在所建立的考虑啮合动态刚度、传递误差、齿侧间隙等多种非线性因素的直齿圆柱齿轮系统非线性动力学分析模型中,将时变啮合刚度按5次谐波展开,齿侧间隙按3次多项式拟合,运用多尺度法对该模型进行了分析,推导了系统主共振和谐波共振响应下的频率响应方程,绘制了相应的频率响应曲线,分析了系统中的静态栽荷和动态栽荷以及阻尼对谐振响应幅值和频率的不同影响作用。 相似文献

针对零件加工误差和变形误差对装配误差的耦合影响问题,研究了一种采用小位移旋量(Small Displacement Tor-sors,SDT)、齐次坐标变换理论建立的包含零件加工误差和变形误差的装配误差传递模型.首先,分析了两零件配合时由于零件加工误差和变形误差造成的装配误差.其次,对零件配合面点云数据和ANSYS分析的变形节点数据进行拟合.最后,采用SDT和齐次坐标变换理论建立装配误差传递模型.结果表明,通过该模型计算出的装配误差与真实装配情况一致,为误差控制、装配体末端误差预测以及关键误差源的识别提供了理论基础. 相似文献

In this study the influence of tooth modifications induced by machine tool setting and head-cutter profile variations on tooth contact characteristics in face-hobbed spiral bevel gears is investigated. The concept of face-hobbed spiral bevel gear generation by an imaginary generating crown gear is applied. The modifications of tooth surfaces are introduced into the teeth of both members. The lengthwise crowning of teeth is achieved by applying a slightly bigger radius of lengthwise tooth flank curvature of the crown gear generating the concave side of pinion/gear tooth-surfaces, and by the variation of machine tool settings in the generation of pinion/gear teeth. The ease-off in the tooth height direction of meshing tooth surfaces is achieved by applying a head-cutter whose profile consists of two circular arcs, instead of a straight-line. The method of tooth contact analysis applied determines the path of contact, the potential contact lines, the separations along these lines, and the transmission errors. A computer program implements the method. By using this program the influence of the variation of machine tool settings and of head-cutter geometry on tooth contact is investigated and discussed. 相似文献

The majority of gear tribological studies are made on spur gears. However, helical gears are generally used in industry, and their contact behavior deserves more attention to establish a realistic base for detailed friction, wear and life studies. This study focuses on the modeling of helical gear contact with tooth deflection. A calculation model for helical gear contact analysis is introduced. Helical gear surface profiles are constructed from gear tool geometry by simulating the hobbing process. The model uses three-dimensional finite elements for the calculation of tooth deflection including tooth bending, shearing and tooth foundation flexibility. The model combines contact analysis with structural analysis to avoid large meshes. Tooth foundation flexibility was found to have an essential role in contact load sharing between the meshing teeth, whereas contact flexibility plays only a minor role. The capability of different local contact calculation methods was also studied. 相似文献

The design of a head-disk interface for ultra-low flying height has been studied from the viewpoint of contact vibration. It is known that a super-smooth disk is necessary for a slider to fly at an ultra-low flying height; however, such a disk increases the friction force, which potentially increases the vibration of the slider. To solve this problem, the head-disk interface must be optimized to reduce this increased vibration. It has been shown that a large pitch angle and center-pad-mounted read/write elements have advantages in terms of slider/disk contact. It has also been found that a micro-texture on the air bearing surface can prevent contact vibration. Moreover, a frequency-shift-damping slider was found to damp the vibration effectively. To further investigate these findings, numerical simulation and modeling of slider dynamics during contact have been performed.
