为了减少传统夏布织造的人工投入、降低生产成本、缓解对传统手工艺人技术依赖程度,降低生产成本,提高质量,用环锭纺苎麻纱和剑杆织机进行传统风格夏布的制作。结果表明: 采用现代工艺,经纱选用普通的线密度为27.8tex的环锭纺苎麻纱,纬纱采用线密度为90.9tex的传统手工拈绩纱,用剑杆织机可织造出具有传统风格的夏布;现代工艺织造的夏布生产成本仅为传统生产工艺的三分之一,幅宽可以达到150cm,其幅宽与布面质量稳定、布边笔直、表面平整;对应用现代工艺织造的夏布风格和性能的测试结果显示,其外观风格、力学性能保留了传统夏布的特征。 相似文献

为探究织造过程中经纱的可织性能变化,将织机上经纱分为后梁至停经片区、停经片至综丝区和综丝至织口区三个区段,分别测试三段经纱的强伸性、耐磨性和毛羽,分析织造过程中织机上各段经纱可织性的变化,并采用以上经纱分段测试法对不同织机速度下的经纱纱线性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:相比后梁至停经片区经纱,停经片至综丝区经纱断裂强度下降小于5 %,耐磨性下降约15 %,毛羽增加约10 %。综丝至织口区经纱断裂强度下降小于5 %,耐磨性下降约25 %,短毛羽增加约15 %,长毛羽增加约5 %。随着织机速度的增大,经纱的各项性能指标呈下降的趋势,且织机速度为750 r/min时,纱线性能下降比较显著。因此,对于该品种织机速度的设定不宜超过700 r/min。 相似文献

为研究织物纬向物理力学性能与喷气织机车速的关系,测试了不同车速织机生产织物两侧的捻度差异。采用分段拆纱取样法分别对不同车速下所织织物纬纱两侧捻度及强伸性、织物强伸性、抗弯长度及染色性能进行测试与分析。结果表明:车速越低,纬纱退捻产生问题越多,织物两侧色差越大;车速越高,纬纱飞越梭口时处于无握持状态时间越短,纬纱退捻量减少,织物两侧纬纱捻度、强力损失减小,废边侧织物断裂强力及抗弯刚度损失减小,织物两侧染色效果变化较小,但车速增加对原纱要求提高,因此,选择合适车速,是喷气引纬提高产质量的关键。 相似文献

The effect of air-jet loom settings, such as initial warp tension, back rest position, shed closing time and shed height, on fabric skewness has been investigated. Skewness was related with loom setting parameters during commercial weaving machine trials. Adjustment of loom settings was carried out at different levels without changing the properties of warp and weft yarns and fabric construction. It has been found that initial warp tension and shed height are the most significant factors affecting on fabric skewness. Skewness is decreased with an increase of the initial warp tension, especially when the shed height is 26°, but this effect is non-linear; when adjusting the shed height from 22° to 26°, fabric skewness is increased. Adjustment of the shed closing time from normal to late decreased fabric skewness, whilst raising the backrest roller over zero position did not have a significant effect on fabric skewness. 相似文献

为开发适用于不同应用领域的产业用纺织品,在对原有普通剑杆织机改进的基础上,探讨了广角机织物的织造工艺,织造了经纱和纬纱夹角为120°的涤/棉平纹广角机织物。借助万能材料试验机研究了普通涤/棉正交织物和广角机织物不同偏轴方向的拉伸力学性能,获得了其应力-应变曲线和特征值变化规律,并分析了其变形及失效模式。结果表明:对于普通正交机织物和广角机织物,其拉伸断裂强力均呈现出明显的极轴特性;在断裂强力相同的情况下,与普通正交机织物相比,广角机织物纬向的断裂伸长率提高了30%,经、纬向弹性模量分别提高了42%和79%,展现出优异的强度和变形特征。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cotton fiber and yarn characteristics on the color variation of woven fabrics dyed with vat dyes. A fabric length of 31?m was woven so that each meter of the fabric comprised weft yarns of slightly different cotton fiber or yarn characteristics as compared to the other. The woven fabric was pretreated and dyed with vat dyes using industrial-scale, pad-dry-chemical-pad-steam process. After dyeing it was found that the fabric containing weft yarns made from cotton with higher reflectance (Rd) values gave poor color strength as compared to that of lower Rd values. Fabric comprising combed weft yarns showed better color depth (K/S) values as compared to that comprising carded weft yarns made from the same raw cotton. Furthermore, the fabric comprising finer- or lower-twist weft yarns gave higher color depth as compared to that with coarser or higher-twist weft yarns. It was concluded that slight variations in the cotton or yarn characteristics in the weft yarns could result in significant shade variations in the vat-dyed fabric. 相似文献

Behaviour of woven fabrics in all directions is important in some fabric applications. Dealing with geometrical deformation of fabric under shear stress is the main attempt of this paper. A method for detecting exterior positions of yarns in fabric, namely variation in warp-weft yarns angle and sett of yarns is developed in the present part. For this purpose, the fast Fourier transform (FFT) method is modified for detecting exterior position of yarns in sheared fabric. In an empirical work, two kinds of plain weave fabrics, cotton and polypropylene, are considered and specimens are prepared in different dimensions with identical aspect ration. Exterior positions of yarns in certain elongations are computed by proposed method for each specimen. It was found that the modified FFT technique is valid for evaluating exterior positions of yarns in sheared fabric. Moreover, it is observed that there is a critical state in behaviour of woven fabric under shear deformation. In subsequent parts, the treatment of fabric under shear deformation will be simulated and compared with results of present part. 相似文献
