水苏碱的柱前衍生化HPLC测定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择含水苏碱的中药复方制剂前列泰片为对象 ,研究水苏碱的柱前衍生化HPLC测定方法。以对溴基溴化苯乙酮为衍生化试剂 ,18 冠醚 6为相转移催化剂 ,流动相为V(甲醇 )∶V(水 )=75∶2 5 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,用外标法定量。线性范围 0 5~ 5 μg(n =5 ) ,相关系数r =0 9992 ,平均回收率 10 0 1% (n =3) ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 0 6 4 %。重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,为中成药中水苏碱的含量测定提供了参考方法。  相似文献

目的建立用高效薄层色谱法测定妇康片中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法薄层的展开剂为丙酮-无水乙醇-盐酸(10∶6∶1),展开距离为90mm,温度为室温展开,取出,晾干,105℃加热15分钟使薄层板上的盐酸完全挥尽,放冷,喷以10%硫酸溶液,在105℃烘干,喷以稀碘化铋钾试液-1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液(10∶1)混合溶液至斑点显色清晰,扫描波长为527nm.结果盐酸水苏碱在4mg~40mg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9989),RSD为2.5%。结论本方法操作简单,重复性好,可作为妇康片中盐酸水苏碱的定量分析方法。  相似文献

本文介绍了喜树碱含量的分析测定方法。样品采用了乙醇超声提取法从喜树叶中提取喜树碱,并用薄层层析法和高效液相色谱法分析测定喜树碱的含量。薄层层析法测定喜树碱的含量使用硅胶G做固定相,v(氯仿):v(丙酮)=70∶30、v(甲醇)∶v(氯仿)=10∶90做展开剂。高效液相色谱法用v(甲醇)∶v(水)=55∶45做流动相,并且流动相流速为1.0 mL/min。在波长为254 nm,温度为25℃下检测。每次进样量为5μL。  相似文献

建立云南白药瑶浴粉中有效含量检测的HPLC测定方法。试验与文献相结合,选出以盐酸水苏碱作为云南白药瑶浴粉含量检测的标志物成分之一,以树脂分离方法,提纯云南白药瑶浴粉中的盐酸水苏碱,以氨基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱;乙腈-水(82∶18)为流动相;检测波长192 nm;柱温25℃的高效液相色谱方法。在进样量为2.4~24μg范围内,盐酸水苏碱对照品与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,样品的平均回收率为99.9%。实验结果显示本方法专属性强,重现性好,可作为云南白药瑶浴浸膏粉中盐酸水苏碱的定量测定方法。  相似文献

建立了八珍益母膏的质量控制方法。采用薄层扫描法对八珍益母膏中有效成分盐酸水苏碱进行含量测定,盐酸水苏碱在1.0044~10.044μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为95.12%,(RSD=1.80%,n=9)。该方法可靠、准确、重复性好,可用于控制八珍益母膏的质量。  相似文献

目的:建立一种测定吉非替尼片中药物含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Spolar C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),检测波长为247 nm,流动相为乙腈-乙酸铵溶液,流速1 ml/min。首先通过考察流动相中乙酸铵浓度、乙腈与乙酸铵溶液的比例筛选得到合适的色谱条件,并对该色谱系统进行验证。然后对含量测定样品制备的溶剂组成进行考察,确定合适的样品制备溶剂。结果:流动相为乙腈:0.6%乙酸铵溶液(40∶60,v/v),样品溶剂为含0.1%(v/v)乙酸的乙腈-水(40∶60,v/v)。该色谱条件下,药物在浓度为10~150μg/ml的范围内线性良好(r=0.9999);回收率平均值为99.84%,RSD值为0.15%;精密度良好,RSD值为0.41%(n=6);8小时内样品稳定性良好,RSD值为1.01%。结论:建立的HPLC含量测定方法稳定可靠,适于测定吉非替尼片中药物的含量。  相似文献

2,6-萘二酚粗品(纯度83.5%)在低级醇类、酯类单一溶剂或混合溶剂中重结晶,可以除掉杂质二聚物和2-萘酚等。较好的工艺条件为:m(活性炭)∶m(粗品)∶v(异丁醇)=0.1∶1∶3,回流搅拌30 min,过滤后滤液冷却得精制产品,纯度96.14%;m(活性炭)∶m(粗品)∶v(异丙醇):v(水)=0.1∶1∶3∶9,纯度96.09%,收率68%,白色粉末状晶体。该工艺精制产品纯度高,经济环保,操作简便,易于工业化。  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中葛根素含量,采用DiamonsilTM C18 5μ 4.6 mm×250 mm色谱柱,甲醇∶水=30∶70(v/v;用磷酸调节pH=3.0)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm.结果为:线性范围3~300 ng(r=0.999993),平均回收率为99.7%,相对标准偏差为1.5%.本法灵敏、快速,结果可靠,可用于保健产品质量控制.  相似文献

建立了甲氧苄啶氯化钠注射液中甲氧苄啶含量的HPLC测定方法。本法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.5)-甲醇的混合溶液(按v∶v=70∶30配制),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL/min。实验数据表明:甲氧苄啶在0.38~1.37μg的范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率RSD=0.69%,最低检测限为1ng,分析结果准确,可用于测定甲氧苄啶氯化钠注射液中甲氧苄啶含量。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
