钼酸铵生产工艺优化浅析

文章阐述了现有钼酸铵生产工艺的特点及不足,进行大量的小型试验研究,提出了优化工艺,确定了新工艺的较佳工艺条件。利用新工艺处理钼焙砂,一方面可大大降低焙砂中的杂质含量,降低了硫化铵的单耗,每吨钼酸铵硫化铵单耗由0.025t降至0.01t以下,且有效地提高钼酸铵产品品质和纯度,另一方面实现了钼铼有效分离,并为铼金属综合回收提供了有利条件。     

十二钼酸铵焙解工艺研究

通过研究焙解十二钼酸铵制备高纯三氧化钼工艺,探讨钼酸铵焙解工艺各个影响因素之间的关系;在不同条件下制备出形貌各异、粒度不同的高纯三氧化钼,阐述了钼酸铵焙解条件与高纯三氧化钼特征影射关系。     

结晶工艺与钼酸铵品质的对比研究

一种十二钼酸铵的制备方法，包括制备混合溶液、制备十二钼酸铵前驱体、制备十二钼酸铵、洗涤烘干工艺步骤。本发明克服了传统制备十二钼酸铵采用王水提供强氧化和酸性条件方法的缺点，用高氯酸在较低的温度下，制备成高纯度的十二钼酸铵。所制备的十二钼酸铵用扫描电镜观察，晶形均一，结构完整，具有十二钼酸铵典型的六方棒状晶形，用X-射线衍射仪测试，X-射线衍射图谱与十二钼酸铵标准的X-射线衍射图谱相一致，属于十二钼酸铵晶体。本发明具有操作安全、耗能较少、可明显提高十二钼酸铵结晶度和纯度等优点，可用于制备十二钼酸铵。     

十二钼酸铵结晶工艺对比研究

通过对比十二钼酸铵结晶工艺,考察了不同结晶工艺制备十二钼酸铵的晶体形貌、粒度、晶体的衍射曲线,同时对十二钼酸铵结晶工艺进行了分析。     

用二钼酸铵制备仲钼酸铵的实验研究

介绍了用二钼酸铵制备仲钼酸铵的方法,并通过对pH值、温度、Cl-浓度和搅拌速率进行实验分析,确定了制备仲钼酸铵的工艺条件和对一次直接回收率的影响,产品质量达到国家一级标准。     

化学镀Ni-B合金的工艺条件研究

研究了镀液成分和工艺条件对Ni—B合金沉积速度的影响，确定了合适的化学镀N—B合金的工艺条件，按此条件获得了含硼量为4．508％的非晶态Ni—B合金层，并具有较好的耐蚀性。     

七钼酸铵连续式结晶工艺优化研究

本文对连续式制备七钼酸铵工艺进行了优化研究,在工艺研究的过程中,以七钼酸铵粒度为评价指标,利用单因素实验,对影响七钼酸铵粒度的因素进行分析,确定主要影响因素,随后利用Box-Behnken响应面法系统研究工艺参数对粒度的影响,得出最佳的制备工艺条件为:进料密度1.394 g/mL,搅拌速度125 r/min,外循环流量565 L/min,结晶温度为22℃。在此条件下进行3次平行实验,得到七钼酸铵粒度的平均值为408.6μm。     

掺镧八钼酸铵制备工艺研究

本文主要对掺镧八钼酸铵制备工艺进行探索研究。在八钼酸铵制备过程中,通过在不同阶段加入硝酸镧,制备掺镧八钼酸铵。确定了掺镧八钼酸铵的制备过程中硝酸镧加入方式和加入时间;通过对掺镧过程溶液pH值的考察试验,确定掺镧八钼酸铵制备工艺为液-液掺杂;重复和均匀性试验完善和证明了液-液掺镧八钼酸铵制备工艺。     

钼酸铵溶液除磷试验研究

通过大量的条件试验,对钼酸铵生产溶液含磷高的问题进行了有针对性的分析和研究,据此选用一种新型除磷剂进行除磷,除磷率都达到97%以上。试验还确认了较佳的工艺条件,为企业生产出合格的钼酸铵产品提供了技术依据。
