侧面分布式泵浦双包层脉冲光纤放大器   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用自行研制的光纤侧面耦合器,设计和研制了侧面分布式泵浦、两级全光纤连接的掺镱双包层脉冲光纤放大器,实现了输出波长为1064nm、平均输出功率达到2.12W、脉冲宽度20ns、重复频率50kHz的高功率、高重复频率全光纤结构脉冲光纤放大器.光纤侧面耦合器对泵浦光耦合效率最高达到69%,对反向信号光的隔离度最低为17dB,有效避免了高功率脉冲回波对泵浦光源的损害,使用更高泵浦耦合效率的侧面耦合器,可进一步提高放大器输出功率.  相似文献

为了研究如何从脉冲种子光经放大器后获得能量为毫焦级、纳秒级脉宽的激光脉冲,以及重频、受激喇曼效应对输出激光脉冲的影响,采用基于主振荡动率放大方式建立了3级脉冲双包层掺Yb光纤放大器的瞬态理论模型。在不同重频下对能量为10nJ、脉宽为100ns的脉冲种子光经放大后的脉冲能量、峰值功率、平均功率、脉宽及受激喇曼效应进行了数值模拟。计算数据表明,当重频小于200Hz时输出激光脉冲的能量、波形受重频的影响很小,可以忽略不计,在适当参量下受激喇曼效应对各级放大输出几乎没有影响。结果表明,适当选择3级光纤放大器的各项参量可以实现毫焦级的激光脉冲输出。  相似文献

A compact (2.0 by 1.6 in), light weight (2.1 oz), microwave integrated circuit (MIC) GaAs IMPATT amplifier module having 3.6-W pulsed output power with a gain of 22.5 dB over the 9.2-9.8 GHz band has been developed for phased array radar applications. The design goal for the module was 4-W pulsed output power with 23-dB gain over this frequency band. The module has been operated over a wide range of pulse lengths (200 ns-50 /spl mu/s) and duty factors (0.5-40 percent) with outstanding pulse fidelity. The totally integrated module consists of three IMPATT reflection amplifier stages in cascade with input and output isolators and a transmit/receive switch. Each amplifier stage has an independent hybrid thin film constant current pulse modulator. The design considerations of the essential components for final module integration, and the microwave performance characteristics are presented.  相似文献

报道了一个三级主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构的瓦级皮秒光纤激光器.第一级利用半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)和光纤光栅组成线性腔,构建了一个低功率的被动锁模掺Yb3+光纤激光器,其最大平均输出功率为9.2 mW,作为整个激光器的种子源;第二级采用单模掺镱光纤放大器对种子光进行预放大,得到108 mW平均输出功率;第三级采用带树状耦合器的双包层掺镱光纤放大器进行功率放大,获得了1.9 W平均输出功率.得到的脉冲脉宽36 ps,中心波长1064 nm,重复频率29.6 MHz,峰值功率1.8 kW,相应的单脉冲能量为61 nJ.实验中观察到种子源输出光谱中有一个凹陷,这是由于光纤光栅反射率过高并且带宽较窄引起的.  相似文献

研究实现了一种主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构的高功率全光纤皮秒级被动锁模掺镱(Yb3+)光纤激光器。种子源为基于半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)的锁模光纤激光器,其为线性腔结构,输出功率为5.97 mW;预放大级采用单模掺镱光纤进行放大,之后经过4倍重复频率倍增系统和两级双包层掺镱光纤放大器,最终实现了平均功率74.3 W,中心波长1063.4 nm,脉冲宽度7.0 ps,重复频率68 MHz的锁模脉冲激光输出。实验中通过对种子光的处理和光纤长度的控制,未出现受激布里渊散射(SBS)、受激拉曼散射(SRS)等非线性效应。  相似文献

该文设计了一种基于液晶聚合物(LCP)的主振荡器功率放大(MOPA)系统,整个系统在结构上划分为电光强度调制器、窄线宽连续种子源等部分。在具体设计过程中可以实现对纳秒脉冲信号的转换,继而得到对应的拉盖尔-高斯光,该过程采用的核心方法是空间相位转换法,最终得到了20.1 W的LP01模输出,并且保持了较高的稳定性。另外通过LCP涡旋波片得到了高质量的径向偏振光输出,重复频率与功率均值分别为10 kHz、19.5 W,可以达到极高的转换效率和模式纯度分别为97%、88.5%,在满足纯度要求的同时能够达到较高的功率,显示出广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

