冷弯成型变形复杂,实验研究是冷弯成型研究中不可缺少的一部分,采用电阻应变片测量法和网格法对冷弯成型过程进行研究,并以直缝焊管为例,对带材的变形及弹复等进行综合测试,获得了许多有价值的实验数据,有助于工厂改进工艺,生产出高质量的产品。  相似文献

Pipeline transportation is an economical,safe,and efficient transportation method for transporting oil,natural gas,mineral slurry,and other fluids.Welding is the most critical construction process in pipeline engineering and is crucial in the safe operation and service of an entire pipeline system.Theoretically,the girth welded joint is the weakest link in a pipeline system.The unevenness of the structure and performance of the joint caused by welding frequently results in the failure of the welded joint before the failure of the base material of the pipe body,causing the pipeline to leak or even break.For steel pipes used in an acidic corrosive medium environment,the integration of the corrosive medium and mechanical load will accelerate the failure of the welded joint.This article reviews the failure modes of pipeline welded joints in acidic corrosive media,including stress corrosion cracking,hydrogen-induced cracking,and corrosion fracture,and corrosion fatigue considering the diffusion and accumulation of H+at the crack tip.It also reviews service pipelines in acidic corrosive media.The general processing technology of pipe joint engineering critical assessment(ECA)is investigated to provide a reference for the future development of technology in this field.  相似文献

 随着中国钢铁、冶金与电磁等交叉学科的快速发展,焊接钢管产量及质量日益提升。高频感应加热是生产焊接钢管的核心工序,获取更加精确的焊管高频加热过程的应力分布和微观组织演化规律,是进一步提升焊管品质的关键要素和学者们关切的问题。综合考虑热传导和微观组织转变对应力的影响,针对高频焊管特有的沙漏形热源形貌,定量分析了焊接热影响区微观组织演变过程和残余应力的分布规律,获得了考虑热应力和组织应力的残余应力分布。发现该应力特点为在焊缝附近轴向残余应力较大,最大等效残余应力出现在距焊缝中心1/2壁厚处的热影响区,在壁厚方向管材内部的中间层的残余应力较大,且应力分布与反映高频焊接热源形貌特征的加热温度峰值和加热温度宽度相关。而在焊缝中心处,未考虑组织变化的等效残余应力值是考虑组织变化的1.3倍。掌握焊管高频焊接应力和组织演变的特点和规律,可为优化高频焊接工艺提供理论依据,对提升高频焊管质量具有重要意义。  相似文献

With the increase in energy demand,the demand for oil and gas transmission pipes,particularly high-grade longitudinal submerged arc welded pipes (LSAWs),have been growing in recent years.The construction of the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project shows that the oil and gas pipeline construction has entered a new phase of development with X80 pipes being applied in large scales for the first time in China.This paper briefly introduces the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project and its main technical requirements with the focus on the features of API standard 5L X80 grade  1219 mm series of U-ing-O-ing-Expanding (UOE) LSAW pipes,which Baosteel developed with the integrated technology for the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project.The analysis shows the extra-low carbon content,the high contents of manganese and niobium,the fine microstructure,the high strength,the toughness and the good weldability of X80 pipes meet the requirements of "the technical specification of LSAW linepipes for the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project in China".By the end of June 2010,Baosteel had totally produced 322000 t of  1219 mm X80 UOE steel pipes,which have been successfully used in the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project,thus filling the gap of the production of large diameter X80 UOE LSAW pipes in China.  相似文献

Because special steels are the basic materials for industrialization,a national R&D program on special steel technology for high quality products have been granted to promote the special steel production and applications since 2008.Since then,great progresses have been achieved on ferritic stainless steel sheets,heat resistance steel pipes and tubes,microalloyed forging steel bars,and mould steel forgings for hot working. The ratio of ferritic stainless steel sheets produced by TISCO and Baosteel has been promoted through technology innovations and increased 42%and 48 in 2009 respectively.439M steel sheets have been used to exhaust system,and 444 steel sheets have been applied to kitchen and architecture.The production technologies for heat resistance steel pipes and tubes(T/P92,S3043,S31042 steels) have been developed in Baosteel and Pansteel to meet the market requirements.Meanwhile,the round bloom technology has been initiated in Xingcheng Steel.The new technologies for microalloyed forging steels,low cost steel bar,and tailored steel and components,were proposed by CISRI based on the understanding of precise chemical composition and segregation control.And the applications of microalloyed forging steel bars have been promoted remarkably.The researchers have developed high quality mould steel technologies,heavy section forgings of 718 steel,high premium H13 steel blocks and large diameter mandrels used for seamless pipe rolling.The technology innovations of the program could lead to the progress of production technology in special steel sheets,pipes,bars and forgings,and meet the demands from market.For the moment,it is actually believed that there still strong requirements for the technology innovations on special steels.  相似文献

The development of steel grade up to X 80 quality was shown explaining metallurgical mechanisms used for thermomechanically rolled steels with improved toughness behaviour. The influence of the reduction of C-content for these TM-steels on the field welding behaviour was discussed. The development of steels with improved resistance against sour media was presented, showing the influence of purity degree, Mn- and C-content in combination with the steelmaking practice. The influence of residual stress on the SSCC resistance of SAW pipe was pointed out and a heat treatment process was presented reducing the residual stress and resulting in crack free spiral welded pipes under the most severe test condition of NACE-solution with pH-values of 2.7–3.5.  相似文献

Abstract

Roll forming is one of the important advanced metal forming processes. Simulation is an effective method to study the geometrical and the mechanical character of the strip deformation between the rolls. The spline finite strip method (SFSM) has been developed to simulate the cold forming process. The solution procedures of SFSM are given. The forming processes of four types of sections: electrical resistance welded pipe, channel section, channel section with outer edge and non-symmetrical channel section, were simulated by SFSM. The transverse membrane strain, longitudinal membrane strain and displacement of the deformed strip were obtained.  相似文献
