在水分胁迫及复水条件下,选用抗旱性较弱的丹玉13号和抗旱性较强的掖单13号玉米品种幼苗为试村,研究了玉米叶片蛋白质的变化规律和抗旱性的关系。结果表明,可溶性蛋白含量随水分胁迫加强而下降。水分胁迫可引起蛋白质合成的变化并产生干早诱导蛋白,抗旱性弱的品种诱导蛋白产生早于抗旱性强的品种。  相似文献

产量变化是大豆品种耐旱性的综合体现,本研究提出用综合产量干旱指数(CI)法可将大豆耐旱性分为三类:CI≥0.600,为耐旱性强的品种;0.400≤CI<0.600,为耐旱力中等品种;CI<0.400,则为不耐旱品种。耐旱性强的品种,叶片叶绿素含量高,叶片较厚,叶片的水分临界饱和亏缺显地高于不耐旱品种的临界饱和亏缺,耐旱性强的品种,干旱年份和正常年份下的料/叶比没有显差异,而耐旱性弱的品种,受旱后粒/叶比显下降。耐旱性强的品种茎中导管的密度和口径都较大,木纤维细胞直径也较大。  相似文献

选取低浓度系列平衡液进行等温吸附试验,研究了不同pH水稻土对硅的吸附等温曲线方程参数与土壤理化性质之间的关系。结果表明:土壤吸附硅的缓冲容量(PBCSi)与土壤粘粒含量呈线性正相关关系(r=0.7745**,n=12),与土壤pH呈对数正相关关系(r=0.8660**,n=12);土壤吸附硅的零位浓度(ZACSi)与土壤游离氧化铁含量呈对数正相关关系(r=0.5801*,n=12),与土壤pH呈指数负相关关系(r=0.8661**,n=12);评价土壤供硅能力指标的参数与土壤氧化铁活化度呈指数负相关关系(r=0.6026*,n=12),与氧化铁晶胶比呈幂函数正相关关系(r=0.5950*,n=12)。  相似文献

在水分胁迫下,水稻叶片的气孔密度明显增大,气孔的长、宽明显减小.气孔密度与气孔长度、宽度呈显著的负相关(r=-0.90*,n=7)、而气孔长度和宽度呈显著的正相关(r=0.71*,n=7).在水分胁迫下,水稻叶片的净光合速率也显著下降,并表现出与气孔密度呈显著负相关(r=-0.89,n=7).  相似文献

试验在温室条件下,分别于5月、8月采用盆栽控水研究了3种豆科牧草(5个品种)在水分胁迫下的一些生理生化变化,包括叶片相对含水量、细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和SOD酶活性的变化。结果表明:紫花苜蓿Eureka和Defi两个品种在供试牧草中是最抗旱的,且前者更强;百脉根和白三叶两个品种(Huia和Revendel)因鉴定时期不同而有所差异,5月份白三叶两个品种强于百脉根,而8月份随着百脉根生长速度的加快,其抗旱性强于白三叶品种。其中Huia的抗旱性要强于Revendel。  相似文献

采用液培方法研究了不同番茄品种在低磷胁迫下根系及生理学的适应特征。结果表明:低磷胁迫导致植株根,冠比增加.不同番茄品种的磷营养效率的差异主要表现在磷的吸收能力,而不是磷素分配和利用率。低磷胁迫下,耐低磷番茄品种的侧根平均长度要高于低磷敏感品种;不同番茄品种在低磷胁迫下酸性磷酸酶活性上升幅度存在显著差异,随着磷胁迫强度的增强,耐低磷品种的酸性磷酸酶的上升幅度高于低磷敏感品种;耐低磷番茄品种在低磷胁迫下具有小的Km和Cmin,说明这两个指标是番茄在磷胁迫下较为敏感的生理指标。  相似文献

1996-2000年应用田间自然病辅和病土盆栽相结合方法,对黑龙江省推广的36个大豆品种进行了抗大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种的抗生鉴定,鉴定结果表明,在36个品种中,抗病品种2个,占供试品种的5.5%,中抗品种9个,占供试品种的25.0%;感病品种13个,占人共试品种的36.1%;高感品种12个,占供试品种的33.3%,这说明黑龙江省主栽大豆品种绝大部分对大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种都是感病或高感的。  相似文献

