金属栅格夹芯板是近年来出现的一种新型多功能材料,在航天航空、舰船和铁路运输等方面具有广阔应用前景。夹芯板焊接部位若出现裂纹损伤将会对材料的力学性能和结构的安全性产生极大影响。目前尚无完善的金属栅格夹芯板定量无损检测方法。利用涡流检测技术,对夹芯板焊接部位裂纹定量检测进行了理论和试验研究,提出了一种基于多频检测信号进行裂纹重构的反问题方法。通过对十字涡流检测探头所得焊部检测信号进行反演,证实了多频涡流检测裂纹重构方法对夹芯板焊部裂纹定量检测的有效性。 相似文献

为了有效利用脉冲涡流信号的低频成分检测钢板内部裂纹缺陷,提出了脉冲涡流同步采样方法。介绍了该方法的工作原理;采用在钢板上加工不同规格矩形槽的方法模拟钢板的裂纹缺陷;设计了由激励线圈和检测线圈构成的传感器,实现脉冲涡流信号的提取;采用数据采集卡采集信号,以Labview为平台,实现同步采样方法的软件设计。对钢板缺陷的检测和试验数据的分析,证明了脉冲涡流同步采样方法在钢板内部裂纹缺陷检测中具有较高的灵敏度,可以有效识别钢板内部裂纹缺陷。 相似文献

At present, detecting structural defects such as cracking and corrosion before they become critical is largely achieved by time consuming techniques such as eddy current and ultrasonic testing. These techniques require point-by-point scanning over the area to be tested. Digital image correlation could provide a cheaper and quicker testing technique. It works by correlating images of the structure surface in unloaded and loaded states taken with a standard digital camera, giving the displacement and strain fields. The specific case of a crack at a hole in an aluminium plate was investigated. It was found that the strain concentration around the crack tip is too localised to detect; however, the displacement jump across the crack could be seen. This technique allows the cracks to be detected and would allow rapid testing of a structure if it can easily be loaded. 相似文献

Eddy current testing is used to detect and quantify defects in electric conductive materials. Defects investigated are specifically mechanical, chemical and microstructural heterogeneities. In this scope, artificial defects simulating superficial cracks have been achieved in order to establish an eventual relationship between the orientation, the shape and the size of the defect in one hand, and the signature that it generates in the impedance plane on the other hand. We determine in the first stage the operating conditions for the minimization of all signals that may perturb the crack signal such as the background one. We have been able to detect easily a surface crack on ferromagnetic steel in a large range of the frequency. Curves allowing the discrimination between signals corresponding to the presence of cracks and those corresponding to a lift-off have been established. The limit depth has as well been determined and we found that this limit has no relationship with the depth of penetration of the eddy current. The operative parameters such as the diameter and the working mode of the probe, the excitation frequency and the setting of the measurement equipment have been optimized for the testing of the quality and the reliability of critical ferromagnetic steel parts. 相似文献

采用斜Y形坡口焊接抗裂性试验对NM400钢的焊接抗裂性进行了研究,通过测定其表面裂纹率、断面裂纹率及根部裂纹率,评定NM400的抗裂性能,并分析焊前预热对材料抗裂性的影响.同时,应用热弹塑性有限元法对斜Y形坡口试样进行了焊接过程的有限元数值模拟计算,得出横向焊接残余应力的分布情况及峰值位置.结果表明,常温下NM400的根部裂纹率较高,预热150℃时各裂纹率均降至0.因此,焊前预热能够提高NM400的焊接抗裂性.另斜Y形坡口根部产生较大的应力集中,局部横向残余应力超过材料的强度,是致使其产生裂纹的力学因素. 相似文献

Fatigue cracks are prone to develop around fasteners found in multi-layer aluminum structures on aging aircraft. Probability of Detection (POD) studies using eddy current techniques within the bolt holes contribute to risk assessments used in evaluating the serviceability of these aircraft. The signal response to corner and mid-bore cracks by eddy current testing using standard split-D differential probes has been examined. The data indicate that split-D probes are primarily sensitive to cracks at the corners of the Ds and that this gives rise to a double maximum for small mid-bore cracks as the corners pass over the crack. The double signal is not seen for corner cracks because the excitation coil, which is almost completely out of the hole, excites almost no eddy currents when the second corner of the D is over the crack. However, the eddy current response is more sensitive to corner cracks. The a90/95 for corner cracks was measured to be 0.22 mm (length) compared to 0.34 mm (depth) and 0.62 mm (length) for mid-bore cracks. The enhanced detectability of corner cracks is attributed to the presence of the edge, which restricts passage of eddy currents around the crack. 相似文献
