基于C-R模型的非线性系统模糊内模控制算法研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对大多数非线性系统的内模控制难以建立精确的对象模型和逆模型的问题,引入了基于C-R模型的非线性系统建模方法,并在此基础上研究基于C-R模型的非线性系统的模糊内模控制设计。由C-R模型的辨识递推算法获得对象模型和逆模型,并建立模糊内模控制算法。通过对连续搅拌反应釜控制系统的仿真表明,该控制方法有效、可行,具有良好的控制品质。  相似文献

By taking advantage of the separation characteristics of nonlinear gain and dynamic sector inside a Hammerstein model, a novel pole placement self tuning control scheme for nonlinear Hammerstein system was put forward based on the linear system pole placement self tuning control algorithm. And the nonlinear Hammerstein system pole placement self tuning control (NL-PP-STC) algorithm was presented in detail. The identification ability of its parameter estimation algorithm of NL-PP-STC was analyzed, which was always identifiable in closed loop. Two particular problems including the selection of poles and the on-line estimation of model parameters, which may be met in applications of NL-PP-STC to real process control, were discussed. The control simulation of a strong nonlinear pH neutralization process was carried out and good control performance was achieved.  相似文献

Control of pH neutralization processes is challenging in the chemical process industry because of their inherent strong nonlinearity. In this paper, the model algorithmic control (MAC) strategy is extended to nonlinear processes using Hammerstein model that consists of a static nonlinear polynomial function followed in series by a linear impulse response dynamic element. A new nonlinear Hammerstein MAC algorithm (named NLH-MAC) is presented in detail. The simulation control results of a pH neutralization process show that NLH-MAC gives better control performance than linear MAC and the commonly used industrial nonlinear propotional plus integral plus derivative (PID) controller. Further simulation experiment demonstrates that NLH-MAC not only gives good control response, but also possesses good stability and robustness even with large modeling errors.  相似文献

In this paper, a dynamic fuzzy partial least squares (DFPLS) modeling method is proposed. Under such framework, the multiple input multiple output (MIMO) nonlinear system can be automatically decomposed into several univariate subsystems in PLS latent space. Within each latent space, a dynamic fuzzy method is introduced to model the inherent dynamic and nonlinear feature of the physical system. The new modeling method combines the decoupling characteristic of PLS framework and the ability of dynamic nonlinear modeling in the fuzzy method. Based on the DFPLS model, a multi-loop nonlinear internal model control (IMC) strategy is proposed. A pH neutralization process and a methylcyclohexane (MCH) distillation column from Aspen Dynamic Module are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed modeling method and control strategy.  相似文献

Functional expansion (FEx) models are a subclass of the general block-oriented model structure for nonlinear process systems. Controller design in this context uses the internal model control (IMC) paradigm, and one can show that the resulting controllers are easily implementable. The primary advantage arises from the fact that inverting the nonlinear dynamic operator is avoided by taking advantage of the partitioned model inverse due to the special structure of FEx models. The robust stability and performance of the closed-loop system can be analyzed by expressing the FEx model as a linear uncertain system and using the structured singular value framework. We present a case study of a polymerization reactor and, for this SISO system, analyze nominal and robust stability and performance conditions as a function of the closed-loop filter constants for a given range of the input variable.  相似文献

基于近似最小一乘准则和主成分分析,针对输入信号线性相关的多变量Hammerstein模型,进行了近似偏最小一乘非线性系统辨识算法的推导。本文算法用确定性可导函数近似代替残差绝对值,可以抑制满足SαS分布的尖峰噪声,且具有目标函数可导、计算简单的优点。同时,通过主成分分析去除非线性系统数据向量矩阵之间的相关性,可以得出模型参数的唯一解。仿真实验表明,本文算法可以对输入信号存在相关性的多变量Hammerstein模型进行直接辨识,抑制了尖峰噪声对辨识结果的影响,具有优良的稳健性。  相似文献

An internal model control scheme based on a second‐order internal model (SI‐IMC) is proposed for the heat‐integrated air separation column (HIASC). An adaptive internal model control (ASI‐IMC) scheme is further presented to make the model more accurate. The IMC scheme based on the first‐order model (F‐IMC) and the multi‐loop PID (M‐PID) scheme are also explored as the comparison basis of ASI‐IMC and SI‐IMC schemes. Comparative researches among these four control schemes are carried out in detail. The results indicate that ASI‐IMC presents the best performances among the four control schemes in both servo control and regulatory control, which proves the improvement of ASI‐IMC over the SI‐IMC and the superiority of ASI‐IMC for the high‐purity HIASC.  相似文献