本文以玉米为试材。在半干旱地区设置地膜覆盖栽培试验。结果表明,采用覆膜栽培,在作物生长前期具有显著的保水效果。0~10cm、10~20cm和20~30cm土层的土壤含水量分别比裸地增加13.77%、6.67%和8%;在玉米拔节以后,覆膜土壤表现为深层含水量低于裸地,lm土层覆膜土壤储水量平均比裸地减少36.5mm,减少了水分“库存”。分析认为,覆膜栽培条件下的耕层土壤水分主要补充源是自然降水、上升毛管水和汽态水,而在地下水位较深的旱地上汽态水似更为重要,地膜的保水作用,主要在于汽态水在土壤表层凝结、集聚,而使表层含水量增加。  相似文献

干旱逆境蛋白是热稳定蛋白,因此热稳定蛋白可能与抗旱性有关。在本试验中小麦幼苗热稳定蛋白含量在干旱胁迫初期随相对含水量下降而下降,后期随相对含水量的进一步下降而升高,较抗旱的品种Kite在胁迫初期热稳定蛋白含量下降幅度较小。35S标记试验表明在干旱胁迫期间小麦幼苗有蛋白质合成,但用SDS-PAGE凝胶电脉只从干旱胁迫后期相对含水量已降到50%以下的Kite样品中分离出1种大量产生的23.5KD新蛋白。因此,在干旱胁迫下小麦新产生的蛋白可能与干旱胁迫前期的抗旱性无关,而与后期的抗严重脱水能力有关。  相似文献

本文将WOFOST作物生长模型与遥感技术相结合,提出一种基于遥感的水分胁迫条件下玉米生产潜力评估模型,可利用遥感数据反演区域干旱强度,并驱动作物生长模型,最终得到作物生产潜力。该模型的核心是基于温度植被干旱指数(TVDI)每日蒸散算法,采用该算法可较为准确地计算水分胁迫条件下玉米农田每日蒸散量;并结合优化选取的作物品种参数,利用自行开发的TVDI-WOFOST软件开展计算,达到精确模拟干旱条件下作物产量的目的。经农业统计数据证明,本文所提出的评估模型可较好模拟水分胁迫条件下玉米生产潜力,对干旱灾情评估、农业发展规划、水利建设规划等工作具有较高的参考价值。  相似文献

以两种不同基因型玉米(唐玉10号、博丰12号)为材料,用溶液培养的方法研究了低锌、缺锌和正常供锌对玉米生长发育的影响,并对两品种的SOD同工酶谱和蛋白质表达进行了分析。结果表明:一定浓度的低锌比缺锌对玉米危害更大,但不同基因型玉米对此敏感性不同,博丰12号表现出这种现象相对迟缓,而唐玉10号表现得迅速。与正常供锌相比,低锌处理时唐玉10号和博丰12号的一些SOD同工酶的活性降低,但博丰12号的一个SOD同工酶的活性明显提高,而缺锌对两品种的SOD同工酶谱影响不大。SDS-PAGE分析表明,低锌或缺锌处理时两种不同基因型玉米都有一些蛋白质组分增加或缺失。  相似文献

Crop models are used to estimate crop productivity under future climate projections, and modellers manage uncertainty by considering different scenarios and GCMs, using a range of crop simulators. Five crop models and 20 users were arranged in a randomized block design with four replicates. Parameters for maize (well studied by modellers) and rapeseed (almost ignored) were calibrated. While all models were accurate for maize (RRMSE from 16.5% to 25.9%), they were, to some extent, unsuitable for rapeseed. Although differences between biomass simulated by the models were generally significant for rapeseed, they were significant only in 30% of the cases for maize. This could suggest that in case of models well suited to a crop, user subjectivity (which explained 14% of total variance in maize outputs) can hide differences in model algorithms and, consequently, the uncertainty due to parameterization should be better investigated.  相似文献

合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)由于其特有的全天时、全天候成像及对农作物的穿透探测能力,已成为农作物信息获取的重要手段。该文建立基于Matrix Doubling 算法的玉米多阶散射模型,以全极化雷达遥感数据Radarsat-2为数据源进行模型验证,在模型基础上,根据玉米关键生长期的几何参数,分析了玉米的时域散射特征;玉米不同生长期由于结构上的差异,散射特征差别很大:在玉米出苗期,小角度情况下C波段VV-HV适用于土壤湿度的提取;在玉米成熟期,大角度情况下C波段HH-HV较适合玉米叶片含水量的分析。  相似文献

