REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7638 （RA 7638) - an act creating the Department of Energy, rationalizing the organization and functions of government agencies related to energy, and for other purposes. This act is also known as the “department of energyact of 1992”.     

ENROLMENT INFORMAIION 2002 TCDC Training Workshop on Small Hydro Power

Sponsored by the UN and China,Hangzhou Regional Center for SHP (HRC) aims at promoting the SHP development in the world. China has most SHP stations and has gained much experience in SHP development. In order to disseminate SHP technology, HRC has already held with success 34 training workshops for 589 participants from 60 countries.     

Presentation at the Closing Ceremony of TCDC Training Workshop on SHP for Asia-Pacific

Our memorable training workshop is going to an end now. It is my pleasure to send a remark on this grand closing ceremony. First of all, I＇d like to express my warm congratulations to the full success of the workshop which has been achieved under joint effort of HRC staff and all of you the distinguished participants. Now, I would like to talk about 5 points in the followings ：     

2002 Sino-African SHP Training Workshop

The 2002 Sino-African SHP Training Workshop was held from 10 May to 18 June 2002 at Hangzhou Regional Center for Small Hydro Power(HRC). Attended altogether 9 participants from 5 African countries, i.e. Burundi, Nigeria, South African, Tanzania and Tunisia. This is the second training workshop on SHP that HRC conducted for African countries.

“2005 Training Course on Small Hydropower for Asia-Pacific Countries” is specifically for developing countries under the list of aid to foreign countries by the Chines egovernment. Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce, Hangzhou Regional Center for Small Hydro Power (HRC) will undertake the mission.     

2005 Training Course on SHP for Asia-Pacific Region 〈Prospectus〉

“2005 Training Course on Small Hydropower for Asia-Pacific Countries”is specifically for developing countries under the list of aid to foreign countries by the Chinese government. Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce, Hangzhou Regional Center for Small Hydro Power （HRC） will undertake the mission.
