1.35 kA TiB2/C阴极泄流式铝电解槽电解实验   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
介绍了1.35 kA新型泄流式电解槽的制作、筑炉、焙烧、启动以及电解实验过程;电解槽阴极表面倾角为10°,阴极采用TiB2/C;电解槽采用干式砌筑方法,焦粒焙烧,干法启动;启动后进入正常生产,平均电流强度为1.35 kA;对电解槽进行类似实际操作的加料、出铝和阳极升降过程,连续运行100 h.结果表明:泄流式电解槽运行稳定,槽电压噪声为9 mV左右;电解过程所表现出的现象与实际电解槽完全类似;根据金属铝产出量和在产铝量计算,电解效率不低于86%,接近工业电解槽;TiB2涂层牢固无损,对阴极起到了较好的保护作用;TiB2涂层的损失速度为1.0 g/(h·m2);证实了预先的理论分析,证明电解槽的此种结构是合理和可行的.  相似文献

对脉冲阴极电沉积与恒电位阴极电沉积制备的羟基磷灰石涂层膜进行了对比实验.结果表明:由于脉冲电沉积的一个关断时间使离子得以从溶液本体向电极表面扩散,在下一脉冲来临时浓差极化的减小有利于HAP的生长;在一定的导通时间下,关断时间的延长有利于羟基磷灰石的沉积,但时间的过度延长不利于羟基磷灰石的沉积;当通电时间为5 s时,其最佳关断时间为2 s;沉积时阴极极化的增强虽有利于膜的生长,但极化过于强烈(阴极电位为-1.0 V(vs SCE)时,涂层易脱落.  相似文献

冷喷涂技术相比于传统热喷涂技术有许多优势,例如喷涂温度低,涂层氧含量低,孔隙率低,在喷涂过程中不易发生氧化、烧损、相变等现象,这使得传统喷涂技术难以制备的氧敏感、热敏感、非晶、纳米材料涂层成为可能。从冷喷涂技术原理出发,介绍了各类冷喷涂设备及冷喷涂涂层的沉积机理,详细阐述了冷喷涂涂层结合机理和结合方式(机械咬合、物理结合、冶金结合、化学结合),介绍了各类冷喷涂装备(高压和低压冷喷涂系统、真空冷喷涂系统、激光辅助冷喷涂系统、静电辅助冷喷涂系统、脉冲气体冷喷涂系统和激波风洞冷喷涂系统)及其研究现状。综述了近几年冷喷涂技术在防腐涂层、耐磨涂层、生物医用、抗菌涂层、电子工业、功能涂层、修复与再制造等领域的研究和应用现状,最后对冷喷涂技术的应用和发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

生产的冷镦钢盘条出现冷顶锻开裂的质量问题,通过金相高倍观察、扫描电镜以及能谱等检测方法,对典型缺陷样品及其裂纹进行检测分析,确定了开裂的原因。结果表明:冷镦钢冷顶锻开裂原因是材料表层及次表层存在较大的夹杂物,以及轧制过程中造成了表面划伤。根据分析结果提出控制炼钢夹杂物和加强轧钢导卫调整等改进措施,改善了冷镦钢产品质量,提高其冷顶锻合格率。  相似文献

We demonstrate a prototype solar cell with a transparent polymer cathode, and indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/poly (3, 4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulphonate) (PEDOT:PSS) anode. As an active layer, thin film of a bulk heterojunction of polyfluorene copolymer poly[2,7-(9,9-dioctyl-fluorene)-alt-5,5-(4′,7′-di-2thienyl-2′,1′3′-benzothiadiazole)] (APFO-3) and an electron acceptor molecule [6], [6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) (1:4 wt.) was sandwiched between the two transparent polymer electrodes. The cathode is another form of PEDOT formed by vapor phase polymerised PEDOT (VPP PEDOT) of conductivity 102–103 S/cm. The cathode is supported on an elastomeric substrate, and forms a conformal contact to the APFO-3/PCBM blend. Transparent solar cells are useful for building multilayer and tandem solar cells.  相似文献

As a matrix for Sc-type impregnated cathode,scandia doped tungsten with a uniform ldistribution of SC2O3 was obtained by powder metallurgy combined with the liquid-solid doping method.The microstructure and composition of the powder and the anti-ion bombardment behavior of scandium in the matrix were studied by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,and in-situ AES methods.Tungsten powder covered with scandium oxide,an ideal scandium oxide-doped tungsten powder for the preparation of Sc-type impregnated cathode,was obtained using the liquid-solid doping method.Compared with the matrix prepared with the mechanically mixed powder of tungsten and scandium oxide,SC2O3-W matrix prepared with this kind of powder had smaller grain size and uniform distribution of scandium.Sc on the surface of Sc2O3 doped tungsten mauix had good high temperature stability and good anti-ion bombardment capability.  相似文献
