介绍了矿井提升机制动要求,提出用低压变频器控制高压电机设计方案.低压变频器用于控制提升机实现低频制动时,需要控制变频器输出电压实现转矩控制,设计了模糊PID控制器,实现变频器的输出电压控制.给出了变频器低频制动控制系统结构,介绍了变频器软件程序的设计.试验结果表明,此低频制动系统具有较好的控制效果.  相似文献

集中驱动式电动汽车的传动机构中,半轴特性会导致车辆紧急制动时利用电机进行车轮滑移率的精确控制变得困难。针对该类纯电动汽车,建立相应动力总成模型,在频域内分析电机制动力的传递特性及其对制动效果的影响;利用扩展卡尔曼滤波器进行半轴力矩的状态估计;提出两种车辆紧急制动工况下的电机—液压制动力协调控制方法,包括以液压制动为主、电机制动为辅的液压制动力动态控制方法以及以电机制动为主、液压制动为辅的半轴力矩补偿控制方法。仿真及台架试验结果表明,所提出的半轴力矩补偿控制方法可大大降低半轴特性对电机防抱死制动控制效果的不良影响,能够充分利用电机进行车辆的紧急制动;与传统摩擦制动防抱死控制相比,提升了整车制动效果,并降低了摩擦制动系统的要求。  相似文献

One type of braking system for railway vehicles is the eddy current brake. Because this type of brake has the problem of rail heating, it has not been used for practical applications in Japan. Therefore, we proposed the use of a linear induction motor (LIM) for dynamic braking in eddy current brake systems. The LIM reduces rail heating and uses an inverter for self excitation. We estimated the performance of an LIM from experimental results of a fundamental test machine and confirmed that the LIM generates an approximately constant braking force under constant current excitation. At relatively low frequencies, this braking force remains unaffected by frequency changes. The reduction ratio of rail heating is also approximately proportional to the frequency. We also confirmed that dynamic braking resulting in no electrical output can be used for drive control of the LIM. These characteristics are convenient for the realization of the LIM rail brake system. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Accidents occurred on counterweighted mine hoisting systems when the mechanical brake failed while the cage was empty. This allowed the counterweight to fall to the bottom of the shaft, causing the cage to overspeed and crash into the headframe. Direct-current hoist motors have the potential for preventing this type of accident by incorporating a passive electrical braking system known as dynamic braking. Installation of dynamic braking requires minimal control system modifications and modest expense. The various circuit designs that can be configured to implement dynamic braking on a DC mine hoisting system are discussed. Selection of the load resistance for the desired dynamic braking system performance is addressed. Data from tests of a mine hoisting system that was modified in the field to incorporate dynamic braking are analyzed, to provide technical credibility to the dynamic braking concept  相似文献

The transient behaviour of a three phase induction motor in the braking mode is investigated when the motor is fed from a variable frequency source. Appropriate voltage and frequency conditions to ensure minimum stopping time for plugging as well as for the case when plugging is used in conjunction with regenerative braking are identified. A dynamic model has been developed using the theory of instantaneous symmetrical component and associated operational equivalent circut and therefrom the transient performance of the motor in both the cases are compared with that of the normal plugging.  相似文献

A novel control scheme is investigated for operating induction motors in the constant torque mode. The basic control schemes and analysis of the steady-state performance of the system are presented. Circuit models are used to predict the performance characteristics. A new dc dynamic braking method is proposed and studied that provides very fast braking. Experimental results are presented to verify the theoretical predictions and demonstrate the feasibility of the control schemes.  相似文献
