Bioleaching of marmatite flotation concentrate by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum ferrooxidans was investigated at 35℃, the initial pH value of 2.0 on an orbital shaker with 160 min^-1 over a period of 10 days. Experimental results indicate that the adapted strains increase markedly the dissolution rate and the leac-hing ratio of marmatite. Pulp density also affects the bioleaching of marmatite. Massive elemental sulfur and jarosite form during the leaching process in the systems inoculating the adapted strains in pure and mixed cultures;and acid product is enhanced, which decreases the pH below to 2.0 in latter leaching period. Marmatite preferentially dis-solves during the bacterial leaching of complex sulfides. Compared with the pure cultures of original and adapted strains, the adapted strains of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum ferrooxidans in mixed cultures are more efficient in the oxidation of marmatite.  相似文献

考察了金属离子Cu2 、Fe3 和Fe2 等对铁闪锌矿浮选精矿生物浸出的影响,并与无菌条件下对铁闪锌矿浸出的影响进行比较.结果表明:Cu2 、Fe3 和Fe2 等金属离子在一定浓度范围内都可以促进铁闪锌矿的生物浸出;在无菌条件下,除Fe2 外,Cu2 和Fe3 离子仍对铁闪锌矿溶解有一定的促进作用.电化学测试和X射线衍射分析表明:添加Cu2 和Fe3 等离子将影响铁闪锌矿电极发生的电化学反应和浸渣组成;添加Cu2 离子可取代矿物基质晶格中的Zn而生成CuS沉淀,并与锌矿产生原电池效应而促进浸出过程;Fe3 和Fe2 两种离子强化铁闪锌矿生物浸出的机理本质上一致,均可以提高浸出液中氧化剂浓度和促进细菌生长与生物活性.  相似文献

SEM and EDX analyses of the leaching residue reveal that a product layer composed of iron sulfide, elemental sulfur and jarosite forms on the mineral surface. The biooxidation of elemental sulfur is catalyzed by the Cu^2+ ions, which eliminate the barrier to bioleaching of marmatite and keep low pH value. With the addition of 0.5 g/L Cu^2+ ions, the maximum zinc extraction rate reaches 73% after 23 d at the temperature of 30 ℃ with the pulp density of 10%, while that of iron is only about 10%.  相似文献

考察了不同矿浆浓度和接种量对细菌浸出含砷金精矿的影响。结果表明:中度嗜热嗜酸铁氧化菌MLY和嗜酸氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans,At.f)的浸矿效果不同。MLY和At.f对含砷金精矿的浸出机理也不同;接种MLY的矿浆中,可能主要是溶液中的细菌将Fe^2+氧化为Fe^3+,再由Fe^3+氧化溶解矿物,即以间接浸出作用为主;而接种At.f可能首先是At.f被吸附到矿物表面,通过细菌与矿物之间的某种界面作用引起矿物溶解,矿物溶解产生的Fe^2+被游离菌氧化成为Fe^3+,从而溶解矿物,即At.f浸出可能包括直接作用和间接作用的共同效应。  相似文献

The role that ore mineralogy plays in understanding and optimizing the conditions favouring the bioleaching of complex sulphide ore containing high amounts of siderite was studied using mixed cultures of mesophilic bacteria, with emphasis on zinc, lead and copper recoveries. The influencing parameters investigated include particle size, stirring speed, volume of inoculum, pulp density, and pH. The results show that the mixed mesophilic cultures can extract about two and a half times the amount of zinc than copper over an equivalent period of time. The highest zinc and copper recoveries of 89.2% and 36.4% respectively are obtained at particle size of 75 lam, stirring speed of 150 r/min, pulp density of 10% (w/v), 12% (v/v) inoculum concentration, and a pH of 1.6. Variations in elemental composition within different particle sizes resulting from the mineralogy of the ore account for the bioleaehing behaviour at varying particle sizes. The dissolution at varying pulp density, volume ofinoculum, solution pH and the low solution potential observed are also influenced by ore mineralogy.  相似文献

采用纯种L.ferrooxidans菌研究矿浆浓度、pH及外加Fe3+离子对铁闪锌矿生物浸出的影响。结果表明,锌的浸出率随着矿浆浓度的降低而增加。在生物浸出过程中调节pH值到1.6对铁闪锌矿的溶解有促进作用。外加Fe3+离子加速了铁闪锌矿的生物浸出,但当外加Fe3+离子浓度超过2.5g/L时,促进作用变弱。这是因为高浓度的Fe3+离子会对细菌生长产生抑制作用且促进黄钾铁矾的生成。在L.ferrooxidans菌存在条件下,利用电化学测试方法进一步了解有、无外加Fe3+离子时铁闪锌矿的溶解过程。实验数据表明,外加Fe3+离子可以增加腐蚀电流密度,有利于锌的提取。交流阻抗谱表明,添加Fe3+离子后没有改变反应过程的控制步骤。  相似文献

