板坯SP侧压过程中头尾部金属流动及尾部翘曲分析

结合热轧板厂SP侧压调宽压力机的实际生产情况,采用有限元数值模拟与物理实验相结合的方法,研究了板坯在侧压调宽过程中头、尾部的变形规律;同时研究了板坯SP侧压后尾部翘曲的形成原因及影响因素。研究结果表明,板坯侧压调宽后,头部和尾部在长度方向上形成鱼尾,厚度方向上形成狗骨;头、尾部鱼尾及狗骨的形成过程不同,尾部侧压过程中金属流动比头部复杂;实际生产的SP侧压调宽过程中,由于模块在板坯厚度方向上存在振动,从而导致板坯尾部在SP侧压后出现翘曲。     

调宽压力机调宽时板坯变形影响因素

通过模拟试验和ＡＢＡＱＵＳ有限元分析计算,分析了板坯在调宽压力机调宽过程中侧压量、板坯宽度、工具倾角和板坯送进量对板坯变形的影响,结果表明板坯在工过程中产生的截面“狗骨”形是不均匀的。不均匀变形是由于规则 压变形不连续造成的。板坯变形参数通过影响变形区的形状参数进而影响“狗骨”形的分布。     

板坯大侧压调宽变形的模拟研究

本文阐述了大侧压调宽的新工艺,并用塑性泥定量地研究宽板坯大侧压调宽时的变形,分析了其主要影响因素,总结了头、尾部及狗骨形的变形规律,建立了相应的统计模型。为宝钢热轧厂粗轧机组进行板坯宽度控制,减少头、尾切损,提高宽度精度和成材率提供了一定的数据和技术依据。     

SP调宽压力机轧制过程有限元数值模拟

为了实现板坯在连铸连轧之间的宽度衔接,大侧压定宽技术是对板坯进行在线调宽的有效措施之一。在对武钢2250热连轧机的SP调宽压力机工作模式分析的基础上,利用大型有限元软件Marc建立了SP调宽压力机三维调宽有限元分析模型,分别分析了SP调宽压力机在调宽过程中板坯在长度、宽度和厚度方向的变形以及应力变化情况,为板坯宽度的精确调整提供了参考依据。     

调宽压力机调宽时板坯变形特点

通过ABAQUS有限元分析计算,分析了板坯在调宽压力机调宽过程中的基本变形特征,表明板坯在调宽过程中变形有很大的不均匀性,不均匀性是由于侧压变形不连续造成的。     

热轧带钢大侧压调宽短行程控制技术

本文叙述了板坯热装对大侧压调宽的需要,大侧压调宽产生头尾端缩窄和鱼尾形的变形规律分析,经实验研究得出的侧压量与板坯头尾端缩窄轮廓曲线的关系和得到实验验证的使头尾端缩窄得到补偿的反函数曲线控制方式。本文也简介了实现这种补偿控制的设备、自动化控制系统和控制过程,以及减少板坯大侧压调宽产生头尾端缩窄和鱼尾形,从而提高金属收得率的其他技术措施。     

减宽侧压板坯变形分析和压下规程改进

板坯调宽侧压过程中常出现失稳弯曲及头尾部鱼尾过长现象,降低了产品的成材率.对减宽侧压过程的板坯金属变形流动情况进行了分析,并结合外端与变形区的相互影响,采用塑性失稳理论对板坯的失稳弯曲现象和头尾部鱼尾变形进行了研究.在理论分析的基础上,提高了压紧辊的间隙,减少了失稳弯曲.提出了新的减宽压下规程,对减宽技术进行了改进,减宽精度明显提高,带钢头尾部的切损减少.     

Fe-1.6%Si无取向硅钢粗轧过程中板坯翘头原因分析

无取向硅钢在粗轧过程中具有不同于普通钢的头部翘曲现象。分析了影响无取向硅钢板坯头部翘曲的可能性因素,指出相变是导致无取向硅钢粗轧过程中翘头规律异于普通钢的根本原因。利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机得到Fe-1.6%Si无取向硅钢的温度-变形抗力曲线,分析了相变对变形抗力的影响,提出了解决板坯翘头问题的方法以及研究思路。     

热宽带钢连轧机调宽轧制工艺参数研究

模拟宝钢２０５０ｍｍ热带钢连轧粗轧机组调宽轧制工艺，得到不同铸坯宽度压下效率、立辊轧制狗骨高度和宽度以及平轧轧制时宽展量等的变化规律。为制定合理的调宽轧制压下规程，Ｒ４机架轧后板坯实现最小切头、切尾损失，最大程度实现连铸坯宽度尺寸集约化提供了可靠的依据。     

板带粗轧不均匀变形行为的数值解析

针对攀钢热轧机组采用立辊调宽的特点,利用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件对板坯在立辊及水平辊轧制过程中的不均匀变形行为进行了离线模拟解析,分析了轧制工艺条件对轧后中间坯头尾形状尺寸及宽度的影响规律.模拟结果与实测值能较好地吻合.这对热轧寻求降低切损、提高成材率的措施具有一定的指导意义.     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
