阳离子型微乳液介质中铜（Ⅱ）──苯基荧光酮的增敏试验

本文研究了在阳离子型微乳液介质中，用苯基荧光酮测定铜（Ⅱ）的吸光光度法。试验结果表明，以阳离子型Ｏ／ＷＣＴＭＡＢ／ｎ—Ｃ５Ｈ１１ＯＨ／ｎ—Ｃ７Ｈ１６／Ｈ２Ｏ微乳液为介质，Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－ＰＦ的ε５７２＝１．３７×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，与以水为为介质ε５４０＝４．３×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１及相同含量ＣＴＭＡＢ０／Ｗ胶束溶液为介质ε５７２＝８．９×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１比较，测定灵敏度显著提高，并且某些实验条件更加宽容。经投入使用，结果令人满意。     

二安替比林间氯苯基甲烷光度法测定锰的研究

在碱性介质中,空气将Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）氧化成Ｍｎ（Ⅳ）。在酸性介质中,庄阳离子型Ｏ／Ｗ（ＴＭＡＢｎ－Ｃ＿５Ｈ＿（１１）ＯＨ／ｎ－Ｃ＿７Ｈ＿（１６）／Ｈ＿２Ｏ存在下,Ｍｎ（Ⅳ）将二安替比林间氯苯基甲烷（ＤＡｍＣＭ）氧化成橙红色产物,λ＿（ｍａｘ）＝４７８ｍｎ,ε＝８．１×１０￣４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）锰量在０～３０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律,用于钢铁中锰的测定,结果满意     

铱－钼酸盐－罗丹明B缔合显色反应的研究

在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡＶＡ）存在下,铱与钼酸盐和罗丹明Ｂ（ＲＢ）形成离了缔合物。缔台物的最大吸收位于５７０ｎｍ摩尔吸光系数ε８．３６×１０￣５’Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１,服从比尔定率范围为０～２．７５μｇｌｒ／２５ｍｌ。测定２．０μｇ铱的相对标准偏差为２．５％（ｎ＝７）,检出限４３ｎ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝１２）。测定铱的适宜条件为ＣＨＣｌＯ＿４＝０．９３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＭｏＯ￣２－＿４９．０×１０～－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＲＢ＝３．３×ｌ０￣－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ＰＶＡＯ０８％。试验了３０多种共存离子的影响,除形成杂多酸元素     

混合微乳液的增敏作用研究——5-溴吡啶偶氮二乙氨基苯酚分光光度法测定锰(Ⅱ)

研究了在Ｏ／Ｗ混合微乳液ＳＤＳ－ＯＰ／ｎ－Ｃ４Ｈ９ＯＨ／ｎ－Ｃ７Ｈ１６／Ｈ２Ｏ介质中,Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）与５－溴吡啶偶氮二乙氨基苯酚（５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ）的显色反应。结果表明,在此介质中,显色反应的ε５７０＝１．２６×１０５,较之在单一ＳＤＳ微乳液、ＯＰ微乳液或混合ＳＤＳ－ＯＰ胶束介质中,具有更大的增敏作用和稳定性,ＭｎⅡ在０～８μｇ／１０ｍｌ范围内具有良好的线性关系。方法用于硅铁、硅砖等试样中锰的测定,结果满意。     

二安替比林对氯苯基甲烷光度法测定锰

研究了在碱性介质中,Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）被空气氧化为Ｍｎ（Ⅳ）．然后在磷酸介质中,Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）和阳离子型Ｏ／Ｗ（ＣＴＭＡＢ／ｎ－Ｃ５Ｈ１１ＯＨ／ｎ－Ｃ７Ｈ１６／Ｈ２Ｏ）表面活性剂存在下,Ｍｎ（Ⅳ）氧化二安替比林对氧苯基甲烷（ＤＡｐＣＭ）生成橙色产物,４８０ｎｍ,ε＝１．３８ｘ１０５．锰的含量在０－４００ｕｇ／Ｌ内符合比尔定律。用于合金和矿石中锰的测定,结果满意。     