Bioleaching of marmatite with a culture of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans in high concentration of iron was studied,the results show that the zine leaching rate of the mixed culture is faster than that of the sole Thiobacillus ferrooxidans,the increasing iron concentration in leaching solution enhances the zine leaching rate.The SEM analysis indicates that the chemical leaching residues is covered with porous solid layer of elemental sulfur,while elemental sulfur is not found in the bacterial leaching residues.The primary role of bacteria in bioleaching of sphalerite is to oxidize the chemical leaching products of ferrous ion and elemental sulfur,thus the indirect mechanism prevails in the bioleaching of marmatite.  相似文献

A defined mesophilic consortium including an iron oxidizing bacterium and a sulfur oxidizing bacterium was constructed to evaluate its ability for bioleaching a flotation concentrate from Andacollo mine in Neuquén, Argentina. Experiments were performed in shake flasks with a pulp density of 10% (w/v), using a basal salt medium containing ferrous iron at pH 1.8. The leaching solutions were analyzed for pH, redox potential (using specifics electrodes), ferrous iron (by UV-Vis spectrophotometry) and metal concentrations (by atomic absorption spectroscopy). The results showed that the consortium was able to reduce the refractory behavior of the concentrate, allowing 91.6% of gold recovery; at the same time, high dissolution of copper and zinc was reached. These dissolutions followed a shrinking core kinetic model. According to this model, the copper solubilization was controlled by diffusion through a product layer (mainly jarosite), while zinc dissolution did not show a defined control step. This designed consortium, composed of bacterial strains with specific physiological abilities, could be useful not only to optimize gold recovery but also to decrease the leachates metallic charge, which would be an environmental advantage.  相似文献

A novel fluidized-bed reactor was designed and installed for bloleaching in a semi-continuous way, by which a process for biuleaching-cyanidation of Jinya refractory gold arsenical concentrate was studied. The arsenic extraction rate reaches 82.5 % after 4-day batch biooxidation of the concentrate under the optimized condition of pH 2.0, ferric ion concentration 6.Sg/L and pulp concentration 10%. And leached rate of gold in the following cyanida.tion is over 90%. The parameters of three series fluidized-bed reactors exhibit stability during the semi-continuous bioleaching of the concentrate.Armmic in the concentrate can be got rid of 91% after 6-day leaching. Even after 4 days, 82% of arsenic extraction rate was still obtained. The recovery rates of gold are 92 % and 87.5 % respectively in cyaniding the above bioleached residues.The results will provide a base for further commercial production of gold development.  相似文献

Pyrite oxidation rates were examined under various conditions in the presence of A.ferrooxidans and L.ferriphilum,in which different pulp concentration,inoculation amount,external addition of Fe3+ and initial pH value were performed.It is found that A.ferrooxidans and L.ferriphilum show similar behaviors in the bioleaching process.The increasing pulp concentration decreases the leaching rate of iron,and external addition of high concentration Fe3+ is also adverse to leaching pyrite.The increased inoculation amount and high initial pH value are beneficial to leaching pyrite,and these changed conditions bring more obvious effects on leaching pyrite by L.ferriphilum than by A.ferrooxidans.The results also show that adjusting the pH values in leaching process baffles leaching pyrite due to the formed jarosite.Jarosite formed in leaching process was observed using XRD,SEM and energy spectrum analysis,and a considerable amount of debris with a crystalline morphology is present on the surface of pyrite.The results imply that the indirect action is more important for bioleaching pyrite.  相似文献

采用以Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans为主的混合菌,研究绢云母对微生物浸出黄铜矿的影响。结果表明,铜的浸出率随着绢云母粒度的减小而增加,随着绢云母质量分数的增加而呈先升高后降低的趋势。在添加粒度为-33μm、质量分数为5.0%的绢云母时,铜的最高浸出率为54.88%,比不添加绢云母时的铜浸出率提高了约12%,表明绢云母能促进黄铜矿的微生物浸出。绢云母的加入可使浸出体系pH值降低,最终pH值低于1.22。在浸出过程中,新生成的物质主要是铵黄铁矾,它覆盖于黄铜矿的表面,对微生物浸出铜有一定的阻碍作用。  相似文献

