Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi3.95Nd0.05Ti4O15 (C0.4S0.6BNT) ferroelectric thin films were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol-gel method. Ef-fect of annealing process (time and temperature) on structures and ferroelectric properties of C0.4S0.6BNT thin film was investigated. The relative intensity of (200) peak increased first then decreased with annealing temperature and became predominant at 800℃. In contrast, no evident change could be observed in the (001) peak. The remnant polarization (Pr) and coercive field (Ec) for C0.4S0.6BNT film annealed at 800℃ for 5 rain were 21.6 μC/cm2 and 68.3 kV/cm, respectively. 相似文献

This paper discusses the possibility of synthesis of SBTL sol-gel films for use as active layers for non-volatile memory(FRAM). La-doped SrBi2Ta2O9 thin films were synthesized by sol-gel method on Pt/TiO2/BPSG/SiO2/Si substrates. The structural features of the surface(AFM), crystallization behavior(XRD) during the heating and ferroelectric properties of synthesized films were discussed. It was shown that an optimum surface structure and a high share of perovskite phase of SBTL-films were compared to SBT-films(Theating=800 oC). Achieved ferroelectric parameters suggested the possibility of using synthesized SBTL sol-gel films in non-volatile memory devices. 相似文献

SiO2-CaO-MgO glass and glass-ceramic powder doped with Nd3+ were synthesized with sol-gel method.Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS),Ca(NO3)2·4H2O,Mg(NO3)2·6H2O,Nd(NO3)3·6H2O,ethanol,distilled water,and HNO3 were used as starting materials.The synthesized powder’s properties were examined with simultaneous thermal analysis (STA),X-ray diffraction (XRD),photoluminescence (PL) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis.The STA curves showed that the softening point and crystallization temperatures were shifted to higher temperatures with increasing dopant content.Regarding XRD patterns of glass samples,Nd was found to act as an intermediate oxide in glass matrix.The XRD patterns of glass-ceramic samples indicated that bredigite and akermanite crystallized in the glass matrix after heat treating at 900 oC.The fluorescence spectra showed that glass-ceramics emitted much stronger irradiation than glasses with the same dopant content.The SEM images illustrated uniform and homogeneous distribution of applied oxides in glass and glass-ceramic compositions. 相似文献

There are growing interests on phosphor thin films owing to their potential application in high-resolution devices such as cathode ray tubes and flat panel display devices. The solution-based sol-gel method is one of the most important techniques for the synthesis of vari-ous functional coating films. Compounds with the apatite structure are very suitable host lattices for various luminescent ions. Ca2RE8(SiO4)6O2 ( RE=Y, Gd, La ) is a kind of ternary rare-earth-metal silicate with oxyapatite structure, which has been used as host mate-rial for the luminescence of various rare earth and mercury-like ions. In this article, Ca2Gd8(SiO4)6O2:Dy3 phosphor films were dip-coated on quartz glass substrates through the sol-gel process. X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), photoluminescence (PL) spectra, as well as lifetimes were used to characterize the resulting films. AFM study revealed that the phosphor films consisted of homoge-neous particles. The Dy3 showed its characteristic emission in crystalline phosphor films, i.e., 4F9/2–6H15/2 and 4F9/2–6H13/2. 相似文献

Y2O3:Er3+ films were prepared by a simple sol-gel process. The structural properties of Y2O3:Er3+ flints were characterized with X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the Y2O3:Er3+ f'rims might have high upconversion efficiency because of their low vibrational energy. Under 785 and 980 nm laser excitation, the samples showed green (2H11/2→4I15/2, 4S3/2→4I15/2) and red (4F9/2→4I15/2) upconversion emissions. The upconversion mechanisms were stud-led in detail through laser power dependence. Excited state absorption and energy transfer process were discussed as possible upconversion mechanisms. The cross relaxation process in Er3+ was also investigated. 相似文献

The Raman and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy of lanthanum-doped SrBi4Ti4O15 (SBLT -x, x =0.00, 0. 05, 0. 10, 0. 25, 0.50, 0. 75 and 1.00) ferroelectric ceramics were investigated to explore the La substitution site and the influence of La-doping on the oxygen vacancy concentration. The results suggest that La3 ions behave pronounced site selectivity for the A site in the case of x ≤ 0.10, and they are incorporated into Bi2O2 layers at higher content. The oxygen vacancy concentration declines with La-doping, and the decrease seems saturated as La content is higher than 0.10. 相似文献

The humidity sensing properties of La3+/Ce3+-doped TiO2-20 wt.%SnO2 thin films were studied.Sol-gel method was employed to prepare the films on alumina substrates.By constructing a humidity-impedance measuring system,the sensing behaviors were inspected for the films sintered at different temperatures.Experimental results showed that,0.5 wt.% of La2O3 or Ce2O3 doped films sintered at 500 °C for 2 h had the best humidity sensing properties,the impedance decreasing from 109 ? to below 104 ? in the humidity range of 15-95 RH%.Moreover,Ce3+-doping had better humidity sensing properties than La3+-doping.The doping mechanism was discussed in terms of phase composition,granularity of crystalline and segregation of rare earth ions at grain boundaries. 相似文献

