产品集成知识模型是对几何模型,特征模型及其相应建模技术进一步的综合和扩展,是实现产品生命周期内信息综合表达的关键,在分析覆盖件产品对象类层次的基础上,提出了几何特征,规则对象和约束方法的面向对象表达策略,建立了集成构形、工程和几何知识描述的覆盖件产品模型,利用基于STEP标准的EXPRESS语言和KBE开发语言,通过语言联编实现产品特征信息和工艺设计知识的高度集成来支持智能化工艺设计过程。  相似文献

分析了模具企业信息共享与数据集成的需求与特点,结合面向服务思想和事件驱动架构,提出了一种事件驱动型企业服务总线(enterprise service bus,ESB)框架;阐述了该框架的运行原理及实现技术,并在此框架基础上实现了基于SOA的模具企业设计制造集成平台数据集成服务。该框架满足模具企业事件驱动的业务特征,并采用总线式的集成模式和异步消息的方式,松散耦合地集成各种应用系统及数据,降低了应用集成的难度和成本,为中小型制造企业解决数据集成问题提供了新的方案。  相似文献

随着信息产业和通信技术的发展,企业在信息化建设过程中构建起多个异构的信息系统.为了解决网络环境中异构数据库的数据集成和共享问题,提出了一种基于XML和数据库连接池的异构数据库集成中间件模型.在此模型中设计了翻译器、分发器、集成器,分别用于数据的格式转换、分解和合并,并对模型实现过程中的关键技术给出了详细描述.为了进一步提高数据库访问效率,引入了数据库连接池技术,实现了分布式异构数据库的透明访问和联合查询.  相似文献

针对目前尺寸驱动参数化建模方法存在的不足,提出了程序外驱动参数化建模思想,利用面向对象方法开发了基于知识工程(KBE)的机械产品参数化设计平台.该平台以三维CAD系统API模块为接口,采用ActiveX Automation技术,通过消息数据通信,将.NET开发的设计系统与CAD/CAE软件进行无缝集成.以桥式起重机设计为例,在知识重用和产品信息共享的基础上快速实现三维建模与虚拟装配,为数字化设计与制造提供了高效,准确、实用的方法.  相似文献

提出知识网格环境下基于本体的分布式多案例推理系统架构。该架构引入基于本体的案例推理服务器和任务-方法本体,实现了过程性知识和陈述性知识分离,有效地解决了案例推理重用问题;在案例推理服务器中共享本体约束指导下,各案例库可以灵活地表达各自领域知识,实现知识集成,解决了传统案例推理系统知识局限性问题,实现了各企事业单位之间知识共享和重用。该架构是开放的并采用Web Service技术构建,能够实现网格异构环境下系统集成,具有很强的扩展性。  相似文献

在楼宇自动化系统中,由于各子系统具有不同的结构、不统一的通信协议,使得各系统之间的信息共享及交互协作成为目前急需解决的问题.为了解决子系统的异构问题,促进系统间信息共享,将多Agent技术引入楼宇自动化系统(BAS)集成中,建立了基于多Agent的BAS集成模型.通过用可扩展标记语言XML将Agent通信语言KQML封装成统一的消息格式,并利用Java的消息服务机制JMS传递消息,从而有效地解决了异构系统互相通信和协作的问题.  相似文献

装备信息集成中存在着大量的语义异构数据源,阻碍了信息的共享和交换.本体可以描述信息之间隐含的关系.在语义和知识层次上描述信息系统的概念模型,有效地解决信息集成中的语义异构问题.通过对基于本体的信息集成方法的分析,采用Wrapper/Mediator架构,提出了基于混合本体的装备基础信息集成框架,给出了框架的层次结构和关键技术.结合实际对基于本体的装备指标体系构建和查询处理问题进行了研究,验证了基于本体的信息集成方法在装备领域信息集成中的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

The work presents a knowledge-based engineering (KBE) methodology for ship hull structural member design. In the ship design process, many design tasks need the expertise or design experiences to support them. However, the ship design procedure is a complicated process with many labor-intensive activities. Therefore it is necessary to integrate intelligent design process into ship design. An application developed in a KBE system takes design requirements, applies the knowledge stored in the knowledge base and generates a new design automatically. Knowledge-based engineering methods for ship design are put forward, which combine with the theory of intelligent design. A ship deck design case illustrates the feasibility of the proposed approach. The KBE technology provides appropriate suggestions and support, integrates the information, to avoid conflict and errors. Besides, it also achieves knowledge reuse and accumulation, provides reliable technical support for ship design quality, significantly reduces the design cycle, and promotes working efficiency.  相似文献

