空气源热泵热水机组压缩机矩形橡胶圈的有限元分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过理论推导,得出了影响空气源热泵热水机组矩形橡胶圈密封性能的主要参数.利用ANSYS建立了矩形橡胶密封圈密封结构的有限元模型,对影响矩形密封圈性能的因素进行了分析.结果表明,橡胶圈和密封槽的摩擦系数越大和橡胶材料弹性模量值越高,可以密封的压力值也越高;密封槽外壁与密封圈之间间隙值增加,密封结构的密封能力下降;矩形圈密封面处的接触压力随工作压力的增加而增大,且能够满足密封要求等有意义的结果.将有限元结果和理论分析结果相比较,验证了有限元方法的有效性.方法和结果对相关密封结构的设计具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献

The performance of heat pump is severely degraded as the temperature of the heat source is decreased. For air source heat pumps, this results in a serious mismatch of heat pump output and space heating demand. Although the outdoor temperature is below 0°C, the use of a water-to-water heat pump with a floor panel heating system can operate for extended periods of time without frost-defrost cycling and therefore at a high seasonal efficiency. 设计了一种小型针-柱电晕放电结构,实现了敞开式离子源和微型气泵的系统集成。通过数码相机拍摄的针-柱放电图像和示波器记录的特里切尔放电波形,验证了该针-柱结构在没有外界气流、间隙仅2 mm的实验条件下实现了稳定的电晕放电。对针-柱结构电晕放电特性进行了研究,讨论了放电电压、镇流电阻、柱直径大小、针-柱间距等参数对针-柱电晕放电的影响,通过伏安特性曲线分析得出在放电电压为-3 800 V、镇流电阻为10 MΩ、柱直径为4 mm、间距为2 mm的实验条件下,产生的离子风气体流速最大(采用testo 405-V1风速仪测得最大气体流速为1.15 m/s)。该针-柱结构可采用微机电系统(MEMS)工艺加工实现,有望应用于质谱仪、离子迁移谱、高场非对称波形离子迁移谱等便携式分析仪器中,实现敞开式离子源和微型气泵的双重功能。 相似文献

设计、制作了一款980nm高稳定度激光泵浦源控制系统,以满足掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)稳定工作的需要。首先,以恒流激励原理设计了控制系统的驱动单元。接着,使用半导体制冷器(TEC)作为泵浦源的温度控制手段,设计了控制系统的温度控制单元。为了验证控制系统的有效性,选用一款激光泵浦模块组成了完整的激光泵浦源系统。最后,对激光泵浦源的激光输出进行了实验,研究了光功率与驱动电流的关系,以及系统的光功率稳定度与光谱稳定性等。对系统进行了相关测试实验,结果显示:应用了本控制系统的激光泵浦源的激光输出中心波长为975.2nm,光功率可达600mW,短期光功率稳定度为±0.008dB,长期光功率稳定度为±0.05dB,比同类激光泵浦源具有更高的稳定度。得到的结果表明:所设计的激光泵浦源控制系统满足设计要求,具有一定的实用价值。 相似文献

To increase the efficiency of a district heating system, we propose a district energy network concept which combines several heating resources with additional electric heat pump and thermal energy storage. With help of thermal energy storage, a heat pump can be operated at maximum efficiency at all the time. Electricity generated with less CO2 emission makes the proposed system much more environmentally friendly. Even though the proposed concept can be applied to any given situation, a specific target area was chosen to show the effectiveness of the newly proposed energy network concept more clearly. Several constraints were applied for the selection process and a simplified model used for quantitative comparison between the existing and the developed concept. Exergy analysis showed the increased performance of proposed energy network system. The result showed that the newly proposed concept generates less CO2 emission by 46% at maximum compared to the existing system. By using additional renewable energy sources, we can reduce CO2 emission even further. 相似文献

This paper presents a thermodynamic analysis of heat pump system using water as a heat source and heat sink. The primary object
in this study is the optimization of exergetic efficiency. Two different systems, 2-stream and 1 stream system, are analyzed
in detail. Mass flow ratio (the ratio of mass flow rate of water through evaporator to that through condenser) is identified
as the most important parameter to be optimized. It is shown that there exists an optimum mass flow ratio to maximize exergetic
efficiency. The variation of optimum exergetic efficiency of 2-stream system is quite small and the value lies between 0.2-0.23
for the range of investigation in this study. However, far better performance can be obtained from 1-stream system. This means
considerable irreversibilities are generated through condenser of the 2-stream system. The effects of adiabatic efficiency
of compressor-motor unit on the overall system performance are also examined in the analysis. 相似文献