Nanoscale RE3 (RE=Ce, Tb) doped and codoped lutetium pyrosilicate Lu2Si2O7 (LPS) phosphors were prepared by using the sol-gel method. Heat treatment was performed in the temperature range from 900 to 1100℃. The crystal structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the β-type structure of LPS was obtained at 1100℃. The excitation spectra in the UV and VUV ranges and the emission spectra of the samples were measured at room temperature, and their luminescent properties were studied. A series of SmCo/Cr/TbFeCo multilayer thin films with perpendicular anisotropy were prepared by RF- magnetron sputtering system, and the effects of Cr interlayer thickness on magnetic properties and interlayer exchange coupling were investigated. It was found that the magnetic properties varied with the thickness of Cr interlayer, especially the values of saturation magnetization Ms and the coercivity Hc fluctuated periodically with the thickness of Cr interlayer. STM images revealed that the variation of coercivity Hc was attributed to the microstructure change of SmCo layer influenced by Cr interlayer, and the variation of Ms was related to interlayer exchange coupling. 相似文献

Nanocrystal SmBO3 powders were synthesized by nitrate-citrate sol-gel combustion method. The phase evolution, morphologies and absorbency of the synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electronic microscope (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-3101PC spectrophotometer (UVPC), respectively. XRD and FESEM re-sults showed that pure SmBO3 phase was obtained at 750 ℃, with an average original particle size of about 100 nm. FTIR showed that there were apparently concentrated absorbent peaks between 500 and 1400 cm-1. Moreover, the reflectivity of the powders apparently decreased at the wavelength between 1.05 and 1.15 μm. Therefore, SmBO3 might be a kind of absorbent material for infrared laser. 相似文献

The Ba-, La- and Ag-doped polycrystalline Ca2.9M0.1Co4O9 (M=Ca, Ba, La, Ag) thermoelectric bulk samples were prepared via citrate acid sol-gel synthesis method followed by spark plasma sintering technique. The bulk samples were characterized and analyzed with regard to their phase compositions, grain orientations as well as microstructures. The high temperature thermoelectric transport properties of the bulk samples were studied in detail. All bulk samples were found to be single-phased with modified body texture. The electrical resistivity was modulated as a result of carrier concentration modification, however the carrier transport process was not influenced; the Seebeck coefficient was deteriorated simultaneously. The total thermal conductivity was remarkably reduced, on account of the decreasing of phonon thermal conductivity. The thermoelectric properties of the Ba-, La-, and Ag-doped bulk samples were optimized, and the Ba-doped Ca2.9Ba0.1Co4O9 system was found to have the highest dimensionless figure of merit ZT0.20 at 973K, which was remarkably higher than that of the un-doped sample. 相似文献

SrAl2O4: Eu2 , Dy3 nano-particle luminescence material was prepared by sol-gel method. Influences of synthesis conditions on the particle size and luminescence properties of SrAl2O4: Eu2 , Dy3 were studied. The synthesis process and the properties of the samples were analyzed by DTA, TGA, XRD, SEM. The result suggested that the formation of SrAl2O4: Eu2 , Dy3 sol is a slow heat release process beginning at 500 ℃ and peaking at 759 ℃.SrAl2O4: Eu2 ,Dy3 crystalline was formed at 1100 ℃. The luminescence properties of the SrAl2O4: Eu2 , Dy3 nanoparticle were compared with the conventional SrAl2O4: Eu2 , Dy3 particles. The average particle size of the product is about 30 nm. The excitation spectrum of the sample shows a broad band with peaks at 240, 330, 378 and 425 nm. The emission spectrum is a broadband spectrum with a peak at 523 nm. 相似文献

Mixed strontium-yttrium borate phosphor Sr3Y2(BO3) 4 doped with Eu3+ ions was obtained by the sol-gel Pechini method.Crystal structure of the synthesized compound was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction.Optimal conditions for the synthesis were found.Photo-physical properties of the phosphor samples were investigated by collecting excitation and luminescence spectra as well as measuring lumi-nescence lifetime.Judd-Ofelt analysis showed that Eu3+ ions occupied Y3+ sites in the crystalline network.The studied compound showed a red emission with the quantum yield of 54%-55% and can be potentially used as phosphor for plasma display panels and luminescent tubes. 相似文献

Yellow-emitting YAG:Ce3+ nanocrystalline phosphors were prepared by citrate sol-gel combustion method using citric acid as the fuel and chelating agent. The influence of mole ratio of citric acid to metallic ions (MRCM), pH value of the solution, calcination temperature and Ce-doped concentration on the structures and properties of as-prepared powders were investigated in detail. Higher crystallinity and better luminescence performance powders were obtained at MRCM=2, pH=3 and the calcination temperature of 1200 °C. The phosphors exhibited the characteristic broadband visible luminescence of YAG:Ce. The optimum concentration of Ce3+ was 1.0 mol.%, and the concentration quenching was derived from the reciprocity between electric dipole and electric quadrupole (d-q). Especially, the pH value of the solution was a key factor to obtain a stable sol-gel system and then obtain pure and homogeneous rare earth ions doped YAG phosphors at a lower tem-perature. The Y3Al5O12:Ce0.03 phosphor with optimized synthesis-condition and composition had a similar luminescence intensity with the commercial phosphor YAG:Ce. 相似文献
