溶剂型环氧—酚醛—聚酰胺树脂掺混清漆   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用溶解度参数相近相溶原理,通过环氧树脂、酚醛树酯和聚酰胺三种树脂均相溶液适当掺混,研制成综合性能优良的溶剂型环氧-酚醛-聚酰胺清漆。讨论了该清漆的溶剂选择、配方代化、固化反应机理和红外光谱表征。列举了该清漆的性能测试结果。  相似文献

巴士客车用丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆的制备   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
介绍了以聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆进行改性,制得了适合巴士客车使用的丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆。分析了聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆的丰满度、抗划伤性能、流平性和施工性能的影响。结果表明当选用高固含、高羟基聚酯树脂对丙烯酸树脂进行改性时,涂料具有较好的丰满度和抗划伤性能;当流平剂选用丙烯酸类和有机硅类搭配使用时,可大大提高罩光清漆的流平性能;当触变剂BYK-410的用量为0.3%时,清漆一次涂装干膜60μm不流挂,当DBE慢干剂用量为2%时,涂料具有好的施工性能。  相似文献

采用自行研制的含羟基树脂(SC树脂)取代三羟甲基丙烷与甲苯二异氰酸酯逐步聚合反应.并用871树脂共混改性来制备多异氰酸酯(甲组分),然后与SC树脂(乙组分)配制双组分S871聚氨酯清漆。与现有的聚氨酯清漆相比,该聚氨酯清漆具有粘度低、固体分高、性能好、价格低等特点。介绍了S871聚氨酯清漆的工艺流程、技术指标,并列举了与现有的聚氨酯清漆性能比较结果。  相似文献

制备高性能多彩涂料哑光罩面清漆是当前业内研发的热点和难点。笔者通过优选一系列的水性羟基树脂和亲水改性的聚异氰酸酯固化剂,得到了综合性能优异的哑光罩面清漆。该清漆漆膜具有优异的耐沾污性和耐候性,而耐水白、耐化学品和人工清洁性能尤为突出。研究表明,双组分水性聚氨酯清漆是多彩涂料体系罩面的理想选择之一,可有效提升多彩整体涂层性能,有利于进一步开拓多彩涂料市场。  相似文献

Organo clay modified alkyd resins were prepared and these modified alkyd resins were cured with different ratios of melamine formaldehyde and urea formaldehyde resins in this work. Alkyds formulated to have oil content 40% were prepared with phthalic anhydride (PA), glycerine (G), coconut oil fatty acid (COFA), dipropylene glycol (DPG) and organo clay. “K alkyd constant system” was used for the formulation calculations of the alkyd resins. Alkyd resins were blended with 40% of a commercial melamine formaldehyde. The films of the alkyd–amino resins were prepared from 60% solid content xylene solutions using 50 μm applicators. After the films were cured at 140 °C for 2 h in an oven, properties of the films were determined. The film properties of the alkyd–amino resins such as drying degree, hardness, adhesion strength, abrasion resistance, water, acid, alkaline, solvent resistance, and resistance to environmental conditions were investigated. The addition of the urea formaldehyde resin and organo clay has positive effect on the physical and chemical resistance of the alkyd–amino resins.  相似文献

采用化学方法制备了环氧改性有机硅树脂。通过红外分析表明,环氧树脂与有机硅树脂发生了化学反应。研究发现:环氧改性有机硅树脂的水接触角、瓦均有变化,微观形态仍呈均相结构。研究还发现:随环氧树脂用量增大,改性有机硅树脂微观结构的粗糙度提高,水接触角增大。  相似文献

In this study, organo clay-modified alkyd resins were synthesized and these modified alkyd resins were cured with different ratios of melamine formaldehyde resin for the first time. Alkyd resins were blended with 30% and 40% of a commercial melamine-formaldehyde resin. Alkyd-melamine formaldehyde resin films were cured at 140°C for 2 h in an oven. The effect of organo clay addition on the physical and chemical film properties was investigated. These surface coating properties of the resins enhanced with amount of organo clay up to 2–3%. These resins are suitable for manufacturing of high-performance industrial baking enamels.  相似文献

本文研究了不同温度下四种类型大孔吸附树脂内部有机残留物的溶出动力学。在常温下,S-8型树脂溶出的有机残留物主要有正己烷和正辛烷,NKA-9型树脂主要是正辛烷,AB-8型树脂和X-5型树脂无有机残留物溶出;在40℃条件下,S-8型树脂溶出的有机残留物正己烷和正辛烷溶出的速度和浓度明显增加,NKA-9型树脂的正辛烷溶出的速度和浓度明显增加,AB-8型树脂则出现了甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1,2-二氯乙烷和间二甲苯等新的有机残留物,而X-5型树脂仍未发现有机残留物。  相似文献

根据2008年国内公开发表的文献,综述了我国热固性树脂及塑料的开发研究状况。2008年我国热固性工程塑料的研究重点是大品种树脂的高性能化改性和新型结构热固性树脂的开发。利用纳米粒子、液晶聚合物等对传统热固性材料的改性取得了较多的成果,对互穿网络聚合物、梯度材料、特种功能材料的研究也有逐渐增多的趋势。  相似文献

通过化学改性,合成了环氧树脂/有机硅复合树脂。探讨了不同固化剂及其复配方式对其固化性能的影响,并得到最佳的固化剂配方。通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、动态力学分析(DMA)以及接触角测试,研究并比较了改性前后有机硅树脂涂层的微观结构形貌、体系混溶性、表面性能(接触角)等的变化。研究结果表明:环氧树脂与有机硅树脂之间具有较好的微观混溶性;改性后,树脂表面的粗糙度增加,接触角增大,形成低表面能树脂。  相似文献

An intraparticle mass transfer model was developed for a thermally regenerable ion exchanger which is coagulated by weak acidic and basic microspheres. It was assumed that salt diffuses (hrough macropore and microspheres in the radial direction of a resin particle. Uptake curves were measured not only in [RaCOOH + RbN] + NaCl ) [RaCOONa + RbNHCl] system but also in [RaCOO22Na+ + RaN] + Na+ )[RaCOONa+ + RbN] + 22Na+ and [RaCOOH + RaN] + HCl ) [RaCOOH + RbNHCl] systems. Macropore diffusivity Dp.Na, tortuosity factor τp and diffusivity through weak acidic microspheres Da,Na were obtained from the isotopic ion exchange. The uptake curves of HC1 gave diffusivity through weak basic microspheres.Db,Hcl The experimental uptake and desorption curves of NaCl agreed fairly well with the theoretical values. Diffusions through both macropore and microspheres were significant. The diffusivity through microspheres Db,Nacl NaCI are smaller than Da,Na. and can be estimated by DbHcl approximately.  相似文献
