目的通过对现代线装书籍封面设计主要构成元素审美变化的阐述,认识到线装书籍封面设计是在现代设计手段和思维及人们阅读方式多样性的影响下而不断变化的。总结现代线装书籍封面设计审美的主要变化,为现代线装书籍封面设计理清设计思路,并提供理论参考。方法通过理论和实例分析。以设计元素点、线、面为基础,通过这些设计元素在现代线装书籍封面设计中的位置及位置本身的变化、数量的变化、色彩的变化、形态的变化来分析中国现代线装书籍封面与传统线装书籍封面在设计审美上所发生的改变。结论现代线装书籍封面设计的审美变化是由现代科技的发展以及由此带来受众阅读方式选择的多元化所造成的变革结果。  相似文献

目的 通过文创产品带动中国古代典籍文化的传承,将古籍文化推介给群众,助力古籍的保护和传播,探究将怀旧理论应用于中国古代典籍文创产品中的情感化设计策略。方法 基于中国古籍的发展现状和其文创产品在现阶段存在的问题,重点针对怀旧需求的层次和其对文创产品的触发机制进行分析,总结出怀旧需求融入文创产品的层次,包括感官植入层、触点再现层、情感修复层,并融合古籍的怀旧需求诱发因素,从质色味的延续、古籍情境重现、精神家园回归进行设计策略的探索。结论 将怀旧理论引入中国古代典籍文创产品中,更容易掌握使用者的核心关注点和情感需求,给古籍文化以更现代化的诠释,提升大众对中华优秀古籍的文化自信,推动中华优秀古籍文化的创新型传承发展。  相似文献

目的 书籍作为知识传播的重要媒介,以不同的形式语言活跃于各个领域。本文结合五感理论研究极具艺术特性的手制书如何在数字阅读时代走出新的方向,为手制书的发展提供路径。方法 以案例分析入手,从视、听、嗅、味、触的角度将五感应用于手制书设计之中,呈现多元化、多形态、多维度的书籍艺术语言,探讨阅读者的多感官体验。 结论 打破了人们对传统书籍阅读的既有观念,探索了五感应用于书籍的体验模式,拓宽了手制书艺术设计的路径与方法,为传统纸质书籍在独立艺术共享时代的发展形式提供了一种参考。  相似文献

Both citations to an academic work and post-publication reviews of it are indicators that the work has had some impact on the research community. The Thomson Reuters evaluation and selection process for web of knowledge journals includes citation analysis but this is not systematically practised for evaluation of books for the book citation index (BKCI) due to the inconsistent methods of citing books, the volume of books and the variants of the titles, especially in non-English language. Despite the fact that correlations between citations to a book and the number of corresponding book reviews differ from research area to research area and are overall weak or non-existent, this study confirms that books with book reviews do not remain uncited and accrue a remarkable mean number of citations. Therefore, book reviews can be considered a suitable selection criterion for BKCIs. The approach suggested in this study is feasible and allows easy detection of corresponding books via its book reviews, which is particularly true for research areas where books play a more important role such as the social sciences, the arts and humanities.  相似文献

Abstract

Ideas often come from unexpected directions. While I was talking to Paul Strand, I noted him watching his wife Hazel arrange a bouquet of flowers in their home near Orgeval outside Paris. He said to me in mid conversation that he had just arrived at a solution to a problem he had been thinking about for the past few years. He went on to say that beginning over 10 years ago he had made a series of informal portraits of men and women important in French cultural life. How to use these photographs in a meaningful way was a problem, for already there were available a number of picture books of famous personages. Publishers had told him that they felt new photographs of the cultural tlite of France would duplicate much that had already been done. He had also found that publishers who were interested in his pictures wanted to have a say in the selection of people to be included in a book of this kind. Strand indicated he did not want to relinquish control to this degree. The rcsult was that the portraits had been put away for future consideration.  相似文献

Since 1967, Keith A. Smith (b. 1938) has made over 300 artist’s books, combining a diverse range of media and inventive technical approaches. As a student, Smith worked closely with photographers Arthur Siegel and Aaron Siskind, and later with Nathan Lyons. Nonetheless, Smith’s engagement with photography has been ambivalent, as made evident by his so-called “no-picture books.” These 36 inkless books, characterized by the use of torn or punched paper and strung pages, include no photographs, no images of any other kind, and no text, and yet Smith has regularly referred to them as photographic books. This paper proposes that the no-picture books draw on fascinating historical debates about the technical and conceptual basis of photography itself, from the lineage of cameraless photography to László Moholy-Nagy’s curricula at the New Bauhaus and Institute of Design. I also examine Smith’s engagement with an array of sensory and durational concerns. Like Robert Rauschenberg’s notorious White Paintings, from which this paper takes its title, I argue that the pages of the no-picture books are not truly empty, but are rather embedded with latent images that appear only when the book is opened, and that vary according to the reader and the day.  相似文献

