用透射电子显微镜(TEM)详细调查了加钛超低碳钢中Ti系碳硫化物的析出行为。在加热到125℃后于950℃保温的试样到Tix、MnS的共析出在奥氏体晶界形成链状析出物。这好象是借助于硫的原始晶界而在界面产生的优析出。反之,在950℃热加工时,由于再强晶抑制了TiS、MnS在奥氏体晶界的共析出,促进了奥氏体晶粒内Ti4C2S2的应变感生无效新出。在加热到1250℃后于950℃曙的情况下,在原始奥氏体晶 相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500热力模拟试验机,研究了典型低碳钢在未变形及变形条件下的连续冷却过程的相变规律,并通过光学显微镜对连续冷却后的组织进行了详细观察和分析。结果表明:随着冷却速度的增加,铁素体相变温度降低,相变时间缩短,晶粒细化,贝氏体含量增多;变形加速了钢的连续冷却转变,使CCT曲线左移,贝氏体的临界冷却速度增加。 相似文献

用Gleeble-1500热力模拟实验机研究了含铌低碳钢和普通低碳钢经不同变形条件下连续冷却过程的相变规律,利用热膨胀法结合金相法得到了连续冷却转变曲线,分析比较了它们的组织演变规律,测定了含铌低碳钢在不同温度和不同变形量下硬度的变化.研究结果表明,铌的加入使铁素体转变开始温度降低,使贝氏体转变温度降低,铌对贝氏体的转变产生了抑制作用.同时铌的加入扩大了产生贝氏体的冷速范围,含铌低碳钢中贝氏体的量显著增多.含铌钢在950℃变形时贝氏体板条长度和宽度比850℃变形时大.对含铌低碳钢,在冷却速度低于1℃/s时,由于生成大量的铁素体,导致了硬度降低;而冷却速度大于1℃/s时,基体中出现了贝氏体使硬度突然增加. 相似文献

采用扫描电镜和透射电子显微镜对低碳Ti-Mo系的热轧板进行了组织分析,同时对其中的纳米粒子析出行为进行了研究.强化机理分析表明析出强化对于屈服强度的贡献值可达291 MPa.随着卷取温度的降低,纳米粒子相间析出的排间距会减小,相间析出的排间距与其在铁素体中形核点位置有一定的离散值,但基本上呈一定的固定值.α/γ界面的观察和采用不同理论的计算结果表明相间析出的产生主要与α/γ界面的台阶形成有关,相间析出的排间距大小由台阶高度、晶界扩散系数、等温温度、台阶面迁移速率等决定. 相似文献

The precipitation of AlN is investigated in the austenite region of ultra low carbon steel. The evolution of the size and the morphology of AlN precipitates are studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) after isothermal annealing for different times at temperatures of 950 °C and 1050 °C. Various different morphologies are observed, including cuboids, large plates as well as irregular structures. In addition to the experimental analysis, thermo‐kinetic simulations are carried out with the software package MatCalc. The numerically calculated evolution of the mean radii as well as the time‐temperature‐precipitation (TTP) diagram for AlN precipitation in the present alloy show good agreement with experiment. 相似文献

The aim was to investigate transformation behavior and transformation kinetics of an ultra-low carbon bainitic steel during continuous cooling. Continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curves of tested steel were measured by thermal dilatometer and metallographic structures at room temperature were observed by optical microscope. Then transformation kinetic equation of austenite to ferrite as well as austenite to bainite was established by analyzing the relationship of lnln[1/(1-f)] and lnt in the kinetic equation on the basis of processed experimental data. Finally, the measured and calculated kinetic behaviors of the steel during continuous cooling were compared and growth patterns of transformed ferrite and bainite were analyzed. Results showed that calculated result was in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. It could be concluded that the growth modes of transformed ferrite and bainite were mainly one dimension as the Avrami exponents were between 1 and 2. 相似文献