Knowledge based engineering (KBE) is a relatively young technology with an enormous potential for engineering design applications. Unfortunately the amount of dedicated literature available to date is quite low and dispersed. This has not promoted the diffusion of KBE in the world of industry and academia, neither has it contributed to enhancing the level of understanding of its technological fundamentals. The scope of this paper is to offer a broad technological review of KBE in the attempt to fill the current information gap. The artificial intelligence roots of KBE are briefly discussed and the main differences and similarities with respect to classical knowledge based systems and modern general purpose CAD systems highlighted. The programming approach, which is a distinctive aspect of state-of-the-art KBE systems, is discussed in detail, to illustrate its effectiveness in capturing and re-using engineering knowledge to automate large portions of the design process. The evolution and trends of KBE systems are investigated and, to conclude, a list of recommendations and expectations for the KBE systems of the future is provided.  相似文献

This paper discusses the current limitations of Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and reports on the use of knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) in the creation of a concept development tool, to organise information flow and as an architecture for the effective implementation of rapid design solutions. The KBE tool along with supporting analytical solutions has been applied to the Body-In-White area of automotive design. The present methods of using CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) systems do not use a unified product/process model representation and lead to the creation of separate non-relation data models that only capture the result of the engineering process. The KBE method unifies the engineering intent into a single model that allows for existing or novel design solutions to be assessed. These design solutions can then represent themselves in the correct form to the analysis systems. Automeshing is achieved using a rule-base that meshes the model with respect to the analysis solution required, materials and processes.  相似文献

Reuse of designers’ knowledge and experience of solving problems during the engineering design process holds the key to increase efficiency of decision making in future projects. An important part of this useful knowledge and experience is the interpretation of data and information about design objects and processes as well as the generation of new information for decision-making. However, previous studies on knowledge representation models have mainly focused on developing a structure to describe the knowledge about design objects and design processes while a systematic method that can effectively integrate knowledge about design objects and knowledge about problem-solving strategies is still missing. To fill this gap, a RFBSE knowledge representation model for capturing useful design knowledge and experience for future reuse is developed and evaluated in this study. This paper describes the key elements of this model, explains the rationale of using particular elements, and discusses the evaluation of the model using an engineering design example.  相似文献

Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) is a research field that studies methodologies and technologies for capture and re-use of product and process engineering knowledge. The objective of KBE is to reduce time and cost of product development, which is primarily achieved through automation of repetitive design tasks while capturing, retaining and re-using design knowledge. Published research on KBE is not very extensive and also quite dispersed; this paper is an effort to collect and review existing literature on KBE. A total of 50 research contributions have been analysed. The main objectives of this analysis are to identify the theoretical foundations of KBE and to identify research issues within KBE, pointing out the challenges and pitfalls that currently prohibit a wider adoption of KBE while suggesting avenues for further research. Key findings include (a) the necessity for improved methodological support and adherence, (b) better transparency and traceability of knowledge, (c) the necessity for a quantitative framework to assess the viability and success of KBE development and implementation projects, and (d) the opportunity to move towards mass customization approaches through distributed deployment of KBE in the extended enterprise.  相似文献

Knowledge-based engineering (KBE) is a research field, which evolved in the 1980s within the context of artificial intelligence (AI), computer aided design (CAD) and computer programming. KBE is often referred to methods, processes and tools for knowledge reuse and design automation promising time and cost benefits in engineering design and originally especially in aerospace and automotive industry. Despite the long period of existence, theoretical foundations of KBE are weak and scientific literature is quite dispersed. About a decade ago, a review by Verhagen et al. collected the state of research and identified future research challenges, which has gained impact within the KBE research community. Therefore, within our review we aim at analysing the evolution of those research challenges in KBE literature during the last decade and further provide an overview of current shortcomings from a design research perspective. The analysis comprises 160 publications from the period of 2012 to 2021. Key findings from the review show, that the challenges from 2012 remain unsolved. We further derived that reuse and adoption of KBE approaches from literature is impeded by (1) a missing conceptualization of KBE research, (2) insufficient links from knowledge source to automation and (3) a tendency of insufficient distinction of the application area.  相似文献
