为进一步提高芳纶纤维/橡胶复合材料的界面黏合性能,在传统“二浴”法浸渍间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳(RFL)的基础上,分别在预处理液、RFL浸胶液中加入芳纶纳米纤维(ANF),研究ANF的添加工艺和用量对芳纶纤维/橡胶复合材料界面黏合性能的影响。结果表明,在预处理液中仅添加0.05wt%ANF, H抽出力为209.0 N,剥离力为19.8 N/根,动态黏合疲劳寿命9 829次,比未增强体系分别提高18.1%、14.4%和41.0%;在RFL浸胶液中添加0.15wt%ANF,H抽出力为206.5 N,剥离力为20.1 N/根,动态黏合疲劳寿命8 095次,比未增强体系分别提高15.9%、16.1%和16.1%。在预处理体系中添加ANF可更有效地提高动态黏合性能,原因在于ANF与芳纶纤维、预处理液中的异氰酸酯之间产生良好的化学作用,有利于界面处模量过渡,提高应力传递效率。  相似文献

测试了芳纶Ⅲ纤维的拉伸性能等,并与F-12和Kevlar-49纤维进行了对比.对由芳纶Ⅲ纤维与环氧树脂基体复合成型的单向纤维增强环形试样,测试了其拉伸强度、弹性模量和层间剪切强度,结果表明:芳纶Ⅲ纤维单向纤维复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量与F-12纤维相当,分别比Kevlar-49纤维要高出约25.7%和24.7%;但早期的芳纶Ⅲ纤维与环氧树脂基体的界面结合性较差,层间剪切强度仅为32.0~35.2MPa.  相似文献

为了改善芳纶纤维复合材料的界面粘结性能,从自制树脂基体入手,针对芳纶纤维的结构特点,合成了一种新型树脂(AFR)作为基体,制备了芳纶/AFR复合材料.通过宏观力学、微观力学以及接触角测试等方法研究了AFR树脂与芳纶纤维之间的界面粘结性能.结果表明:AFR树脂对芳纶纤维的浸润性好,单丝拔出强度高,复合材料的横向拉伸强度及层间剪切强度高,这说明芳纶纤维与AFR树脂之间具有良好的界面粘结性能.  相似文献

以原位乳液聚合方法合成水性聚氨酯预聚体(WPUP)包覆纳米ZnO粒子(ZnO@WPUP),将KOH预处理后的芳纶纤维浸渍在改性ZnO乳液中进行二次处理,进一步与天然橡胶硫化,得到ZnO@WPUP改性芳纶/橡胶复合材料,并通过FTIR、SEM和H抽出实验等测试分析ZnO@WPUP对芳纶/橡胶复合材料黏合性能的影响。结果表明:WPUP能有效提高ZnO分散性,随着WPUP含量增加,ZnO@WPUP在芳纶纤维表面分散更加均匀,纤维表面粗糙度增大,改善了芳纶纤维表面橡胶的黏附量,从而大幅度提高芳纶/橡胶复合材料的黏结强度。  相似文献

采用化学改性法对芳纶纤维进行表面处理, 研究了改性前后芳纶纤维对水泥基复合材料强度及抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明: 芳纶纤维的掺入可以提高水泥砂浆的抗折强度和抗冲击性能, 经化学改性后的芳纶纤维增强效果更加明显。当掺杂纤维的体积分数为1.0%时, 化学改性前后芳纶纤维增强水泥砂浆试样与基准砂浆试样相比, 其28天抗折强度分别提高了15.18%和23.85%, 抗冲击韧性分别提高了276.74%和294.54%。采用SEM对芳纶纤维表面微观形貌及试样断口形貌进行了观察, 利用XPS对改性前后芳纶纤维表面元素变化进行了研究, 探讨了芳纶纤维对水泥砂浆的增强机制。   相似文献

叙述了球形弹体对芳纶纤维增强复合材料冲击的研究结果.对芳纶复合板的抗弹机理进行了研究,并研究了影响芳纶复合材料抗弹性能的主要因素.结果表明,在等厚条件下,预浸料铺层层数越多,靶板面密度越大;采用热塑性树脂材料为基体,且基体含量较低时,芳纶复合材料会具有更好的抗弹性能.  相似文献

采用螺杆挤出机研究了添加连续芳纶纤维增强木粉/高密度聚乙烯(CAF-WF/HDPE)复合材料,为改善CAF与WF/HDPE复合材料界面相容性,分别采用磷酸和硅烷偶联剂处理纤维。对比表面处理前后的CAF形态分析显示,经过处理的CAF表面粗糙度增加;采用磷酸和硅烷偶联剂处理,纤维束从基体中的拔出强度分别提高了94.9%和77.6%,表明处理后的CAF与WF/HDPE复合材料的界面结合强度有所提高。对比WF/HDPE复合材料,在挤出成型过程中加入未处理CAF,CAF-WF/HDPE复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高了32.1%、35.1%、515.1%;CAF采用硅烷偶联剂处理后,CAF-WF/HDPE复合材料对应的力学性能分别提高了42.0%、37.4%、550.2%。动态力学分析表明:表面处理后CAF与WF/HDPE复合材料的界面相容性得到改善。   相似文献

