锌换热设备表面积垢常用盐酸进行清洗,因此研究盐酸介质中锌缓蚀剂有重要意义.采用失重法和电化学方法研究了异喹啉在0.8 mol/L盐酸中对锌的吸附及缓蚀作用、吸附热力学和吸附动力学.结果表明,随异喹啉浓度增大,缓蚀率增大,当浓度增大到1g/L后,缓蚀率达到最大值.随温度升高,吸附系数减小,缓蚀率降低.吸附过程是放热过程,△H0=-30.27 kJ/mol.吸附过程熵值减小,且随温度升高,熵变下降.加入异喹啉后腐蚀电流明显减小,过程活化能由3.29 kJ/mol升高至25.56 kJ/mol.异喹啉明显抑制阴极过程,是一种阴极型缓蚀剂. 相似文献

本文采用失重法研究了氢氧化钠溶液中糠醛在不同温度和浓度下对铝的缓蚀作用,发现糠醛在铝表面上的吸附是产生缓蚀作用的重要原因,且吸附规律服从Langmuir吸附等温式。用Sekine方法处理实验数据,获得了吸附过程相关的重要热力学参数。吸附过程是吸热过程,且熵值增大。随温度升高,吉布斯自由能减少,缓蚀率增大。 相似文献

采用电化学极化曲线法研究了在盐酸介质中盐酸吖啶、苯扎溴铵、溴代十六烷基吡啶、丙炔醇等对锌的缓蚀作用。结果表明,它们的加入提高了腐蚀反应的活化能,均为阴极型缓蚀剂,缓蚀率排序为盐酸吖啶〉苯扎溴铵〉溴代十六烷基吡啶〉丙炔醇。 相似文献

为了提高镍钯金电路板(PCB-ENEPIG)表面的耐腐蚀性能,选用有机膦酸缓蚀剂羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)与氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)进行复配,以浸泡法在其表面形成自组装膜。通过电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、量子化学研究了该有机保护膜的耐腐蚀性能和缓蚀过程机理。结果表明:该复合型有机膦酸封孔剂对PCB-ENEPIG具有较好的缓蚀作用,膦酸通过P原子与金属Pd的互相作用而吸附于金属表面形成自组装膜;当HEDP浓度1.0 g/L,HEDP与ATMP质量比为2∶1复配时所配制的封孔剂耐腐蚀性能最优。 相似文献

The inhibitory effect of the condensation products of thiosemicarbazide (TSC) with furfruldehyde (FrA), Crotonaldehyde (CrA) or methyl vinyl ketone (MVK) was investigated as corrosion inhibitors for aluminium and zinc in 0.5 M NaOH using gasometry and d.c. polarization technique. Correlation of the structural changes with the protection efficiency of CrTSCN MVTSCN and FrTSCN with the parent TSC Was reported. The experimental results indicate that the presence of adsorbed inhibitors on aluminium or zinc surfaces does not affect the mechanism of hydrogen evolution. Furthermore, polarization curves show that the compounds act as mixed-type inhibitors. Variation of the protection efficiency is evident fo the different compounds, with increase of π-electron density of the center of adsorption, by addition of double bonds or by heterocyclic ring, contributing to improvement in protection effieciency. All data were compared and fitted to kinetic-thermody-namic model. The number of active sites on the metal occupied by a molecule of the inhibitor and the binding constant of the inhibitor to the active site were calculated for the investigated compounds. The results are compared with fits obtained from the application of other adsorption isotherms. 相似文献

The Electrochemical behavior of mild steel in 3% NaCl is still the objective of many studies which include the investigations of natural and synthetic compounds as inhibitors. In this paper, some derivatives of thiosemicarbazone compound were investigated as inhibitors in medium of 3% NaCl for the mild steel samples. The galvanostatic technique was used in this study to characterize both cathodic and anodic behaviour of mild steel. the percent of inhibition P.I. was calculated for each of thiosemicarbazone compounds in order to determine the effectiveness of these undertesting compounds. As estimated the P.I. was increased with the concentration of each of undertesting compound. In addition the mild steel was tested in 3% NaCl in presence of H2S. So the synergistic effect of each inhibitor manifests itself for the tested compounds. It was found that the change of the methoxy group position has an active role in the inhibition effect of the tested compound. From others side the introduction of chloro group has also a beneficial inhibition effect. 相似文献

直链型巯基醇分子具有双头基两亲分子的特殊结构,研究其烷烃链长对缓蚀性能的影响具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。利用腐蚀试验研究了巯基乙醇(C_2)、3-巯基丙醇(C_3)、6-巯基-1-己醇(C_6)和9-巯基-1-壬醇(C_9)4种分子对Q235钢的缓蚀率,结合量子化学从头算和分子动力学模拟方法讨论了链长对其缓蚀性能的影响机理。通过前线轨道分布、Fukui函数和构效关系对分子的反应活性进行了分析,同时在气相条件下模拟缓蚀剂在金属界面的吸附行为。结果表明:4种分子有相同的活性位点,且长链巯基醇分子因带有较多的负电荷、供电子能力强以及在金属表面具有高的吸附能等特点而具有较大的缓蚀率,表现出较高的缓蚀能力。 相似文献

在不同的温度和浓度下,在3%硝酸溶液中,利用失重法试验,得到十二烷基磺酸钠在金属锌表面的吸附热力学数据以及其对金属锌的缓蚀作用。结果表明,十二烷基磺酸钠在锌表面进行单分子层吸附,抑制锌腐蚀。温度升高,吸附能力减弱,缓蚀效率下降。对实验数据进行分析,得到相应的焓变、熵变等一系列热力学数值。 相似文献
