以活性炭负载浓硫酸作为固体催化剂,以乙苯与氯化苄为原料进行合成反应,研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:即n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间8h,催化剂用量为13.2%(相对于氯化苄),邻苄基乙苯产率29.9%;n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间9h,催化剂用量18.4%(相对于氯化苄),对苄基乙苯产率40.1%;n(乙苯)∶n(氯化苄)=3∶1,反应温度90℃,反应时间7h,催化剂用量18.4%(相对于氯化苄),间苄基乙苯产率8.1%。 相似文献

研究了以碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠混合碱溶液作为新的催化体系合成三羟甲基丙烷的方法,探讨了催化剂和助催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件:原料n(甲醛)∶n(正丁醛)=6∶1,催化剂n(碳酸氢钠)∶n(正丁醛)=1.5∶1,助催化剂三乙胺用量为催化剂总质量的1.0%~1.5%,缩合反应温度20~30℃,反应时间为50~70min;Can-nizzaro反应温度55~60℃,反应时间为100~120min,三羟甲基丙烷产率可达87.7%(以正丁醛计)。 相似文献

以D72树脂为催化剂,丁醛和乙二醇为原料,合成丁醛缩乙二醇。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量对反应的影响。实验表明,丁醛乙二醇缩醛合成反应的最佳条件是:n(丁醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶2,D72固体树脂用量为原料总质量的10%,环己烷用量10 mL,回流温度为130℃,反应时间2.5 h,丁醛缩乙二醇的收率达94.2%。且催化剂可以重复使用。 相似文献

A comparative study of supported lipozyme-catalysed esterification of oleic acid with lauryl alcohol, isosorbide and sorbitol in a packed tubular reactor is described. The reaction rate was highest with lauryl alcohol, followed by isosorbide and sorbitol. The esterification reaction between oleic acid and lauryl alcohol was carried out in a tubular recycle reactor and a stirred reactor. Different strategies were used to remove the water formed during the reaction. The rate was found to be highest in the tubular reactor. The reactions were modelled by three bisubstrate models, namely ternary complex random order, Ping-Pong, and Ping-Pong with competitive product inhibition. Esterification of commercial behenic acid with fatty alcohols (decanol, lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol) was studied using n‐butyl benzene as solvent and tetra n‐butyl titanate (TBT) as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature (165–185 °C) and catalyst loading (0.3–1.2%, wt/wt) on the conversion of behenic acid were studied for all the alcohols. The reaction showed first order dependence with respect to fatty alcohols and behenic acid concentration. The values of activation energy obtained for the catalyzed reaction of behenic acid with decanol, lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol were found to be 68.1, 69.2, 64.5 and 67.3 kJ mol?1, respectively. The values of activation energy obtained for the uncatalyzed reaction of behenic acid with decanol, lauryl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol were found to be 86.2, 79.6, 78.6 and 87.1 kJ mol?1, respectively. Physical properties such as melting point, viscosity, specific gravity, and refractive index of these esters are reported. 相似文献