Abstract

The control problem of an agitated contactor is considered in this work. A Scheibel extraction column is modeled using the non‐equilibrium backflow mixing cell model. Model dynamic analysis shows that this process is highly nonlinear, thus the control problem solution of such a system needs to tackle the process nonlinearity efficiently. The control problem of this process is solved by developing a multivariable nonlinear control system implemented in MATLAB?. In this control methodology, a new controller tuning method is adopted, in which the time‐domain control parameter‐tuning problem is solved as a constrained optimization problem. A MIMO (multi‐input multi‐output) PI controller structure is used in this strategy. The centralized controller uses a 2×2 transfer function and accounts for loops interaction. The controller parameters are tuned using an optimization‐based algorithm with constraints imposed on the process variables reference trajectories. Incremental tuning procedure is performed until the extractor output variables transient response satisfies a preset uncertainty which bounds around the reference trajectory. A decentralized model‐based IMC (internal model control) control strategy is compared with the newly developed centralized MIMO PI control one. Stability and robustness tests are applied to the two algorithms. The performance of the MIMO PI controller is found to be superior to that of the conventional IMC controller in terms of stability, robustness, loops interaction handling, and step‐change tracking characteristics.  相似文献

针对具有状态、输入和中间变量约束的连续时间Hammerstein系统,提出了一种多变量构造性模型预测控制策略。首先,基于Hammerstein系统的特殊结构,利用Raccati方程构造线性环节的控制Lyapunov函数,进而设计其一族可调控制律(即稳定控制类)。其次,对约束Hammerstein系统定义一个有限时域滚动优化控制问题,通过在线优化计算实际预测控制量。利用Lyapunov稳定性定理建立闭环系统渐近稳定的充分条件。最后,以工业聚丙烯装置牌号切换控制为例,仿真验证本文结果的有效性。  相似文献

A multi-loop constrained model predictive control scheme based on autoregressive exogenous-partial least squares (ARX-PLS) framework is proposed to tackle the high dimension, coupled and constraints problems in industry processes due to safety limitation, environmental regulations, consumer specifications and physical restric-tion. ARX-PLS decoupling character enables to turn the multivariable model predictive control (MPC) controller design in original space into the multi-loop single input single output (SISO) MPC controllers design in latent space. An idea of iterative method is applied to decouple the constraints latent variables in PLS framework and recursive least square is introduced to identify ARX-PLS model. This algorithm is applied to a non-square simulation system and a stirred reactor for ethylene polymerizations comparing with adaptive internal model control (IMC) method based on ARX-PLS framework. Its application has shown that this method outperforms adaptive IMC method based on ARX-PLS framework to some extent.  相似文献

The operation of an ideal heat integrated dlstillation columan (HIDiC) is addressed .Five Kinds of control configurations, i.e. single-loop control, multi-loop control, multivariable internal model control (IMC), modified multlvariable internal model control (MIMC) and nonlinear process model-based control (NPMC), are designed and applied to the process. Simulation results demonstrate that all of the above control confaguratloam ere valid for product quality control. NPMC control configuration is found to be the best one among all the alternatives. It can readily realize setpoint transitions and conduct effectively against external disturbance. MIMC control configuration ranks second in the row for its regulatory responses to feed composition disturbances with relatively extended setting time, Next comes from the multi-loop control configuration, which is moee or lees handicapped by its greater deviations and overshootings. IMC control configuration can not compete with the multi-loop control configuration because it is extremely sensitive to operating condition changes. Single-ioop control configuration is the worst one among all the mentioned control configurations. Its responses for the uncoutrolled end products are extremely sluggish.  相似文献

Since the combustion system of coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant is characterized as time varying, strongly coupled, and nonlinear, it is hard to achieve a satisfactory performance by the conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) control scheme. For the characteristics of the main steam pressure in coal-fired power plant boiler, the sliding mode control system with Smith predictive structure is proposed to look for performance and robustness improvement. First, internal model control (IMC) and Smith predictor (SP) is used to deal with the time delay, and sliding mode controller (SMCr) is designed to overcome the model mismatch. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller compared with conventional ones.  相似文献

