介绍了酒钢转炉改进出钢挡渣的实践,比较了挡渣塞和挡渣球的效果。挡渣塞的挡渣成功率为98.06%;比用挡渣球高34.42%;下渣量可控制在40mm以内,比用挡渣球减少30mm;平均回磷量控制在0.006%以内;硅的收得率提高2%~3%。改进挡渣方式后提高了出钢口和钢包的寿命,改善了LF炉精炼效果。  相似文献

不锈钢线材在成型和热处理过程中,表面会产生一层黑色的氧化皮,这类氧化皮结构致密坚韧,与基体附着力强,含有Fe、cr、Ni、少量C和Si等元素。不锈钢氧化皮破坏了钢材表面的美观性,加速金属表面的电化学腐蚀,而且其存在的表面应力会加快钢材表面的应力腐蚀。介绍了邢钢年处理7.5万t不锈钢盘卷酸洗线的主要设备、工艺流程,在生产中对设备进行了优化。  相似文献

It was hypothesized that chronic schizophrenics exposed to sustained group problem solving experience would tend to improve their levels of social participation on criterion tasks socially more challenging and complex. It was further hypothesized that such improvement would generalize to task performance with total strangers and to social behavior on the ward. All predictions except the one about ward behavior were confirmed by experimental findings with 32 chronic schizophrenic patients. It is suggested that sustained social experience in situations which elicit social participation permit factors to, become operative which reduce anxiety associated with socially more challenging, complex situations and thus facilitate participation in such situations. Vickers microhardness, compressive properties from room temperature (RT) to 900 °C, and microcracking development of cubic ternary zirconium trialuminides macroalloyed with Cu (Al-12.5Cu-25Zr), Mn (Al-9Mn-25Zr), and Cr (Al-8Cr-25Zr) (atomic percent) were investigated. It is shown that microhardness exhibits a strong dependence on load. It does not depend in any systematic way on the atomic number of macroalloying element (Cu, Mn, or Cr) but seems to be affected by the zirconium content. It is also found that the yield stress exhibits a strong positive dependence on temperature particularly in Al-9Mn-25Zr and Al-12.5Cu-25Zr. Microcracking experiments have shown that microcracks nucleate in many instances on pre-existing micropores. To a large extent, the proliferation of cracks also occurs by connecting the pores. It is observed that the work-hardening rate at room temperature is very high for cubic Al3Zr-base intermetallic alloys, being in the range 20 to 30 GPa. It decreases with increasing temperature up to 400 °C to 500 °C and then slightly increases up to 900 °C.  相似文献

It was established by experiment that the failure rate for quartz glass-ceramics with fusion in a high-enthalpy gas stream depends markedly on the thermal conductivity of the surface layer, which may be reduced by excluding the radiation component of heat transfer through the alloying of material with, for instance, chromium oxide. It is possible to use plasma streams to form on the surface of steels the wear resistant refractory coatings based on borides and carbides.  相似文献

Keratoacanthoma     
The keratoacanthoma is a common cutaneous neoplasm that most often occurs on sun-exposed sites in light-skinned persons of middle age or older. It is considered the prototype of cutaneous pseudo-malignancies because it is a rapidly growing tumor with a histologic pattern resembling squamous cell carcinoma. It may be best viewed as an aborted malignancy that only rarely progresses into an invasive squamous cell carcinoma. It is most likely derived from hair follicle cells. The common type of keratoacanthoma and its many variants are discussed with emphasis on clinical and histologic features, biologic behavior, and response to therapy.  相似文献

The effect of walking with high-heel shoes on plantar foot pressure distribution was investigated. Ten normal women walking in shoes with low heels were compared to women walking in high-heel shoes. It was shown that high-heel shoes increased the load on the forefoot and relieved it on the hindfoot. The load passed toward the medial forefoot and the hallux. The lateral side of the forefoot showed a decrease in contact area, reduced forces, and peak pressures. The medial side of the forefoot had a higher force-time and pressure-time integral. It is suggested that these higher loads on the medial forefoot may aggravate symptoms in patients with hallux valgus deformity.  相似文献