分别使用高速拉伸试验机和霍普金森拉杆装置对碳纤维、芳纶纤维增强环氧树脂平纹复合材料的动态力学性能进行测试。结果表明:在拉伸过程中,碳纤维和芳纶纤维呈脆性断裂特征,两种材料的弹性模量几乎不受应变率的影响,抗拉强度随着应变率的增加而升高,且与应变率的对数呈线性关系。  相似文献

本文主要研究分析了不规则形状孔隙对复合材料单向板横向拉伸力学性能的影响。首先通过C++编写不规则孔隙随机分布算法。然后通过Python参数化生成包含随机分布纤维和不规则孔隙的重复胞元(Repeating unit cell,RUC)。最后使用有限单元法(Finite element method)分析研究了不规则孔隙对单向板横向拉伸性能(横向弹性模量和横向拉伸强度)的影响。研究结果显示,孔隙的形状会影响单向板的初始损伤、损伤扩展和最终破坏。随着孔隙率的增大,横向弹性模量和横向拉伸强度都减小。相对于横向弹性模量,孔隙率对横向拉伸强度的影响较大。   相似文献

The influence of retrogression and re-aging treatment (RRA) on short transverse tensile properties of 7010 aluminium alloy extrusions was studied. The short transverse ductility of extrusions, which was much lower in the T6 condition, was improved to the optimum level after retrogression and re-aging treatment. It is found that short transverse ductility is influenced by the nature of precipitate particles located along the grain boundary. It is observed that coarsening of the grain boundary precipitates and its copper enrichment that occurs during RRA are found to be the factors responsible for improvement in stress corrosion cracking (SCC) resistance. The optimum retrogression and re-aging schedule is established that gives rise to the best combination of strength, ductility and SCC resistance.  相似文献

In numerous cases, metals and alloys traditionally used as structural materials in the process equipment can now be successfully replaced by nonmetallic composite materials. We study the influence of service solutions on the state of stress and tensile properties of glass-polyester pipes in the longitudinal and circumferential directions. These analyses are of great importance for the use of examined pipes in chemical industry. The pipes were produced by “Poliester” Corporation (Priboj). The influence of two solutions, methanol and ammonia, was studied. The samples were treated in solutions for three, seven and ten days. After this, the samples were subjected to tensile testing by the standard procedure. The stresses and strengths were determined both in the longitudinal direction (testing on flat test specimens) and in the circumferential direction (ring tests). The analysis of test results, according to the type of solution and the period of holding, was realized in comparison with the results obtained by testing intact pipes (not subjected to the influence of the solution). The micromechanical analysis of broken samples helped to determine the influence of the solution on the structure of composite pipes and determine the models and mechanisms responsible for the decrease in strength.  相似文献

The influence of transverse reinforcement on bond strength of tensile splices is investigated. An equation to calculate the bond strength of splices confined and not confined by transverse reinforcement is presented. The equation which covers all grades of concrete shows good correlation with test results. For instance for 138 normal strength concrete test results reported in the literature the mean value of test/calculated bond strength is 1.00 with a standard deviation of 0.10. These values indicate a significant improvement in the prediction of the bond strength when compared to the values obtained from other models.  相似文献

The development of Finite Element (FE) thermoforming simulations of tailored thermoplastic blanks, i.e. blanks composed of unidirectional pre-impregnated tapes, requires the characterisation of the composite tape under the same environmental conditions as forming occurs. This paper presents a novel approach for the characterisation of transverse tensile properties of unidirectional thermoplastic tapes using a Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) system in a quasi-static manner. The relevance of the presented method is assessed by testing, under the same environmental conditions, a control material with both a universal testing machine and a DMA system. For simulation purposes, a unidirectional thermoplastic tape is characterised under environmental forming conditions using the presented test method. Experimental results, which include stress–strain behaviour and transverse viscosity, are eventually used to identify, via an inverse approach, simulation parameters of a thermo-visco-elastic composite material model (MAT 140, PAM-Form, ESI Group). Comparisons between simulated and experimental results show good agreement.  相似文献

Four point bending tests were carried out on 32-ply glass fibre-epoxy specimens with 0 ° plies on the surface. Different combinations of 0 ° and ± 45 ° interior plies allowed the transverse stresses at the surface to be varied. All specimens failed by fibre tension, and the strength was relatively insensitive to transverse compressive strengths. The maximum stress failure criterion was found to provide a reasonable fit to the experimental data, and is recommended for design purposes.  相似文献

When a fibre-plastic composite in which the fibres are brittle, continuous, and unidirectional is subjected to longitudinal tension under essentially static loading conditions, there exists a range of possible composite strengths. This paper presents a model which may be used to predict that range of possible composite strengths. An important feature of the model is that it considers both static and dynamic stress concentration effects on intact fibres which result from a fibre failure. A computer simulation technique is used to generate a set of generalized scatter limits for the average fibre stress at composite failure from the model. The generalized scatter limits may be used to predict the range of strengths for a composite material. The model results are used to predict the ranges of strength for composite materials prepared from three types of carbon fibre and these are compared with experimental results.  相似文献
