Data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems is the key problem in the field of CAD, and the popular solution to this problem
is a feature-based method. Aiming at keeping the consistency of design intent in data exchange between heterogeneous CAD systems,
this research focuses on the method of constraint conversion. First, two kinds of basic feature transformation ways are summarized,
and this is the foundation of constraint conversion. Second, a novel identification of geometric elements based on the improved
geometric certificate is proposed, and the identifier of geometric element is used to recognize the acting object of constraint.
Third, the principles of constraint conversion are put forward, and the method of constraint conversion for a single feature
is proposed according to the principles. Fourth, an algorithm of constraint conversion for the whole process of CAD data exchange
is designed. Finally, the contrast experiment of CAD data exchange is completed, and the result of the experiment shows that
the approach mentioned above is effective.

Virtual assembly (VA) is a key technology for virtual manufacturing systems. So far, CAD systems are still the main modeling
tools for the VA system. There isn’t a standard data exchange criterion to transfer the data directly from CAD systems to
VA applications, consequently an original data decomposition and information translation method (DDITM) was timely proposed
to achieve the decomposition and translation. The information of the assembly bodies in the CAD system was divided into geometry
information, topology information, and assembly information, etc., which were transferred to the VA application separately.
The geometry information including the surface information was translated by the data translation interface (DTI) developed,
the topology information was translated by a five-hierarchy topology structure (FHTS) constructed, and the assembly information
was translated with database technology. A systematic architecture was formed with the interaction between the geometry information
and the topology information, and the assembly information and the topology. Finally an experimental VA system was set up
to verify the DDITM, and an assembly simulation was implemented to verify the assembly information further, which proves the
translated information is precise and sufficient. 相似文献

为了使异类商用计算机辅助设计系统经网络实现简单、低成本和准实时交换设计数据,将几何特征建模方法归纳为块、面和过渡三类特征,随后提出创建每类特征的层次化描述方法,使其不仅易于用可扩展标记语言语言表达,而且具有可选择任意数据段传输的优点,并重点实现了创建体特征的可扩展标记语言表达.为了实现数据准实时交换,采用文档对象模型规范编程实现了可扩展标记语言数据的网上传输,并基于Web Service架构建立了Web服务器,数据的需求者通过发送请求可随时下载已上载到服务器中的数据.为了使被交换的数据在不同客户端保持一致,根据为特征定义的标识ID,分别在客户端和服务器端建立了一张ID与特征创建信息的对应表,任一时刻参与的设计者都能方便地使数据保持同步. 相似文献

目的:特征检测是工业CT体数据处理中的重要问题,线特征是其重要特征之一,其检测效果将直接影响模式识别和分类。方法:有限线积分变换(finite line integral transform,简称FLIT)作为近年来新出现的一种多尺度几何分析方法,尤其适合于描述2D图像的线性奇异性。文中在2D-FLIT的理论基础上,将其推广到3D的情形,并结合图像融合和数学形态学的方法提出了两种基于FLIT的提取工业CT体数据中线特征的方法:一种是直接对工业CT体数据整体进行线特征的提取(3D-FLIT提取方法);一种是先对工业CT体数据按某个方向进行切片划分,再对每张切片进行线特征的提取(2D-FLIT提取方法)。结果:实验表明,与小波的方法相比,上述两种方法能有效地提取体数据中的线特征。结论:该文的方法能对工业CT体数据中的线特征进行有效提取,为后续相关的数据处理(如逆向工程)打下坚实的基础。 相似文献

随着人口老龄化现象加剧,对老年人跌倒的检测与报警越来越重要。为提高跌倒检测的准确率,提出一种基于离散特征的跌倒检测智能方法。通过对人体运动数据的分析,提出7类人体运动特征;并建立了以BP神经网络为基础的跌倒检测模型,将提取的离散特征作为模型的输入,模型的输出作为跌倒检测结果;通过对模型的学习与训练后,实现跌倒检测。方法验证和产品应用结果表明:采用基于离散特征的跌倒检测智能方法能够有效地区分跌倒与非跌倒,提高了跌倒检测正确率,降低了误报率和漏报率。 相似文献

Coroning is a complex and multi-directional gear finishing process involving metal removal of gear teeth surface, and condition monitoring has not been applied to this process. In order to capture the progress of wear, an acoustic emission (AE) sensor is used, but the large data size of AE requires extensive dimension reduction and feature selection. The conventional method of averaging to reduce the data size may have the risk of losing information as higher frequencies are filtered off. A two-step feature selection method is implemented using class mean scatter criterion and modified relevance/redundancy analysis. This method results in feature dimension reduction and enhances classification performance. It involves first ranking candidate features by calculating their separability. Features which are correlated are then combined to reduce dimensions without averaging. Application of this two-step feature selection technique enables coroning tool wear to be monitored with a classification rate of 98.3 % compared to 94.1 % using conventional feature selection. 相似文献

This paper describes a new method for data representation and visualization in four dimensions (three dimensions plus time). Sequential volumes, exhibiting morphological activity, are acquired non-invasively with a confocal scanning laser microscope, where each data set corresponds to a time sample. A pipelined processing includes packing of volumes and specific volume rendering techniques. Subsequent processing in HIS (hue, intensity, saturation) colour space combines functional, packed images with shaded three-dimensional views. As a result, even subtle changes in morphology become visible and computational time is saved.
