似文献

Soluble -conjugated coordination polymers having a ruthenium(II) complex in the main chain were prepared from a soluble metal complex monomer and a bridging ligand via coordination. Refluxing of an ethanol-water suspension containing (4,4-dinonyl-2,2-bipyridyl)Ru(III) with 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine gave the coordination polymer. The resulting polymer was soluble in common organic solvents. The structure was confirmed by uv/vis spectra and gpc analysis.  相似文献

N-Acryl-N,N-dicyclohexylurea and N-methacryl-N,N-dicyclohexylurea have been synthesized. The chelating interaction between metal ions and 4,4-disubstituted-2,2-bipyridyl-containing high-performance polymeric ligands prepared from 2,2-bipyridyl-4,4-dicarboxylic acid and a series of primary aromatic diamines was investigated by optical spectroscopy. Optical spectroscopic studies of the chelation of ruthenium ions by the 2,2-bipyridyl-containing polyamides revealed the formation of distinct ruthenium(II) complexes [RuII(poly)L4] ( max=530 nm), [RuII(poly)2L2] ( max=584 nm), and [RuII(poly)3]2+ ( max=476 nm), while iron(II) ions formed only one complex ( max=569 nm). The diverse functional features of the polymer repeat unit directly influences the chelation of metal ions.  相似文献

Direct and non-intrusive observations of crystallization and melting behavior of and polymorphs in bulk syndiotactic polystyrene were made by means of temperature-programmed x-ray diffraction. Results indicated that the highest sustainable temperature identifiable via wide-angle x-ray diffraction using stepwise annealing at increasingly higher temperatures (T a) for the perfected (with the initial crystallization temperature T c = 245 °C, followed by annealing at stepwise increased T a above 250 °C) phase may be at least 286 °C. In a similar manner, the highest sustainable temperature of the perfected (with T c = 265 °C, followed by annealing at stepwise increased T a above 275 °C) phase may be at least 280 °C. These observations suggest complete melting should occur only above the respective sustainable temperatures. It thus follows that equilibrium melting of the and the phases should occur at temperatures higher than 286 and 280 °C, respectively. Perfection of the less ordered form into the better ordered form within the family is observed to occur in the vicinity of 270 °C; no evidence of transformation between and phases is identified.  相似文献

Four acetates,Z-5-decenyl acetate,Z-5-,Z-7-, andZ-9-dodecenyl acetates, in microgram ratios of 120021 or 120062 were excellent, specific sex pheromone blends for capturing male redbacked cutworm moths in cone traps. Blends in ratios of 120021 and 220021 at 1000 g/ rubber septum dispenser remained highly effective for 6 weeks under field conditions. The essential minor components,Z-5-decenyl,Z-7-, andZ-9-dodecenyl acetates, became inhibitory at concentrations of about 10% in the blends, and this may be an important general phenomenon in lepidopteran pheromones. Blends involving a parapheromone,Z-5-undecenyl acetate, withZ-5-,Z-7-, andZ-9-dodecenyl acetate, in microgram ratios of 820021 or 2020062 were also excellent specific attractants for this species. TheZ-8-dodecenyl acetate had no obvious effect on the attraction of the redbacked cutworm males.  相似文献

Z-8-Dodecenyl acetate (Z8–12Ac),E-8-dodecenyl acetate (E8–12Ac),Z-8-tetradecenyl acetate (Z8–14Ac),Z-10-tetradecenyl acetate (Z10–14Ac), andZ-8-dodecen-1-ol (Z8–12OH) were identified in the proportions 10013052 in female sex gland extracts ofGrapholita funebrana, accompanied by saturated acetates from 12 to 20 carbons with tetradecyl acetate predominating.Z10–14Ac has not previously been described as a lepidopteran sex pheromone component. Best attraction of males is obtained withZ8–12Ac in the presence of a higher proportion ofE8–12Ac than in the female. Inclusion of the 14-carbon acetates did not augmentG. funebrana catches but inhibitedG. molesta. On the other hand, addition ofZ8–12OH at the level optimal forG. molesta reduced attraction ofG. funebrana.  相似文献
