针对采用继电器控制方式控制架空乘人装置存在维护困难、工作效率低、安全性能差等问题,提出了一种基于PLC控制的架空乘人装置用控制箱的研制方案,介绍了该控制箱的硬件、软件设计及功能特点。该控制箱采用PLC作为控制核心、MT6070I系列触摸屏作为人机界面,实现了架空乘人装置及时停车、急停闭锁、状态及时显示、保护等功能。实际应用表明,该控制箱运行稳定,实现了全自动无人值守运行,提高了架空乘人装置的安全性和可靠性。 相似文献

针对油田生产中温度难以精确测量、人力资源浪费、工作效率不高的问题,设计了一套温度仪表自动化检测装置。分别给出了装置的硬件结构和软件功能。对虚拟仪器的工作原理与温度检测装置的整体结构进行了研究,采用图形显示方式对接收的数据信号进行处理。为了实现数据共享与仪表自动检验检测功能,将采集处理后的数据与检验检测综合信息系统相结合。采用该温度检测技术对仪器的上下位机进行软硬件设计,实现了多线程检测的自动化测量和电信号的采集。该温度检测装置可避免因温度漂移所造成的浪费,有利于带动相关产业的可持续性研究。 相似文献

介绍了一种基于DSP56F807和W78E516B的双CPU结构的电动机保护装置设计方案,着重分析了该装置中主控板、人机交互板的硬件电路设计及保护算法。该装置采用DSP56F807实现多通道AD转换、电量计算、各种保护算法、实时时钟控制、数据存储、CAN通信及继电器开关量输出控制等功能,采用W78E516B实现人机交互功能,采用带有任意衰减时间常数补偿、滤除衰减直流分量的傅氏算法来提高电动机保护算法的精度和准确度。实验结果表明,该装置的过电流保护算法具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性,取得了良好的运行效果。 相似文献

A robotic system architecture is presented and its real-time performance, when used to control a robotic gripper system for deformation-free handling of limp material, is evaluated. A major problem to be overcome has been the integrability and compatibility issues between various components of the developed system. The software and hardware protocols and interfaces developed to control and coordinate the subsystem operations and interactions are presented. In this paper an online text-independent speaker verification system developed at IIT Guwahati under multivariability condition for remote person authentication is described. The system is developed on a voice server accessible via telephone network using an interactive voice response (IVR) system in which both enrollment and testing can be done online. The speaker verification system is developed using Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) for feature extraction and Gaussian Mixture Model—Universal Background Model (GMM-UBM) for modeling. The performance of the system under multi-variable condition is evaluated using online enrollments and testing from the subjects. The evaluation of the system helps in understanding the impact of several well known issues related to speaker verification such as the effect of environment noise, duration of test speech, robustness of the system against playing recorded speech etc. in an online system scenario. In this paper, a non-invasive, portable and inexpensive antenatal care system is developed using fetal phonocardiography. The fPCG technique has the potential to provide low-cost and long-term diagnostics to the under-served population. The fPCG signal contains valuable diagnostic information regarding fetal health during antenatal period. The fPCG signals are acquired from the maternal abdominal surface using a wireless data acquisition and recording system. The diagnostic parameters e.g., baseline, variability, acceleration and deceleration of the fetal heart rate are derived from the fPCG signal. A model based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system is developed for the evaluation of fetal health status. To study the performance of the developed system, experiments were carried out with real fPCG signals under the supervision of medical experts. Its performance is found to be in close proximity with the widely accepted Doppler ultrasound based fetal monitor results. The overall performance shows that the developed system has a long-term monitoring capability with very high performance to cost ratio. 针对热轧层流冷却过程的自动化系统及优化控制算法难以在实际运行环境中进行充分的调试和验证、基于仿真软件发的实验平台则脱离工业实际的监控与运行环境、购买硬件控制系统进行实物/半实物仿真价格昂贵等问题,本文提出了采用组态软件、工业控制器模拟软件、仿真软件混合编程开发层流冷却虚拟实验平台的方法。该平台采用C#语言开发参数优化子系统、组态软件开发管理监控子系统、工业控制器模拟软件运行回路控制程序、MATLAB软件开发对象模型子系统,通过OPC软总线等技术实现了各个子系统的无缝连接。本文最后采用实际工业数据验证了平台的有效性,表明其广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

Considering the demand for improvement of monitoring the elders’ states of health, various kinds of intelligent medical devices have been designed by health care industries recently. This paper, therefore, develops an integrated Institutional Review Board (IRB) system to connect to hospitals, clinics, manufacturers, and customers for sharing information, reducing administrative costs, and further improving the quality of intelligent medical devices design. Moreover, two efficient security protocols are designed to establish secure communications in our developed integrated IRB system for protecting sensitive and confidential information. Main contributions of our developed IRB system are listed below. (i) The developed system provides a similar expert system to assist the development of intelligent medical devices and instantaneous management of clinical trails. (ii) Information about clinical trials and knowledge, clinical professionals, and trail investigators can be well constructed and maintained as a knowledge base for improving quality and efficiency of future clinical trials. (iii) The system provides a standard operating process and project management for clinical trials. (iv) It is efficient in accessing to IRB certification. (v) The developed system allows or assists the trial investigators and manufactures to communicate and cooperate with one another via a platform. (vi) Secure communications can be established in our IRB system, and hence all sensitive and confidential information can be protected from being disclosed. 利用ARM和QT开发了一款基于WiFi网络的无线视频监控系统.系统由远程视频采集端、WiFi网络和监控中心三部分构成.远程视频采集端采用 PXA270 ARM10微处理器为核心的硬件平台,并在其上建立 Linux操作系统,完成视频的采集、H.264编码压缩和传送.监控中心使用QT利用多线程技术开发了客户应用软件,实现监控视频的解码和显示. WiFi网络实瑞视频采集端和监控中心间的视频传输.使用效果表明,该系统能稳定实时地显示一路或多路视频监控图像,很好地达到了设计的要求,在各领域具有广泛的应用前景. 相似文献