针对复杂工业过程中由于存在未建模动态和不确定干扰,导致关键变量的软测量精度下降的问题,提出了一种基于稳定Hammerstein模型(H模型)的在线软测量建模方法。H模型的非线性增益采用带有时变稳定学习算法的小波神经网络模型,线性系统部分采用基于递推最小二乘的ARX模型,基于输入到状态稳定性理论证明了H模型辨识误差的有界性。其中小波神经网络具有表征强非线性的特性,稳定学习算法可抑制未建模动态和不确定干扰的影响,改善了模型的预测精度和自适应能力。以典型非线性系统和实际污水处理过程为例进行了仿真研究,结果表明,基于稳定H模型的软测量方法具有较高的在线软测量精度。  相似文献

A nonlinear internal model control (NIMC) design using multiple model is proposed. In this design approach, the process model is described via validity functions as the weighted sum of a set of local models. Subsequently, an approximate inverse of the process model is constructed in order to design NIMC controller. It is shown that the validity functions can be treated as time-varying uncertainties in the resultant NIMC structure, and a structured singular value test for mixed time-varying and time-invariant perturbations is used to assess the performance limitation of the proposed NIMC design. Simulation results of a continuous stirred tank reactor illustrate that the proposed NIMC design method is superior to the conventional IMC design.  相似文献

针对pH中和过程这一化工过程系统中的典型非线性对象特点,应用神经网络建模思想和模型预测控制方法,并结合Hammerstein模型特点,研究pH中和过程非线性系统的两种新型模型预测控制手段,分别建立基于神经网络的非线性预测控制系统整体求解策略和基于Hammerstein模型的两步法预测控制策略,并用MATLAB对其进行仿真。控制仿真结果表明,建立的神经网络预测控制策略和非线性Hammerstein模型预测控制均优于传统PID控制方法,具有良好的设定值跟踪效果和抗干扰控制响应,说明这两种控制策略是非线性过程的有效控制方法。  相似文献

多变量复杂控制系统不仅具有多耦合和多时滞性,还具有结构上的复杂性,即输入输出不等,传递函数为奇异矩阵。传统的多变量内模控制是基于对非奇异对象求逆来进行的,因此很难解决这类问题。针对该情况引入矩阵论中的广义逆概念,通过求对象的广义逆矩阵来设计解耦内模控制器,打破了内模控制只能对方系统进行控制的局限性,并利用泰勒近似很好地解决了多滞后的问题,最后通过设计特殊形式的滤波器,不仅能够消除由纯滞后近似引入的不稳定极点,保证系统的稳定性,且能够保证系统的正则性。仿真结果表明,该方法不仅跟踪迅速,且继承了内模控制的无余差和强鲁棒性,动态解耦效果良好,仅对时滞变化较为敏感。由于系统基于内模控制设计,故模型匹配度越高,系统响应越好。  相似文献

针对非线性程度较高的系统,设计了一种广义预测控制器。该设计基于Hammerstein模型的动静态可分离特性,首先利用具有全局搜索能力的免疫遗传算法(IGA,Immune Genetic Algorithm)在线辨识模型的一些关键参数,然后运用广义预测控制策略实现对该系统的预测控制。仿真试验结果表明,该设计能够准确预测,而且稳定性好、稳态误差小。  相似文献

A design method is proposed for low-gain internal model control (IMC) proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers based on the second-order filter. The PID parameters are obtained by approximating the feedback form of the IMC controller with a Maclaurin series, in which the second-order filter is applied using the IMC approach to achieve a low-gain PID controller that is suitable for model mismatch problems. Analytical PID tuning rules based on the second-order filter are derived for several common-use process models. The second-order filter is designed from the desired time domain performances of maximum overshoot and settling time. Furthermore, the robustness of the IMC PID controller based on the second-order filter is analyzed, and results show that its robustness performance is better than the first-order filter under certain conditions. Finally, three categories of models divided by the ration of time constant and time delay are presented in the comparative numerical simulations to validate the effectiveness and generality of the proposed PID controller design method.  相似文献
