应用于生物分析的纳米探针主要包括:等离子体共振颗粒探针,量子点、荧光探针和拉曼探针等等.拉曼探针跟其它纳米颗粒探针相比,其重要的优点是它能提供丰富的分子结构信息,从而很大程度上避免了光谱重叠,有可能研制出各种不同的拉曼探针.特别值得注意的是,基于表面增强与共振增强相结合的纳米拉曼探针,能超灵敏地、高特异性地检测生物分子.该文采用了一种新型的合成方法,成功地制备了以纳米金为核,二氧化硅为外壳,且其中包埋有染料的金/二氧化硅核壳纳米颗粒,并把它作为一种表面增强共振拉曼(SERRS)探针用于免疫分析. 相似文献

The development of intrinsic SERS fiber optic sensors, i.e., fiber optical sensors that also serve as SERS active platforms, is challenging in that an easy, robust method that integrates the SERS active platform with fiber optics is still largely missing. There is a trade-off between implementing optimal morphology of SERS active nanostructures for best enhancement effect and preserving optical transparency that allows maximum transmission of the excitation radiation and the detected signals. In the present work, highly sensitive and reproducible silver nanorod arrays (AgNRs) have been integrated to a fiber optic probe for SERS detection. The films underlying the AgNR coating have been tailored to allow maximum light transmission while maintaining optimal SERS activity. The intense spectral background from the probe fiber core is largely eliminated by using a GRIN lens to produce a tight focus of the incident radiation at the AgNR coating. The performance of the AgNR fiber optic probes has been evaluated in a forward scattering optical configuration using BPE and adenine. The low detection limit of BPE and adenine is 10−7 M. Reproducibility and sampling methods are also discussed. 相似文献

设计了一种简单的信号衰减型电化学溶菌酶适体传感器。以氧化石墨烯修饰的玻碳电极为基底(GO/GCE),通过循环伏安法电沉积金纳米粒子在电极表面,得到AuNPs/GO/GCE。将3’端修饰巯基的单链DNA通过金硫键共价连接于电极上,而在与前者可部分杂交的适体探针链5’端标记上二茂铁甲酸。当目标物溶菌酶与适体探针链发生特异性结合,通过示差脉冲伏安法检测到二茂铁甲酸还原峰电流相应的改变,从而实现对溶菌酶的识别及定量检测。结果表明,该传感器对溶菌酶具有较好的选择性和灵敏度,对于溶菌酶的检测范围为1.08×10-11~1.08×10-8mol/L,检出限达到6.02×10-12mol/L。 相似文献

The finite‐difference time‐domain method (FDTD) is extended to three‐dimensional (3D) anisotropic magnetized plasma based on the trapezoidal recursive convolution (TRC) technology. The TRC technique requires single convolution integral in the formulation as in the recursive convolution (RC) method, while maintaining the accuracy comparable to the piecewise linear recursive convolution (PLRC) method with two convolution integrals. In this article, the numerical results indicate that the TRC‐FDTD method not only improves accuracy over the RC‐FDTD with the same computational efficiency but also spends less computational time than the PLRC‐FDTD based on the same accuracy. The 3D TRC‐FDTD formula is provided and the bistatic radar scattering sections of conductive targets covered with anisotropic magnetized plasma are calculated. The results show that magnetized plasma cover layer can greatly reduce echo energy of radar targets, and the anisotropic magnetized plasma cover has better absorption effect than nonmagnetized. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel strategy for the preparation of amperometric immunosensor for rapid determination of α-1-fetoprotein (AFP) in human serum has been developed. TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by solvothermal reaction using TiCl4 as raw materials and the mixture of ionic liquids and doubly distilled water as solvent. α-1-fetoprotein antibody (AFP Ab) was mixed with TiO2 NPs/chitsotan (CHIT) solution and immobilized onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. AFP (Ab) functionalized Au NPs were used as catalytic labels for the amperometric detection of AFP by means of the electrocatalyzed reduction of Au NPs to H2O2. The electrochemical behavior of the immunosensor was studied. Other experimental conditions such as pH, immunoreactions temperature and time were also studied. The prepared immunosensor offers an excellent amperometric response for AFP ranging from 1.0 to 160.0 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.1 ng/mL. The result shows that the immunosensor displays rapid response, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and favorable stability. 相似文献

现有因果关系建模方法应用于故障事件序列时,难以有效引入因果先验,使得算法结果过于稠密,同时在稀疏、时间精度低的数据上因果关系可靠性较差。将不同故障类型事件的因果关系建模为基于霍克斯过程的格兰杰因果关系,提出一种面向故障序列的格兰杰因果发现的霍克斯过程模型。将霍克斯过程拓展到离散时间域,解决低时间精度数据的建模问题,并通过构造基于贝叶斯信息准则的目标函数,保证因果结构稀疏性,进而利用基于EM算法与爬山法的迭代优化算法引入因果先验,提高模型的可靠性。实验结果表明,该方法在由不同参数生成的模拟数据上均表现突出,且在两个通信网络的真实数据集中,F1评分相比ADM4、MLE-SGL、TSSO和PCMCI算法提升15.18%以上。而通过引入根因标注和因果依赖性先验,算法的F1评分进一步提升22.43%以上,验证了引入先验的有效性。 相似文献