利用5 m长的D型双包层掺Yb3 光纤,采用声光调制锁模信号系统,实验上成功研制出输出320 MHz的高重复频率脉冲列的光纤放大器,得到了20 dB的增益输出,输出激光波长1064 nm,输出平均功率1.02 W,该光纤放大器可作为空间激光通信系统发射源.整个实验系统装置由作为信号源的特高重频脉冲列激光器、作为放大环节的光纤放大器和绿光倍频三个部分组成,另外对光纤放大器自激振荡谱线的各影响因素做了一些相关的实验研究,并对结果进行了分析讨论,提出了改进措施.  相似文献

基于L波段750 W的LDMOS功放管,设计了一种1200 W固态功率放大器,该放大器由功率放大电路、水冷板、稳压电源、控保电路等部分组成,支持连续波和脉冲两种工作方式。通过对放大电路的设计,采用三级级联放大,制作了固态功率源实物样机并进行了测试。测试结果表明,固态功率放大器工作频率为1.3 GHz,带宽为±5 MHz,最大输出功率能够达到1300 W,具有体积小、成本低、输出功率稳定、相噪低、谐波抑制度高等优点,能应用于加速器、微波加热、物联网、移动通信等领域。  相似文献

The power efficiency of a RF Class-D amplifier with a bandpass sigma-delta (SigmaDeltaM) modulator is analyzed for a complementary voltage-switched configuration. The modulator broadens the application of the amplifier to include signals with time varying envelopes such as W-CDMA. The addition of a modulator introduces new design variables which affect amplifier power efficiency including coding efficiency and the average transition frequency of the pulse train. Design equations are derived for the optimum load impedance, output power, conduction losses, capacitive switching losses, and drain efficiency. The general design equations are consistent with both periodic and aperiodic drive signals. Analytic and simulated results are compared for an example design with pseudomorphic high-electron mobility transistor and metal-semiconductor field-effect transistor switches with a fourth-order bandpass SigmaDeltaM. The results show a drain efficiency of 52% with a 10-dB peak-to-average power ratio W-CDMA source signal at a frequency of 500 MHz  相似文献

介绍了一种应用于生物微阵列中,工作频率为10~20 MHz的超声聚焦微喷压电换能器射频电源的设计。该射频电源采用基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术得到波谱纯净,频率连续可调,幅值可调,分辨率高且稳定的射频信号。采用具有可关断功能的视频运算放大器实现了一种简单实用、低成本的脉冲调制电路。功率输出级采用变压器推挽式功率放大电路,实现了宽带脉冲调制信号的功率有效放大。  相似文献

This paper presents the design of a low-voltage high-frequency operational amplifier implemented in bipolar technology. The minimum power supply voltage for this amplifier can be as low as 0.9 V, so it is suitable for portable equipment applications. The design emphasis is on the high frequency response. A pole-zero cancellation compensation technique and a special low-voltage design gives a simulated cutoff frequency of about 175 MHz with a 50° phase margin at a power supply voltage of ±0.5 V with a 10 k load resistance; the low-frequency voltage gain is 110 dB. The common-mode input range includes, and can exceed, the negative supply voltage by about 400 mV. A complimentary class-B type output stage enables the output voltage to reach both supply rails within about 100 mV without significant signal distortion. This amplifier dissipates 875 W.  相似文献

实验研究了高平均功率输出的光子晶体光纤飞秒激光系统。系统中振荡器和放大器均使用保偏型掺Yb3 双包层大模场面积光子晶体光纤(LMA-PCF)为增益介质,具有极低非线性系数、很高的增益系数,并能保证很好的环境稳定性。系统研究了种子光功率、脉冲宽度、脉冲啁啾和放大器抽运光功率等参数对系统输出飞秒激光脉冲宽度的影响。在输入种子光平均功率为180mW,放大器抽运功率为40W时,获得平均功率16W输出(对应单脉冲能量320nJ),脉冲宽度压缩到39fs。  相似文献