The ancient polity of Tikal has been extensively studied by archaeologists and soil scientists, but more information is needed to determine the specific subsistence and ancient farming techniques that sustained its inhabitants for more than eight centuries. Recent settlement, soil resource, and vegetation surveys were completed during a re-evaluation of the earthworks of Tikal. The objective of this research was to combine non-parametric multiplicative regression, stable carbon isotopes, soil properties, and remote-sensing data for cost-effective, predictive modelling of ancient maize (Zea mays L.) agricultural areas. The study area is positioned within a 300 km2 region surrounding the Tikal site centre (17° 13′ 19.0″ N, 89° 27′ 25.2″ W). In the study area, ancient maize agriculture was determined using carbon (C) isotopic signatures of C4 vegetation that were incorporated into the soil humin fraction. Probability models predicting C isotopic enrichment were used to outline areas of potential long-term maize agriculture. A binomial model predicted areas mainly along the bajo margins, indicating that these areas may have been used for sustained ancient maize agriculture. Upland areas with shallow Rendolls soil were found to lack strong C4 isotopic signatures. They showed a long-term C3 vegetation signature that could have supported native forest, silvicultural activities, or C3 cropping practices (i.e. forest gardens). The mosaic of C3 and C4 signatures within the study site soils suggests that the Tikal area supported a variety of food production systems.  相似文献

采用不同菌源梯度人工接种的方法,在田间造成玉米弯孢菌叶斑病流行动态不同的18个发病小区,分析各期病情指数与产量构成因子之间的相关性,结果表明:玉米弯孢菌叶斑病对玉米面粒重、单穗重和产量都有显著影响,产量损失率与病情指数呈正相关,产量损失率最高可达38.24%,而病情指数对穗数没有直接影响。利用电子计算机SPSS统计分析软件构建了两个玉米弯孢菌叶斑病产量损失估计模型:(1)关键期病情模型(CPM),L=2.8219+0.7402x1(R=0.8799,SD=5.2149,N=18)。(2)多期病情模型(MPM):L=1.073+0.426x1+0.170x2(R=0.892,SD=5.2898,N=18)。式中:L为玉米产量损失率;x1为授粉期病情指数;x2为灌浆后期病情指数。  相似文献

对4个感病程度不同的玉米品种接种玉米矮化花叶病毒(MDMV)7d后植株叶片内过氧化物酶(PO)活性经研究表明:玉米接种病毒后PO活性均有提高,但提高幅度不同且酶活变化波形差异大。抗病品种接毒前酶活低且波形变化平稳,接毒后第2天酶活急剧增高且波形变化大,而感病品种接毒后酶活变化不大且波形一致。玉米PO同工酶酶谱简单,与对照比较,接毒后抗、感品种带纹数目变化不大,但带纹浓重而重叠。抗病品种接毒后第2天带纹突然加重,且持续增加,而感病品种有持续减弱趋势。  相似文献

An automated solution for maize detasseling is very important for maize growers who want to reduce production costs. Quality assurance of maize requires constantly monitoring production fields to ensure that only hybrid seed is produced. To achieve this cross-pollination, tassels of female plants have to be removed for ensuring all the pollen for producing the seed crop comes from the male rows. This removal process is called detasseling. Computer vision methods could help positioning the cutting locations of tassels to achieve a more precise detasseling process in a row. In this study, a computer vision algorithm was developed to detect cutting locations of corn tassels in natural outdoor maize canopy using conventional color images and computer vision with a minimum number of false positives. Proposed algorithm used color informations with a support vector classifier for image binarization. A number of morphological operations were implemented to determine potential tassel locations. Shape and texture features were used to reduce false positives. A hierarchical clustering method was utilized to merge multiple detections for the same tassel and to determine the final locations of tassels. Proposed algorithm performed with a correct detection rate of 81.6% for the test set. Detection of maize tassels in natural canopy images is a quite difficult task due to various backgrounds, different illuminations, occlusions, shadowed regions, and color similarities. The results of the study indicated that detecting cut location of corn tassels is feasible using regular color images.  相似文献
