基于小波变换和Canny算子的齿轮边缘检测 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
齿轮表面的缺陷检测是保证齿轮使用安全的一个重要手段。本研究对象为整个缺陷检测系统中的一部分,对输入的图像进行边缘检测,得到图像的边缘信息,是缺陷检测前的准备工作。基于小波变换多尺度多分辨率的特性,提出了将小波变换和Canny算子相结合的方法,对齿轮边缘进行检测。首先采用中值滤波去除图像噪声,然后根据小波变换理论,选取Haar小波提取图像的低频系数并重构,再用Canny算法检测齿轮的边缘,并对实景拍摄图片进行检测实验。结果表明:当小波尺度为1时,与单纯的Canny算法检测相比,改进算法在检测精度上较Canny算子有所改进,能够较好地检测边缘。 相似文献

水下焊缝图像受到水下环境、弧光、飞溅、泥沙浑浊等噪声影响,生成的焊缝图像模糊不清质量较差,采用传统的边缘检测算法提取水下焊缝边缘,结果无法满足要求。为解决此问题,利用Canny算法,提出基于多尺度小波变换的自适应双阈值边缘检测算法。该算法结合多尺度小波变换,以三次B样条为小波函数,采用双线性插值进行非极大值抑制,根据OTSU法生成自适应双阈值抑制噪声和去除伪边缘。实验结果表明:相比传统的Canny算法,此改进算法对水下焊缝图像边缘检测效果更佳,边缘检测更精确、丰富完整,且有效抑制噪声,验证了此算法的有效性。 相似文献

在实际生产线上,根据不同的尺寸偏差对同一型号的轴承沟道曲率半径进行在线检测。针对该问题,设计基于机器视觉的轴承沟道曲率半径在线检测系统,以替代人工检测。运用CCD摄像机与MATLAB图像处理技术相结合的方法,对零件进行非接触式测量,并对采集到的零件图像进行预处理;通过对比各种边缘检测算法,采用Canny算法求取像素精度的轴承边缘;利用圆的Hough变换检测出带有圆弧的圆特征,计算此圆弧的圆心坐标和半径值。实验结果表明:该系统的测量精度可达到0.5μm,测量标准差小于2.5μm,符合工业检测要求。 相似文献

Non-contact dimensional measurements of forgings are desirable to permit real-time process control. Machine vision technology has been widely employed as a high-speed, non-contact method in dimensional measurement. However, the extracted features of high-temperature forgings are not suitable for application because of self-emitted radiation. This paper primarily introduces a spectrum selective method for improving the image quality of hot parts. By filtering certain wavelength range light and projecting light to hot parts surface, the images of the hot parts can be obtained without interference from self-emitted radiation. Experiments were also conducted to indicate that the images of hot parts were greatly improved and the feature points could be extracted and matched using the proposed method. 相似文献

Non-contact dimensional measurement of hot forgings is desirable for process control and product quality. The stereo vision method has the potential to detect the dimensions of hot forgings. However, it is necessary for the stereo vision method to obtain clear image, and to extract and match rapidly feature points of hot forgings. The spectrum selective method proposed has improved the image quality of hot parts. In this paper, based on the spectrum selective method, a fast method with the projected light stripes is presented for dimensional measurement of hot forgings. Firstly, the light stripes on the hot forging are resolved from the image by the proposed modified Gaussian model. Then, a fast sub-pixel extraction algorithm of center points of the light stripes is designed, especially for the situation of small gray variation in the image of hot forgings. Finally, the endpoints of the light stripes are employed to rapidly calculate the dimensions of hot forgings. Experiments on measuring the dimensions of hot forgings in the workshop are conducted to testify the proposed method. The experimental results indicate that the measurement method is efficient. 提出一种基于二维激光雷达的现场测量高温大型锻件的方法,系统由二维激光测距雷达、伺服电机、减速器等部件组成。先由伺服电机驱动二维激光测距雷达在不同的平面内对锻件进行扫描,得到不同坐标系下锻件表面点的坐标;之后根据坐标系间的变换矩阵,将所有坐标全部变换到统一的测量坐标系下,从而得到锻件的整体点云数据,并重构得到锻件的三维模型,进而实现尺寸测量。实验室标准件实验与锻造车间真实大型锻件实验均证明,该方法用于在线测量具有可行性和快速性,为锻造工艺在线优化奠定了基础。 相似文献

由于MAG焊外部干扰大,用CCD采集的MAG焊熔池区图像不够清晰.因此,在进行进一步处理比如边缘检测之前,需要进行必要的图像增强和去噪等预处理操作,这样才能获得更加清晰的图像边缘信息.针对以上问题,采用超分辨率技术对MAG焊熔池图像进行处理和分析.在此基础上,提出了基于小波分形插值的超分辨率图像重建方法.结果表明,该方法相对于基于传统的小波双线性插值的超分辨率方法,能有效提高MAG焊图像的分辨率,获得更加清晰的焊缝位置和图像的边缘信息,为后续的焊接质量控制和焊缝跟踪工作提供了很好的基础. 相似文献