2－［2′－（6′－甲氧基－苯并噻唑）偶氮］－5－二甲氨基苯甲酸光度法连续测定铁和镍

研究了新试剂２－［２′－（６′－甲氧基－苯并噻唑）偶氮］－５－二甲氨基苯甲酸（ＭＯＢＴＡＭＢ）与Ｆｅ（Ⅱ）,Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的显色反应。在混合表面活性剂（ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００－ＳＤＳ）存在下,于ｐＨ５．２的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲溶液中,Ｆｅ（Ⅱ）,Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）与ＭＯＢＴＡＭＢ反应均形成１：２的稳定络合物。前者最大吸收波长为６５１ｎｍ,后者最大吸收波长为６５８ｎｍ。选定６５６ｎｍ为测定波长,测得表观摩尔吸光系数分别为ε＿Ｆｅ－ＭＯＢＴＡＭＢ＝８．３×１０￣４,ε＿Ｎｉ－ＭＯＢＴＡＭＢ＝１．２９×１０￣５。铁浓度在０     

5—（2－噻唑）偶氮－8－氨基喹啉的合成及光度法测定微量钴

合成了新试剂５－（２－噻唑）偶氮８－氨基喹啉（ＴＡＡＱ），测定了它的酸离解常数，并用于光度法测定微量钴。在ＣＴＭＡＢ存在下，０．０４～０．０２ｍｏｌ／１ＮａＯＨ介质中，ＴＡＡＱ与Ｃｏ￣２＋形成１：３的深蓝色络合物，最大吸收峰位于６３０ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数ε＝１．２３×１０￣５１．ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１。Ｃｏ￣２＋在０～１０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法具有较好的选择性，已用于ＶＢ＿（１２）及矿石分析，结果满意。     

钯－钼酸铵－丁基罗丹明B显色反应体系的研究

本文提出了一种新的光度测定论的方法。该方法基于在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）存在下,钯与钼酸盐和丁基罗丹明Ｂ（ＢＲＢ）反应形成离子缔合物。缔合物的最大吸收位于５８０ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数ε为３．１４×１０￣５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）,钯量在０～４ｕｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内服从比尔定律。缔合物中ｐｄ：ＢＲＢ＝１：４,体系至少可稳定１０ｈ,测定钯的适宜条件是：Ｃ＿（ＨＣＯ４）＝１．６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿（ＢＲＢ）＝３．８×１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ＰＶＡ０．０８％。考察了３０多种共存离子的影响。本法用于碳基和铝基催化剂中     

用H2O2作还原剂稀硫酸浸出锰结核

在Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２存在下用稀硫酸浸出太平洋锰结核，首先将高品位锰结核磨细至０．０７４ｍｍ，浸出条件：矿浆浓度ｌｇ／Ｌ、Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４浓度３．５×１０￣３～２５×１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２，浓度１．７×１０￣（－３）～２．６×１０￣（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ、温度３０～９０℃。所得结果归纳如下含少量Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２的稀Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４可于室温快速从锰结核中提取Ｎｉ、Ｃｏ、Ｃｕ和Ｍｎ，金属的提取率依赖于Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４和Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２的浓度，缺少任何一种都不可能得到满意效果。该方法与以往的浸出工艺不同，金属的提取率随温度升高而下降。最佳条件下，各金属的提取不如下：Ｍｉ１００％、Ｃｏ９５％、Ｃｕ１００％、Ｍｎ１００％、Ｆｅ６０％。     

MnO2·xH2O共沉淀分离5—Br—PADAP—OP水相光度法测定Cu部的Sb

基于ＨＮＯ２介质中ＭｎＯ２·ｘＨ２Ｏ能分离富集锑继而利用Ｓｂ（Ⅲ）与ＫＩ的铬阴离子［ＳｂＩ４］＾－在１．１￣１．８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的Ｈ２ＳＯ４介质中与偶氮类显色剂５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ形成的离子缔合物，在乳化剂ＯＰ存在下，有较高灵敏度与选择性，可不经萃取分离水相光度法测定Ｃｕ中锑。线性范围０￣４０μｇ／２５ｍＬ，ε６１０＝４．３×１０＾４。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
