利用MATLAB易于编程和矩阵高效计算等优点,可使有限元的结构分析得以实现。结合平面桁架结构实例及平面刚架结构实例,编写相应的M函数文件,求得节点位移和反力,并绘出单元的内力图。结果表明,此方法简便、高效、实用。  相似文献

为了研究矩形顶管施工过程中管节内力变化规律及施工过程中地表沉降规律,以昆明轨道交通4号线菊华站B号出入口为研究对象,在管节间安装土压力盒,监测顶管施工时管节内力变化;在地表设置沉降监测点,监测顶管施工中地表沉降情况。监测分析结果表明:掌子面前方地表上浮,掌子面后方地表下沉;顶管轴线处位移大于顶管两侧位移;顶管纠偏操作会影响地表沉降规律;管节内力在截面表现为管节外侧内力大于内侧内力,同时表现出管节底部内力大于顶部内力,顶部内力大于两侧内力。  相似文献

建立11.00R20规格全钢载重子午线轮胎结构力学分析的二维和三维有限元模型,模型考虑了轮胎分析中因大变形而产生的几何非线性和材料非线性问题及轮胎与轮辋和路面的接触问题.采用ABAQUS软件对轮胎模型的装配与充气过程和轮胎在静负荷条件下带束层帘线的受力情况进行了分析,得到的各层带束层受力结果可帮助轮胎结构工程师评价带束层的设计方案.  相似文献

应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了橡胶止水带于混凝土中在不同受力形式下的有限元模型,分析了在各种不同工况下止水带变形及应力的分布,描述了其可能出现裂纹的位置。通过分析计算得出,当止水带在混凝土中受力而产生应力时,对止水带伸缩性起主要作用的是中心孔的横梁结构,此部位承受了较大的应力。与此同时,计算得出在各种工况下止水带所受最大应力以及止水带中心孔横梁结构中心节点的最大反力。分析了各种工况下最大应力与位移的关系,以及止水带中心孔横梁结构中心节点反力与位移的关系。为止水带的设计、生产、安装及模型优化提供了依据。  相似文献

In an effort to reduce vehicle weight, the automotive industry is developing car body structures made from light-weight materials such as composites, plastics and aluminium alloys. Fabrication of these materials using traditional welding techniques is not feasible and adhesive bonding is now being investigated as a potential assembly method. To assess performance characteristics of bonded vehicles, thin-gauge sheet-metal box-section beams have been used to simulate structural details in automotive applications such as car bodies and commercial vehicles. Beams were fabricated from flanged strips by different joining methods to form box-section structures approximately 1 m long × 60 mm square. Tests were carried out to determine torsinal and flexural rigidity and ultimate torsional and flexural strengths, and in the majority of tests, bonded structures gave better characteristics than the equivalent riveted or spot-welded beams. The failures of beams under 3-point bending have been related to buckling of the side webs and further experimental tests have shown that collapse is critically dependent on flange-bends radius. Finite element techniques have veen used to analyse stress distribution in the beam section and this confirms the experimental observations of beam collapse.  相似文献

压力容器的失效大多为弹塑性断裂失效 ,CEGBR6、PD64 93、SAPV95等规范都采用J积分参量进行断裂评价。开展了裂纹尺寸为随机变量时的弹塑性断裂分析 ,讨论了弹塑性的随机平衡微分方程和J积分随机分析方法 ,推导了裂纹尺寸对 [B]矩阵和 [Dep]矩阵的影响。编制了弹塑性随机有限元程序 ,并采用数值方法进行了验证。结果表明 ,与Morte carlo方法相比误差为 1 0 5 %。  相似文献

Failure and stress analyses were carried out for composite pipes adhesively joined with sleeves subjected to internal pressure. In the study, the composite pipes and sleeves were E glass fiber/epoxy with different fiber orientation angles. Circular pieces cut from four layered composite pipes with different orientation angle were used as sleeves. Composite pipes with different orientation angle were bonded using DP410 and DP490 type adhesives. The codes of a numerical model were generated via ANSYS software package for the numerical analyses, and the numerical results were verified using experimental results. The problems were analyzed by using a calculation method based on finite elements method (FEM). The finite element analyses (FEA) were carried out to predict the failure internal pressure. Radial, tangential, axial and shear stress values were obtained via numerical analyses for composite pipes and adhesive layers in the thickness direction. In addition, Von–Mises stress distributions that develop on the adhesive were obtained as well. The effects of orientation angle, sleeve length and adhesive type on strength of composite pipe and bonded zone were examined. The results showed that the adhesive type has higher effect on the strength of bonded composite pipes when compared with orientation angle and sleeve length. In addition, increase in sleeve length increased the failure internal pressure.  相似文献

建立了以苯甲酸乙酯为内标物,气相色谱内标法定量测定O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺含量的新方法。线性回归方程y=0.6837x+0.0186,相关系数r为0.9994,加标回收率达到96.28%,相对标准偏差为1.09%。该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺的质量检验。  相似文献

This study presents an experimental, computational, and analytical comparison of a submerged, double-helix Archimedes screw generating propulsive force against a bed of glass beads. Three screws of different pitch lengths were studied. Each screw was tested at six speeds in approximately 10 trials for a total of 180 experimental trials. These experiments were then replicated in EDEM, a discrete element method (DEM) software program. DEM simulation results for thrust forces in the 30–120 rpm regime had a 5%–20% inflation of forces compared to experimental results. These simulations were then compared with resistive force theory (RFT) plate approximation of the screw geometries. We analyze a superposition-based partition approach to the full-length screws as well as force generation in shortened, one- and two-blade screws. We find that the force generation is dependent on the flow patterns and cannot be reduced to partitioned approximations as with simple intruders. © 2018 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 65: 894–903, 2019  相似文献

应用Ansys有限元应力分析软件,根据钢制化工容器结构设计规定(HG20583-1998),分别建立了内部施焊和外部施焊的内伸入式接管与壳体间焊接接头的模型,分析了焊接接头处应力分布情况,并对焊接接头处的应力进行了对比。结果表明,内部施焊的整个焊缝X方向的应力平均值大于外部施焊焊缝;外部施焊的整个焊缝Y方向应力水平略大于内部施焊焊缝;内部施焊焊缝等效应力的应力值小,但其高应力区域范围较大。  相似文献