为了得到高单脉冲能量的百皮秒激光脉冲,采用自制的被动锁模掺镱光纤激光器获得了100ps的激光脉冲输出,在此基础上采用两级全光纤结构主振荡功率放大器进行功率放大,其中预放大级采用7m纤芯的双包层掺镱光纤做增益介质,得到平均功率160mW的稳定脉冲输出;主放大级采用20m纤芯的双包层掺镱光纤做增益介质,在抽运功率逐步增加到35.37W时,输出功率达到了16.60W,相应的单脉冲能量为1.63J,峰值功率为16.61kW。此外,主放大级输出的激光通过自制的模场转换器与光子晶体光纤(纤芯4.6m)成功熔接,得到了2.85W的白光超连续光谱,光谱波长覆盖了600nm~1700nm的检测范围。结果表明,此激光可用于超连续谱光源的产生。  相似文献

高重复频率、窄脉宽的全固态激光器种子源级联光纤放大器是获得高功率脉冲激光输出的有效手段.短上能态寿命的Nd:YVO4晶体在连续抽运、高重复频率Q开关工作时容易得到接近连续性能的平均输出功率.理论分析了声光(AO)调Q器件中影响输出能量和脉宽大小的主要因素,优化配置了腔型参数.利用激光二极管(LD)光纤耦合模块端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶体,实现了声-光调Q重复频率100 kHz以上,脉宽20 ns以下,波长1064 nm的激光输出.在抽运功率5.7 W时,得到了脉宽15.3 ns,重复频率150 kHz的种子光输出,在级联单级光纤放大器后,得到了20 W的输出.  相似文献

报道了1.06 m增益开关半导体激光器的详细特性分析和功率放大研究。用高频正弦信号调制中心波长1.06 m的F-P腔半导体激光器得到脉宽约为100 ps、平均功率约为20 mW,重频从500 MHz到2 GHz连续可调的稳定短脉冲激光输出。采用注入锁定改善增益开关半导体激光器的输出特性。研究和分析了调制信号的频率、功率和偏置电流的大小以及注入锁定的功率、温度对激光器输出特性的影响。将该激光器作为种子,用108 W的抽运光进行两级全光纤功率放大得到了82 W的高功率输出,光光转换效率达到76%。  相似文献

We demonstrate the high-power amplification and single-stage fiber-based pulse compression of a traveling-wave semiconductor optical amplifier (TWSOA) fiber ring laser (SOAFL), which is optically mode-locked by backward injecting the TWSOA with a dark-optical-comb at repetition frequency of 10 GHz. A negatively chirped SOAFL pulsewidth of 5.4 ps is compensated and shortened to 3.9 ps by a 75-m-long dispersion compensating fiber. With a single-stage pulse compression in a single-mode-fiber spool, the SOAFL pulses with input average power of 1.7 W can further be compressed to a pulsewidth of 410 fs, corresponding to a pulse compressing ratio of nearly ten. The maximum average output power of the amplified SOAFL pulse is up to 1.1 W, corresponding to the peak power and pulse energy of >0.27 kW and 110 pJ, respectively.  相似文献

Conventional linear power amplifiers (LPAs) show a high output voltage quality but are characterized by high power losses and/or low power density. Therefore, there is a growing interest in increasing the efficiency of LPAs, e.g., for the realization of high power testing voltage sources. In this paper, a high-frequency isolated boost-type tracking power supply (TPS) system is proposed for the conditioning of the input voltage of an LPA. The output voltage of the TPS is varied according to the voltage to be formed by the LPA so that the voltage drop across the power amplifier output transistors is reduced to low values. This results in a significant increase of the total system efficiency. The operating principle of the proposed system is described. A design method for the output filter using the power supply rejection ratio of the LPA is proposed. This method ensures that the amplifier output voltage has minimal switching frequency components. Furthermore, a control system design method is presented that ensures good performance in the control of the constant inductor current of the switch-mode tracking stage. Finally, the theoretical considerations are verified by measurements on a 1-kW laboratory prototype.  相似文献
