首先针对当前复合管液胀成形技术现状,对选材标准进行理论分析。然后通过分析衬管和基管在液胀成形复合管过程的应力应变,得到了复合管能够复合的基本要求,结合材料的力学特性,得到了衬管和基管能够实现液胀成形复合管的选材标准。最后利用有限元软件Abaqus进行模拟分析,验证了选材标准的正确性,为复合管液胀成形的初步选材提供了理论支撑,利用相关企业的实际生产,为双金属复合管液胀成形工程实际提供了重要依据。  相似文献

Ball milling is one of the most common unit operations used for size reduction across a range of industries. However, it is also a notoriously inefficient process, often contributing substantially to operational costs. In this work, we investigate the influence of rotation rate, grinding media fill level and grinding media size on the optimal production of a product of intermediate size. We find that changing the grinding media size at otherwise identical conditions produces different breakage products as well as nonmonotonic trends with varying rotation rate and grinding media fill levels. In addition, we show how to use the attainable region analysis to explore the parameter space in a reduced time without having to perform tests at every parameter combination. Finally, we examine how the complex interplay between rotation rate, grinding media fill level and grinding media size can control the mechanism of breakage occurring inside a ball mill. © 2011 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2012  相似文献

Wet‐grinding Technologies with Grinding Media and Visions of Solutions for Centrifuge Mills for the Production of Nanoparticles A complete overview is given on the wet‐grinding technologies with grinding media in stirred‐media mills for comminuting and dispersing of organic and inorganic solid particles in suspensions. With regard to the state‐of‐the‐art and long time experience of the chemical, paint‐ and printing inks industries, it becomes clear that further development of wet‐grinding‐technology is necessary in order to satisfy the requirements of the production of nanoparticles with specific functional properties in the future. A joint research project between the Technical University of Braunschweig and the Technical University of München investigates the possibilities for the production of stable product suspensions in a particle size range smaller than 100 nm. This paper shows the experimental setup which allows the measurement of the most important electrochemical properties and the analysis of the particle size distribution of the product suspension as well as an adjustment of the pH value for stabilization during the comminution process. Results for comminution of fused corundum with different grinding media materials and grinding media sizes are shown. In addition, results showing the influence of the electrostatic stabilization on the grinding progress are presented. Further, the rheology of the product suspension is examined depending on grinding progress and suspension stability.  相似文献

Wet grinding in agitated ball mills. To ensure certain product qualities it is necessary to have very fine particles or a narrow particle size distribution. For this process agitated ball mill grinding can be used as well as crystallisation and precipitation. Cost effective grinding of very fine products to a narrow particle size distribution requires that the effects of variation of strain intensity, frequency of impacts, residence time distribution, size of grinding media, viscosity of liquid and concentration of feed material should be known. The most important parameters and their effects on the grinding result are demonstrated, as well as explained by a model, and the consequences for the operating conditions of agitated ball mills are presented. By using small grinding media in agitated ball mills the production rate can be increased, or at the same energy level smaller particles can be obtained by grinding or deagglomeration. At high flow rates and a narrow residence time distribution the feed material becomes more homogeneous. These facts require the development of new or modified types of agitated ball mills.  相似文献

Electrochemistry plays an important role in the flotation of base metal sulphide minerals. During grinding a galvanic interaction occurs between minerals and grinding media and controls the iron contamination on mineral surfaces, which depresses mineral flotation significantly. In this study, the galvanic interaction was quantified by measuring the iron oxidation species originated from grinding media by ethylene diamine-tetra acid (EDTA) extraction in single mineral and mixed mineral systems. It was found that the extent of galvanic interaction between minerals and grinding media was intimately associated with the electrochemical reactivity of minerals. The nobler the mineral, the stronger the galvanic interaction with grinding media, and the higher the amount of iron oxidation species from grinding media. For both galena and chalcopyrite a linear relationship was observed between the amount of iron oxidation species and flotation recovery in single mineral systems. This relationship was able to predict the iron oxidation species on galena and chalcopyrite surfaces when they were mixed with pyrite separately. The distribution of iron oxidation species onto the two minerals in the mixture changed with the ratio of the mineral surface areas and was correlated with mineral flotation recovery. The major cathodic mineral in the mixture was dictated by the combination of mineral surface area and reactivity and drew iron oxidation species from the grinding media.  相似文献
