以 6种不同种类的国产土工合成材料为加筋材料 ,即针刺无纺土工织物、涤纶纤维经编土工格栅、玻璃纤维土工格栅、单向塑料拉伸土工格栅、双向塑料拉伸土工格栅和土工网 ,进行三轴试验比较各种土工合成材料对砂的加筋效果 ;进行直剪试验和拉拔试验比较各种土工合成材料与填料 (砂和石灰粉煤灰 )的界面作用特性 ,得到一些有益的结论 ,可指导土工合成材料的优选和研究土工合成材料的加筋机理。  相似文献

介绍了玻纤格栅、土工布在沥青加铺层改造旧水泥混凝土路面中的应用实例 ,进行了理论分析、疲劳试验。结果表明 ,采用土工合成材料可有效地减少由荷载、温度、地基脱空等产生的不利影响 ,延缓原有水泥混凝土路面的接、裂缝在沥青混凝土加铺层中的反射 ,减少加铺层厚度 ,节省工程造价  相似文献

从土工合成材料作用机理着手,分析了在高速公路软基处理中使用土工合成材料会对路堤长期稳定性及工后沉降产生负面影响。土工合成材料的长期强度损失及模量的降低会降低路堤的长期稳定性。土工合成材料的长期变形和松弛对工后沉降也会产生一定的不利影响。某高速公路试验段实测资料表明,一层土工布对工后沉降的影响可忽略不计,两层土工布约增加工后沉降40~50mm。  相似文献

Nonwoven geotextiles have been used as filters in geotechnical and geoenvironmental works for half a century. They are easy to install and can be specified to meet the requirements for proper filter performance. There are situations where a geotextile filter may be subjected to tensile loads, which may alter relevant filter properties, such as its filtration opening size. Examples of such situations are silty fence applications, geotextile separators, geotextile tubes and geotextiles under embankments on soft soils. This paper investigates the effects of tensile strains on geotextile pore dimensions. A special equipment and testing technique allowed tests to be carried out on geotextile specimens subjected to tension and confinement. The results obtained showed that the variation in filtration opening size depends on the type of strain state the geotextile is subjected, under which the geotextile pore diameter may remain rather constant or increase significantly. However, confinement reduces the geotextile filtration opening size independent on the strain mobilised. An upper bound for the filtration opening size of strained nonwoven geotextiles is introduced and was satisfactory for the geotextile products tested.  相似文献

目前现有的水泥混凝土路面都存在各种裂缝,这对道路的使用造成较大的威胁.根据湖北省咸宁市横路线横温段原混凝土路面的破坏状况进行裂缝病害处调查并归类,分析产生的原因,确定影响裂缝出现的因素,提出采用双向玻璃纤维土工格栅和长丝烧毛土工布对沥青加铺层的处治方法,取得较好的结果.  相似文献

通过16个基于耐碱玻纤网格与聚丙烯混凝土复合加固方柱的轴压性能试验,得到了各试件的极限承载力与破坏形态,测得了各试件混凝土中部纵向压应力-应变曲线、试件压应力-耐碱玻纤网格中部应变曲线,分析了加固层混凝土中聚丙烯纤维含量、耐碱玻纤网格包裹方式等参数对试件轴压性能及破坏机理的影响。通过引入合理的基本假定和强度模型,提出了耐碱玻纤网格与聚丙烯混凝土复合加固方柱的轴压承载力计算方法,并将所提计算方法及相关文献计算方法得到的理论计算值与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:试件主要破坏形态为纵向压劈破坏,裂缝最先出现在试件角部区域并向两端发展,部分试件出现加固层剥离现象; 相较于耐碱玻纤网格间隔包裹试件,全包试件表现出更好的抗压性能及延性; 随着加固层混凝土中聚丙烯纤维含量的增加,试件极限承载力呈先提高后降低的趋势; 采用所提计算方法得到的理论计算值与试验结果吻合较好,且理论计算值均小于试验值,说明所提公式具有一定安全储备,可供工程设计参考使用。  相似文献

Geosynthetics or geotextile is used for aggregate separation, soil reinforcement, filtration, drainage and moisture or liquid barriers in geotechnical applications. Because of the environmental issues, a bio-based material is introduced as a sustainable construction material. The kenaf fibre is a bio-based material available in the tropical countries. It can be potentially used as a geotextile because of its high tensile strength. This paper presents the tensile strength characteristics of kenaf geotextile, manufactured with and without sodium hydroxide (NaOH) treatment. The tensile strength of kenaf geotextile was determined by using the wide-width strip test based on the ASTM D4595-17 standard. Because the kenaf fibre has a high water absorption capability, the effect of wet and dry conditions on tensile behaviour of kenaf textile was studied. Two patterns of woven kenaf with two different opening sizes between their yarns (0 × 0 and 2 × 2 mm)—plain and incline patterns were studied. In addition, the tensile strength of the kenaf geotextiles, buried in natural ground, was examined after a one-year period. The tensile strength of kenaf geotextiles was higher for the smaller spaces between the yarns. Furthermore, the tensile strength and elongation were lower under wet condition. The alkaline treatment (6% concentration of NaOH) significantly improved the tensile strength of the woven kenaf geotextile. The tensile strength of the treated kenaf geotextile was higher than that of the untreated one, for both short and long-term conditions, showing the advantage of NaOH treatment.  相似文献

This research presents a successful case, in which geotextile tubes have been used to construct a tailings dam for fine tailings disposal since 2008. Up to the end of 2016, the tailings dam raise has reached 9?m in height. The total height of the dam including the starter dike was 61?m. In order to ensure that the tailings reservoir is safe in its current condition and during future construction, the comprehensive geotechnical investigation and stability analyses of the tailings embankment are conducted in this study. The results show that the application of geotextile tubes in the construction of tailings dam is a good alternative for fine tailings disposal.  相似文献

Smart geosynthetics have attracted significant interest for potential applications in geotechnical structures owing to their conductive properties. This paper presents an analysis of the electro-mechanical response of graphene-based geotextiles for application in pavements. Experimental and numerical studies were conducted on a commercially available graphene-coated geotextile to understand its response to induced strains. The material was subjected to tensile loading with the effect of transverse strains also being tested, utilizing Digital Image Correlation (DIC). Experimental results indicated a significant electro-mechanical behaviour in the geotextile, with the relative resistance change being non-linear with applied strain. Existing analytical solutions could not predict the observed behaviour; hence, a multi-physics numerical model was developed using concepts of piezoresistivity to capture the non-linear behaviour. The numerical model was calibrated using the experimental data and then validated with experimental data from tests conducted for different specimen sizes. The model could capture the non-linear electro-mechanical behaviour and the electrical response due to axial and transverse strains in the material. This study is expected to serve as a basis for using graphene-based geotextiles for structural health monitoring (SHM) purposes in geotechnical structures, such as in roads.  相似文献

Geotextile filters are rapidly replacing graded granular filters as the standard of practice in geotechnical design. This paper reviews the current state of the practice in designing with geotextiles including a listing of the most widely recognized design criteria. Problems with the current practice are also recognized that present challenges to the geotextile community in order to increase the acceptance and utilization of geotextiles in this valuable application.  相似文献
