The existence of thermocline changes the acoustic structure and effects the direction of the sound rays.This paper analyzes the working process of the active sonar,and the mathematical models.The detection probability of the active sonar under thermocline is studied.First,the detection distance without thermocline is estimat-ed,then the effect of thermocline's depth and sound velocity changes on detecting submarine probability are discussed,and based an this,the effects of the sea condition on searching submarine probability is discussed,lastly the distance of active sonar is calculated under ther-mocline. The results indicate that under thermocline,the distance of the active sonar becomes obvious short,and with the sea condition becoming rough,the effect is more clear. 相似文献

The paper deals with the optimisation model of cutting variables by which the manufacturing costs should be reduced to the
lowest possible value. The optimisation strategy takes place in two steps by taking into account all input variables (technological
limitations). First, the tool geometric variables are changed using selected cutting variables; in this way, the smallest
cutting force variables are determined. Geometric variables for the case of the smallest cutting force are used for the second
optimisation step in which the cutting variables are changed. Optimisation of the cutting variables is tested practically
under workshop conditions. In this way, important information about the validity of the optimised values is obtained. If there
are significant differences between the theoretical and practical values, then the theoretical values must be corrected (correction
of cutting variables). As the study of the cutting processes requires much experimental and theoretical work and applies to
a very large body of data, we have organised an information centre for cutting conditions. When forming the information centre
for cutting conditions, it was impossible to avoid the requirement that the technological database must be actively included
in the computer-supported integrated manufacture. 相似文献

针对带式输送机转载溜槽设计问题,分别对普通冲击板、WEBA型冲击板、曲线型导流板、折线型导流板进行DEM仿真,对料流的速度矢量、冲击力和冲击系数进行了对比,根据仿真结果的观察和冲击力比较得出:WEBA型冲击板由于实现了料打料,降低了对冲击板的磨损,但导料效果不明显;曲线导料槽可以降低物料对衬板的冲击,并具有较好的导流效果;折线型导流板能够起到降低冲击和导流的作用,折线段越多降低冲击、导流效果越明显。研究结果为工程设计中冲击板或导流板结构形式的选择提供参考。 相似文献

Four Charnley femoral stems, removed on average 20 years after implantation, were examined for the quality of surface finish of the head. The average roughness was 0.031 microns (range 0.008-0.102 microns) as compared with 0.019 microns (range 0.008-0.031 microns) for the current production models and 0.05 microns as recommended by the British Standard and the International Standards Organization. The average socket penetration rate was 0.022 mm/year and there was no radiological or operative evidence of socket loosening. The findings emphasize the importance of achieving and maintaining good surface finish of the head of the femoral component. A suggestion is also made that the orientation of the asperities may be important. 相似文献

提出了一种新型的医用内窥镜系统的体内驱动方式和相应的驱动机构。此方式利用螺旋旋转时产生的牵引力推动医用内窥镜系统在人体内腔中运行,同时利用螺旋旋转时产生的动压效应建立起动压润滑粘液膜,使医用内窥镜系统在体内运行时不与内腔壁发生直接接触。避免对人体有机组织产生损伤。详细分析计算了用此方法驱动的医用内窥镜系统在不同半径、不同粘度粘液和不同弹性模量的内腔中的轴向运行速度和形成的粘液膜厚度,结果表明,用此方法驱动的医用内窥镜系统在人体内腔中运行时可以形成足够厚的粘液膜把医用内窥镜系统与内腔壁隔开,实现以较快速度的悬浮运行。上述分析结果已被实验研究所证实。 相似文献

不计齿间摩擦影响的传统渐开线齿轮理论认为:只要齿轮机构输入扭矩保持恒定,则输出扭矩也维持不变,通过系统地分析及研究齿间摩擦对渐开线齿轮机构输出扭矩波动的影响。推导出一组可直接计算输出扭矩波动率的方程组及计算流程图。该方程组及流程图所显示的数学及力学关系表明:即使渐开线齿轮机构的输入扭矩保持恒定不变,其输出扭矩也必然会发生一定的波动;输出扭矩的波动率将与齿间滑动摩擦系数、齿轮机构制造精度以及齿轮齿数密切相关。 相似文献
