采用溶胶-凝胶法合成锐钛型纳米TiO2胶体,用水热处理和常压下直接烧结等不同后处理方法制备TiO2晶粒,并使用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)三种测试手段对纳米TiO2的晶型、粒度与表面结合态进行表征,研究了后处理方法对纳米TiO2物理特性的影响,指出不同的后处理方法将有不同结晶性和粒度的TiO2,且TiO2表面含有的羟基量也有所差别。 相似文献

Packing and sintering of platelike hematite powders were studied with a special emphasis on pore behavior, and the results were compared with those for acicular powders. Platy particles gave a relatively high green density of 65% of the theoretical value, but did not achieve high fired densities. This is in strong contrast to acicular powders, in which high fired densities were reached from a relatively low green density under the same firing conditions. Features observed with platy particles have been interpreted as being due to the wedgelike pores which tend to close at the early stages of densification. 相似文献

Nanocrystalline CrN powder was synthesized by the direct nitridation of nanosized Cr2 O3 powder. Powder X-ray diffractometry patterns indicated that pure cubic-phase CrN powder could be obtained by nitridation at 800°C for 8 h. Transmission electron microscopy images showed that the particle sizes were 40–80 nm. The effect of the nitridation temperature and holding time on the powder properties was studied. 相似文献

采用均匀水解法成功制备出超微细氧化铁系列粉体,其中铁黄为β-FeO(OH)相,铁红为α-Fe2O3相,粒径分布在50~100nm之间,具有良好的颗粒分散性和均匀性.在整体工艺上,该法与传统工艺中的"沉淀-氧化法(铁皮酸法)"、胶体化学法相比,具有原料来源广、流程短、工艺可靠、质量稳定的特点,适于超微细氧化铁粉体的制备及其工业转化. 相似文献

本文探讨了将铁红试样用盐酸溶解后,在60~70℃温度条件下,用磺基水杨酸作指示剂,用抗坏血酸作标准滴定溶液,直接滴定出试液中的Fe^3 ;然后,再用双氧水将Fe^2 氧化成Fe^3 ,继续用抗坏血酸标准溶液滴定,从而计算出Fe^3 、Fe^2 含量。 相似文献

以自制的水合氧化铌(Nb2O.5nH2O)为铌源,硝酸钾(KNO3)为钾源,采用柠檬酸凝胶-燃烧法制备出铌酸钾(KNbO3,KN)粉体。通过TG/DSC研究了前躯体粉末的热分解过程;借助XRD和TEM对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌和粒径进行了表征。结果表明,过多的柠檬酸和羧酸盐在330℃附近分解成碳酸盐,在600℃时KN相开始形成,没有中间相产生。煅烧温度大于600℃即可获得分散良好、粒度均匀、形状规则的纳米KN粉体。随着煅烧温度的升高,KN粉体的结晶度提高,颗粒增大。 相似文献

以Cu(NO3)2为铜源,分别用水,乙醇作为分散剂,NaOH,NaOH-Na2CO3作沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法制备了CuO纳米晶粒,并用XRD,TEM等测试手段对产物的结构,晶粒大小和形貌等进行了表征,结果表明,产物的微结构与焙烧温度,分散剂和沉淀剂的种类有关。以水为分散剂,产物的形态是分散性良好的纺锤型,而以乙醇为分散剂,产物的形态是分散性较好的球型,同NaOH作沉淀上比,共沉淀法制备了产物粒径较小,但团聚较严重,此外,初步研究了不同微结构纳米CuO对氯酸铵(AP)的催化活性。 相似文献

Two kinds of nanocrystalline indium tin oxide (ITO) powders with different crystal structures—rhombohedral and cubic—were prepared using a coprecipitation process through the control of aging time of precipitates after coprecipitation. The densification characteristics of the two ITO powders were examined. During sintering the rhombohedral ITO, which is a high-pressure phase, was transformed to cubic around 900°C. The phase transformation induced coarsening of grains and many voids in the microstructure retarded densification. On the other hand the cubic ITO, which did not experience phase transformation during sintering, was well densified as the sintering temperature increased. Poor densification of the rhombohedral ITO powder is explained from the viewpoint of coarsening of grains during the phase transformation. This result shows the significance of phase transformation during sintering. 相似文献
