对单摆系统在位置反馈和时滞位置反馈下的镇定问题进行了研究。考虑到控制器本身存在滞后现象这一实际因素,构建了含有两个时滞的二阶时滞微分方程模型;建立了系统的特征方程,采用特征根分析方法以及解析函数的零点重数之和关于参数的连续依赖性,得到了系统参数及各个时滞值与系统稳定性之间的关系,给出了与时滞相关的稳定性条件及与时滞无关的稳定性条件;结合代数方程求根技巧,分析了特征根的重数,得到了特征根的重数至多为 4 的参数条件,并证明了三重特征根至多有两个;在系统参数满足稳定性条件的前提下,证明了当特征根的模趋于无穷大时,必有特征根的实部趋于负无穷大;利用渐近分析技巧,计算出了当特征根的实部趋于负无穷大时特征根的渐近表达式。最后,通过 Matlab 数值仿真验证了结论的有效性,这一方法可进一步推广到含有多个时滞的 $n$ 阶微分方程系统。  相似文献

Spectral properties and transition to instability in neutral delay differential equations are investigated in the limit of large delay. An approximation of the upper boundary of stability is found and compared to an analytically derived exact stability boundary. The approximate and exact stability borders agree quite well for the large time delay, and the inclusion of a time-delayed velocity feedback improves this agreement for small delays. Theoretical results are complemented by a numerically computed spectrum of the corresponding characteristic equations.  相似文献

The investigation of a nonlinear stochastic delay equation with structural tool and regenerative time delays is presented. The conditions of Hopf bifurcation are computed in order to describe the regions of stability and instability. Explicit expressions characterizing the influence of nonlinear and stochastic perturbations, valid in the first order centre manifold approximation, are derived. In addition to this, we describe the underlying mathematical ideas of the centre manifold reduction of delay differential equations to ordinary differential equations for fixed time delays.  相似文献

This paper presents a new technique for studying the stability properties of dynamic systems modeled by delay‐differential equations (DDEs) with time‐periodic parameters. By employing a shifted Chebyshev polynomial approximation in each time interval with length equal to the delay and parametric excitation period, the dynamic system can be reduced to a set of linear difference equations for the Chebyshev expansion coefficients of the state vector in the previous and current intervals. This defines a linear map which is the ‘infinite‐dimensional Floquet transition matrix U’. Two different formulas for the computation of the approximate U, whose size is determined by the number of polynomials employed, are given. The first one uses the direct integral form of the original system in state space form while the second uses a convolution integral (variation of parameters) formulation. Additionally, a variation on the former method for direct application to second‐order systems is also shown. An error analysis is presented which allows the number of polynomials employed in the approximation to be selected in advance for a desired tolerance. An extension of the method to the case where the delay and parametric periods are commensurate is also shown. Stability charts are produced for several examples of time‐periodic DDEs, including the delayed Mathieu equation and a model for regenerative chatter in impedance‐modulated turning. In 1999 Ivanov and Losson [A.F. Ivanov and J. Losson, Stable rapidly oscillating solutions in delay differential equations with negative feedback, Differ. Int. Eqns 12 (1999), pp. 811–832] presented a computer assisted proof that a particular delay differential equation (with negative feedback) admits a stable rapidly oscillating periodic solution (ROPS). In this article the delay equation of Ivanov and Losson is embedded in a five-parametric class of differential equations. Conditions on the parameters are given such that the delay equation admits a stable ROPS. Moreover, it is shown that for odd n?>?1 the delay equation admits a stable ROPS with n humps per unit time if the parameters satisfy some explicitly given conditions. The delay equation of Ivanov and Losson satisfies all conditions on the five parameters. This gives an analytic proof and a considerable generalization of the result of Ivanov and Losson. The conditions on the parameters are believed to be sharp in a certain sense. The second result proves part of a conjecture in Stoffer [D. Stoffer, Delay equations with rapidly oscillating stable periodic solutions, J. Dyn. Differ. Eqns 20(1) (2008), pp. 201–238]. For a class of stiff delay differential equations with piecewise constant nonlinearity (positive or negative feedback) and for every n the following holds: if the stiffness parameter is sufficiently large then there are 2a(n) essentially different stable ROPSs with n humps per time unit. a(n) is the number of essentially different binary n-stage shift register sequences.  相似文献

