叶尖小翼调控压气机叶栅间隙流场结构的试验研究*   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在低速条件下,对叶尖不同位置安装小翼的压气机叶栅流场进行试验研究。通过端壁静压孔对上端壁流场进行测量,叶栅出口流场利用五孔气动探针测量,细致分析不同安装方式叶尖小翼对压气机叶栅叶尖端区流场结构、气动损失和通流能力的影响。结果表明,不同安装方式的叶尖小翼对压气机叶栅间隙流场影响不同。与无叶尖小翼的常规叶栅相比,吸力面小翼使得叶栅损失降低的同时带来了流动堵塞的降低,压力面小翼使得叶栅损失和流动堵塞同时增加,组合小翼在降低叶栅损失的同时有效降低了叶栅的流动堵塞,改善了叶栅的通流能力。通过与常规叶栅叶尖区域流场结构的详细对比分析,对不同安装方式的叶尖小翼的影响机理做出解释。  相似文献

Three-dimensional flow field of turbine in torque converter is simulated by numerical calculation in order to improve the performance of torque converter. Calculation model of a torque converter is presented based on the mixing-plane technology. In the calculation of flow field,the 3D N-S equations are separated by finite-volume method and solved by semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations(SIMPLE). Based on flow field calculation,the flow field of turbine is simulated. The velocity and pressure in the flow field of turbine are analyzed. The external performance of the torque converter is also calculated. Results of flow simulation show that there are secondary flow,off flow and velocity gradient in turbine passage. The validity of numerical simulation is verified by comparing the results of numerical simulation with experiment data.  相似文献

气液衰减螺旋流在工业中应用广泛,但是对其中的关键问题,衰减影响下的螺旋流发展运动规律认识不清。通过室内试验研究空气-水两相流在内径25 mm、长4 m的水平管中流型和压降沿流向的变化规律。通过可视化试验获得叶片式起旋器下游不同位置处的螺旋流流型,测量下游沿流向不同区间的压降波动信号。试验发现,在离心力作用下,螺旋流中气液相界面发生重构,形成螺旋流中特有流型。但是由于离心力的衰减,导致螺旋流流型不断变化,逐渐转变成非旋流流型。流动压降沿流向逐渐降低,最终趋于非旋流压降;不同螺旋流流型的维持距离不同,同时也受来流气液相雷诺数的影响。基于流型及压降分析,获得起旋器下游不同位置处的螺旋流流型图。  相似文献

This paper deals with the multicriterion approach to flow shop scheduling [FSS] problems by considering makespan time and total flow time. The primary concern of flow shop scheduling is to obtain the best sequence, which minimizes the makespan, flow time, idle time, tardiness, etc. In this work, makespan and total flow time of the jobs are considered for minimization. Three heuristic algorithms namely HAMC1, HAMC2 and HAMC3 have been proposed in this paper. The effectiveness of the heuristics has been analyzed using the problems generated by Taillard [16]. The results of the problems are compared with the solution procedures proposed by Rajendran [15]. The new hybrid algorithms are developed by taking the seed sequences yielded by a method proposed by Rajendran [14] in his work to minimize flow time and improving it using search algorithm. The hybrid algorithm gives better results.  相似文献

Interaction behaviors of high-speed compressible viscous flow and thermal-structural response of structure are presented. The compressible viscous laminar flow behavior based on the Navier-Stokes equations is predicted by using an adaptive cell-centered finite-element method. The energy equation and the quasi-static structural equations for aerodynamically heated structures are solved by applying the Galerkin finite-element method. The finite-element formulation and computational procedure are described. The performance of the combined method is evaluated by solving Mach 4 flow past a flat plate and comparing with the solution from the finite different method. To demonstrate their interaction, the highspeed flow, structural heat transfer, and deformation phenomena are studied by applying the present method to Mach 10 flow past a flat plate.  相似文献

针对工程实际中多路阀滑阀稳态液动力过大造成稳定性降低且难以准确测量其大小的问题,采用CFD方法,运用Fluent软件对多路阀内部流场进行了仿真模拟,研究不同开度和压力下的稳态液动力特性规律,并通过试验验证仿真的准确性。通过分析压力和流量云图,以降低稳态液动力的峰值及平均值为目标,提出对阀芯结构增设环形凸台的改进方案。通过流场仿真,采用拟合方式对比改进前后液动力大小,发现环形凸台有效降低了液动力峰值40.7%以及整体液动力28.8%。对改进后的阀芯进行试验,仿真与试验相对比误差为7.05%,达到工程实际要求,显著提高了多路阀控制系统的性能和稳定性。  相似文献

Numerical simulations are performed both for the single airflow and air-PM two-phase flow in wall flow diesel particulate filters (DPF) for the first time. The calculation domain is divided into two regions. In the inlet and outlet flow channels, the simulations are performed for the steady and laminar flow; In the porous filtration walls, the calculation model for flow in porous media is used. The Lagrange two-phase flow model is used to calculate the air-PM flow in DPF, for the dispersed phase (PM), its flow tracks are obtained by the integrating of the Lagrange kinetic equation. The calculated velocity, pressure distribution and PM flow tracks in DPF are obtained, which exhibits the main flow characteristics in wall flow DPF and will be help for the optimal design and performance prediction of wall flow DPF.  相似文献

The flow characteristics and cavitation effects of water passing through small sharp-edged cylindrical orificesand valves of different shapes in water hydraulics are investigated. The test results using orifices with different aspect ratios and different diameters show that the flow coefficients in the case of non-cavitating flow are larger than that of flow inthe case of cavitation occurrence. The flow coefficients of flow with cavitation initially decrease as Reynolds number increases and ultimately tend to be of constant values close to contraction coefficient. Large aspect ratio has an effect ofsuppressing cavitation. The experimental results about disc valves illustrate that the valves with sharp edge at large opening are less affected by cavitation than that at small opening. Throttle with triangle notch has better anti-cavitation abilitythan that with square notch. The flowrate of the throttle with square notch is significantly affected by the flow direction orthe flow passage shape.  相似文献

为了给新型开敞式混流泵的设计积累经验并为特殊出水流道结构设计提供方法,对具有不同出水机构的开敞式混流泵进行数值模拟,分析从小流量到最大流量下的内部流动和水力性能,提出适应特殊液压动力需求的开敞式出水机构方案。给出内部流动数值模拟和性能预测的方法,通过外特性预测结果与模型试验数据的比较,验证数值计算的可靠性。在模型分析基础上,针对轴向有导叶、轴向无导叶和径向无导叶等不同的开敞式出水结构形式,进行整机内部流动分析和外特性预测,对不同结果进行比较分析,给出不同出水机构对于特定结构和动力需求的适应性。  相似文献