In spite of having published more than hundred articles and three monographs, the chemist and statistician Alfred James Lotka (1880–1949) is not very well known. Because he had not experienced a conventional academic curriculum, he remained ?at the margins’ of the scientific community. In 1925 he aimed for a breakthrough with his first monograph Elements of Physical Biology. The basic idea of this study was to understand nature in terms of energy. Lotka’s mathematical approach was highly innovative, although he had borrowed certain notions from his former teacher, the physical chemist Wilhelm Ostwald. This article focuses on the very process of how a new idea developed and spread through the scientific community, and tries to determine to what extent the author—with his personality, his intentions and feelings—was part of this process. This includes looking at the emotional strain that followed the publication of Lotka’s masterpiece. Considering his anxieties, worries and distress during the period of reception, and his efforts to make sure his book was acknowledged by its audience, the article sheds light on often neglected aspects of scientific work such as identification, intention, mimicry, originality, and rivalry. The case study deals with a systematic blindness in the history of science: it takes into account the actors of science, their personality and their strategic moves, in order to come to a better understanding of the close connection between their work and their actions. In addition, the history of Lotka’s worries about the reception of his book might help us challenge the postulate of ?publish or perish“ in today’s science.  相似文献

目的将游戏化设计理念引入图书阅读软件的设计当中,探究青少年图书阅读软件的游戏化设计方法,为此类软件的设计提供新的思路。方法从自我决定理论出发,研究青少年对游戏化的心理需求,采用调查问卷的方法了解青少年的阅读习惯、阅读行为、阅读偏好和游戏化需求程度,总结出青少年图书阅读软件的游戏化设计方法。结论青少年图书阅读软件的游戏化设计,需要满足青少年的自主需求、社交需求和能力需求3个方面的需求,以满足这3个需求作为设计的出发点,可以激发用户的读书兴趣,对青少年自主读书起到激励,的作用。  相似文献

Nalimov in his important book Naukometriya (Moskva 1969) postulated research on the process of developement of science with the aid of quantitative methods, he listed many different indicators. Writing academic books is one of the core expressions of academic research. In the process of writing, the author cites many types of publications such as journals, journal articles, reports, web sources and books. Collecting and analyzing these citations in selected academic books, leads to the creation of book citation indexes. Based on this concept and design, the Chinese book citation index (CBkCI) is produced. The value of the CBkCI lies not only in filling the domestic vacuum in book citation, but also in promoting the quality of academic book publishing, and in contributing to a better library collection development. This article examines the Austrian Homeland or Heimat movement through an investigation of Wilhelm Angerer's 1942 book of poems and photographs, A Song Sweeps Down from the Mountains (Ein Lied rauscht von den Bergen). The multifaceted, widespread regionalist or homeland movement infiltrated all areas of visual culture, from tourist postcards and popular films to high‐quality picture books and exhibition prints. In considering the book by Angerer, this article highlights an intersection of modernity with tradition, defined in terms of a popular visual culture that formed a distinct and complex concept of the Austrian Heimat.  相似文献

目的从意境表现方式与特征、意境创意设计存在的问题与解决方式等方面,系统梳理与分析现代文化类书籍封面设计中的意境创意设计情况,指出现代文化类书籍封面设计意境创意设计策略。方法以我国传统儒家思想、文艺理论、书画理论为基础,以当前具有代表性的文化类书籍封面设计作品为案例,利用理论分析与案例解读相结合的方法,展开对此类书籍封面设计中意境创意设计情况的研究。结论现代文化类书籍封面设计中意境创意设计体现在图画、色彩、留白、文字等各项元素中,视觉上表现出文化审美的特征,情感上呈现出思想高远的特征,而内容上则彰显出书画一体的特征。有效解决现代文化类书籍封面设计意境创意设计过程中,所存在的文字与画面风格不协调、封面意境脱离书籍内容、缺乏对现代书籍封面设计原则与设计技法的重视方面的问题,则必须立足于书籍内容与思想,结合现代设计原则和手法,整合设计封面中的各项元素,由此呈现出完美的书籍封面意境效果。  相似文献

目的研究交互式电子书籍对传统纸质书籍的影响及其应对的方式与途径。方法分析交互式电子书籍与传统纸质书籍在概念、价值方面的差异,阐述现代书籍从平面设计到"屏面设计"的观念转变的意义和影响。在数字化时代下,传统纸质书籍受到越来越大的冲击,针对传统书籍设计的变革进行研究,提出现代科学合理的设计方法和理念。结论传统书籍装帧设计的优化,应更加关注文字内容、版式编排、装订形式和印刷工艺,使其延续人文优势,成为充满生命力的载体。  相似文献