A native mesophilic iron-oxidizing bacterium, Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, has been isolated (30 ℃) from a typical, lead-zinc concentrate of Dachang Mine in the region of Liuzhou located in the southwest of China. Two typical copper sulfide minerals, chalcopyrite and bornite, were from Meizhou Copper Mine in the region of Guangdong Province, China. Variation of pH and cell growth on time and effects of some factors such as temperature, inoculation cell number, and pulp density on the bioleaching of chalcopyrite and bornite were investigated. The results obtained from the bioleaching experiments indicate that the efficiency of copper extraction depends on all of the mentioned variables, especially the pulp density has more effect than the other factors on the microorganism. In addition, the results show that the maximum copper recovery was achieved using a mesophilic culture. The copper dissolution reached 51.34% for the chalcopyrite while it was 72.35% for the bornite at pH 2.0, initial Fe( Ⅱ ) concentration 9 g/L and pulp density 5%, after 30 d.  相似文献

对某难处理金精矿进行了热压预氧化-氰化浸金实验,探讨热压预氧化温度、时间、氧化分压和矿浆浓度对金浸出率和氰化钠耗量的影响。结果表明,在粒度-44μm占90.74%、温度220℃、矿浆浓度25%、氧分压0.8 MPa和转速750 r/min条件下预氧化2.5 h,砷主要以稳定的结晶状砷酸铁或者臭葱石形式被固定在氧化渣中;预氧化渣在矿浆浓度33%、pH=10~11、初始氰化钠浓度0.3%和活性炭浓度25 g/L条件下氰化浸出24 h,与金精矿直接氰化相比,浸出率由11.21%提高至95.75%,氰化钠耗量从46.99 kg/t降低至1.36 kg/t。  相似文献

研究中等嗜热菌对锌冶炼窑渣中金属提取的影响以及生物浸出过程中锌冶炼窑渣碳糊电极的电化学特性。结果表明,在矿浆浓度2%、pH1.0、温度65°C、转速为120r/min的浸出条件下,去除生物浸出体系中吸附菌后,废渣中Fe、Cu和Zn的浸出率分别为86.7%、90.3%和66.7%,而在没有去除吸附菌体系中3种金属的浸出率分别为91.9%、96.0%和84.5%。对生物浸出渣和酸浸渣表面细菌分泌物进行FT-IR测试分析可知,生物浸出渣颗粒表面出现了新的官能团振动峰,如1007cm1和1193cm1处的峰,间接说明残渣颗粒表面吸附细菌的存在。生物浸出体系和空白体系的循环伏安曲线和塔菲尔曲线特性进一步表明生物浸出体系中细菌促进了锌冶炼窑渣中有价金属的溶出。  相似文献

The acid leaching, ferric leaching, and bioleaching of chalcocite and pyrite minerals were conducted in two sets of 3L stirred reactors. The dissolution rates of copper and iron were correlated with leaching conditions. In the acid leaching process, the dissolution rate of chalcocite was around 40wt.% while that of pyrite was less than 4%. In the ferric leaching process with high ferric concentration, only 10 wt.% of iron in pyrite was leached out at the same retention time though the copper recovery over 60 wt.% in chalcocite. For the bioleaching process, the chalcocite leaching rate was highly increased, nearly 90 wt.% of copper was leached out, and the iron dissolution of pyrite exceeded 70 wt.%. For the two minerals, the bioleaching shows the highest leaching rate compared with the acid leaching or ferric leaching. In uncontrolled bioleaching process, pyrite could be dissolved effectively. The experimental data were fitted to the shrinking core and particle model. The results show that in all the leaching tests, the chalcocite leaching was mainly controlled by diffusion, while for the pyrite leaching, chemical reaction is the main rate-determining step.  相似文献

The hydrophobic flocculation of marmatite fines in aqueous suspensions induced by butyl xanthate (KBX) and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate (ADD) was investigated using laser particle size analysis, microscopy analysis, electrophoretic light scattering, contact angle measurement and infrared spectroscopy. The studies were performed on single minerals with size ≤20 µm by varying several parameters, including pH, collector concentration and kerosene addition. The results show that the floc flotation closely correlated with the size of flocs and the particle hydrophobicity, but was not lowered with increasing the particle surface charges due to collector adsorption. Under good operating conditions, the floc flotation of marmatite fines as a function of KBX and ADD can all reach floatability over 90%, in comparison with conventional flotation obtaining floatability of about 60%. It also has been found that a small addition of kerosene greatly improved the floc flotation because of the formation of oil films on marmatite particles. The results of FTIR spectra indicate that adsorption of the two collectors onto marmatite were chemical adsorption.  相似文献