本文采用精细积分方法计算了时滞受控系统在地震作用下的动力响应,得到在不同反馈增益下随时滞量变化的系统地震响应峰值分布。分析了在小时滞范围内随时滞量变化和反馈增益在不同的取值下对系统响应的影响,结果表明时滞对系统控制效果的影响程度随反馈增益的增大而增大,当时滞较大时,采用较小的控制增益控制效果较好,当时滞较小时,采用较大的控制增益可以获得更好的控制效果。本文结果可用于设计考虑时滞影响的结构振动主动控制算法。  相似文献

The mathematical models representing chatter dynamics have been cast as differential equations with delay. The suppression of regenerative chatter by spindle speed variation is attracting increasing attention. In this paper, we study nonlinear delay differential equations with periodic delays which model the machine tool chatter with continuously modulated spindle speed. The explicit time-dependent delay terms, due to spindle speed modulation, are replaced by state-dependent delay terms by augmenting the original equations. The augmented system of equations is autonomous and has two pairs of pure imaginary eigenvalues without resonance. We make used to the centre-manifold reduction and the method of normal forms to determine the periodic solutions and analyse the tool motion. Analytical results show both modest increase of stability and existence of periodic solutions close to the new stability boundary.  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper we apply the balancing reduction method to derive reduced‐order models for linear systems having multiple delays. The time‐domain balanced realization is achieved through computing the controllability and observability gramians in the frequency domain. With the variable transformation s = i tan(θ/2), the gramians of linear multi‐delay systems can be accurately evaluated by solving first‐order differential equations over a finite domain. The proposed approach is computationally superior to that of using the two‐dimensional realization of delay differential systems.  相似文献

This paper addresses some of the theoretical aspects involved in the numerical study of non-Newtonian flow problems. We consider the second-order Rivlin–Erickson constitutive model due to the simple differential form that emerges for the system of equations that govern the flow when expressed in stream function–vorticity variables. This model describes slightly elastic fluids that exhibit a constant viscosity behaviour. A steady two-dimensional flow is studied through a planar contraction geometry. An auxiliary variable is introduced into the problem formulation producing a non-linear system of differential equations comprising two elliptic equations and one hyperbolic equation. This system is discretized by finite difference methods and the resulting system of non-linear algebraic equations is solved iteratively by successive substitutions. The simple structure of this iteration permits a convergence analysis which is presented in Section 2. This analysis is performed prior to the spatial discretization and establishes the dependence of the iteration upon the material parameters. At the discrete linearized equation level a combination of inner iterations for elliptic equations and direct marching for the hyperbolic equation is used. The stability of the marching scheme is considered in Section 4.3 and a discussion on the results is given in Section 5.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper proposes a sufficient robust stability condition for uncertain time‐delay systems with delay‐dependence. The results obtained include information on the delay time and is less conservative than delay‐independent results which have been published when delays are small. 对简谐激励下陀螺系统的受迫振动及其在含时滞的位移和速度反馈控制下的动力学行为进行研究。利用拉格朗日方程,建立了两自由度陀螺系统的运动微分方程。考虑主共振和1:1内共振的情况,采用平均法得到了平均方程。通过对平均方程进行化简,得到了关于系统振幅的分岔方程,分别讨论了各个参数对系统振幅的影响。根据奇异性理论,分析了参数变化对系统分岔行为的影响。对受迫陀螺系统施加含时滞的位移和速度反馈控制,讨论了反馈增益和时滞对系统振幅的影响。  相似文献

An efficient numerical method is presented to analyze the moment stability and stationary behavior of linear stochastic delay differential equations. The method is based on a special kind of discretization technique with respect to the past effects. The resulting approximate system is a high dimensional linear discrete stochastic mapping. The convergence properties of the method is demonstrated with the help of the stochastic Hayes equation and the stochastic delayed oscillator.  相似文献

本文主要研究某类整函数系数高阶线性微分方程解的增长性,这类方程有一个系数为满足Denjoy猜想极值情况的整函数.运用亚纯函数值分布理论和整函数的渐近值理论,通过比较方程中每一项的模的大小,得到这类方程解的增长级的估计.对只有一个系数起控制作用的方程,当其存在一个系数为二阶微分方程的解时,得到上述方程的非零解都为无穷级.对系数具有相同增长级的方程,当其系数具指数函数形式时,得到上述方程的非零解也为无穷级.文中所得结果是对线性微分方程相关结果的推广和补充.  相似文献
