介绍了一种新型的双列斜直线槽机械密封,应用FLUENT软件对密封的液膜特性进行数值模拟,计算了在不同的结构参数和工况参数下密封端面间流场的压力分布、泄漏量、端面开启力和液膜刚度等特性.结果表明,双列斜直线槽机械密封可产生明显的动压效应和上游泵送效应,实现零泄漏. 相似文献

为进一步探索斜直线型槽对密封性能的影响机制,基于质量守恒边界并定义液膜密度比,建立斜直线槽液膜密封动压润滑模型;采用有限差分离散方程,对比分析液膜空化理论与实验值,验证计算模型与程序准确性;研究斜直线型槽参数包括槽数、槽深、径向和周向槽宽比对密封性能的影响。结果表明:不同倾斜角时,在临界范围内,增加槽数或增大槽深均有助于提升液膜承载力、增大泄漏量并有效降低液膜空化,尤其在较大倾斜角下;在一定范围内,虽均增大径向和周向槽宽比可提升液膜承载力、促进液膜空化发生及增大泄漏量,但影响规律不尽相同。以提升液膜承载力为目标,得出的最优型槽参数为槽数42、槽深25μm、径向和周向槽宽比分别为0.7和0.6。 相似文献

以核主泵用新型流线槽流体动压机械密封为研究对象,建立密封间隙内液体膜的压力控制方程,应用有限差分法求解,分析特定工况下流线槽的结构参数对密封性能的影响。结果表明:泄漏量和刚度对密封间隙的变化最为敏感,间隙增大时,泄漏量迅速增加同时刚度急剧下降;刚度随槽深、槽长比、堰宽比增大而先增后减,并在一定区域获得峰值。流线槽槽数为12、槽深为2 μm、密封端面间隙为1 μm、槽长比为0.6、堰宽比为0.6时,液体膜具有较大的开启力、刚度和刚漏比,密封端面产生的流体动压效应显著,密封工作性能达到较佳状态。 相似文献

基于满足质量守恒的空化模型,利用CFD FLUNET软件建立螺旋槽液膜密封端面三维模型,探讨螺旋槽结构参数对密封端面空化产生的影响规律,分析端面空化对密封端面间流体膜的开启力、液膜刚度、泵送率等的影响。结果表明:以液膜中气相体积分数变化为判据,空化效应随槽深和槽数的增加而增强,随槽径宽径比的增加呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,但随螺旋角的增加而减弱;考虑空化效应后,液膜开启力和泵送量的数值与未考虑时有所降低,但变化趋势基本一致,而液膜刚度在一定的螺旋槽结构参数范围内波动较大,影响液膜的稳定性。因此,端面空化易导致密封失效。 相似文献

The gas-film-lubricated mechanical face seal is a combined hydrodynamic and hydrostatic seal with positive leakage. Up to now, it has been widely accepted by end, users and builders of high-speed turbo compressors. The groove technology on the sealing face of the seat is one of the core technologies of dry gas seals. This article presents a patented herringbone spiral-grooved gas seal. Its one-dimensional analytical solution and two-dimensional numerical solution methods for the gas-film pressure distribution on the sealing face are presented. Up to now, more than 200 gas seals adopting this groove technology have been applied successfully in high-speed turbo compressors that deal with dangerous process gas in the oil refinery and petrochemical industries. The theoretical analyses and field applications show that gas seals with herringbone spiral grooves are advanced and practicable. 相似文献

A new type of hydrodynamic laser surface texturing gas seal with orientation ellipse dimples is introduced to improve hydrodynamic
effect. Theoretical model is developed to study the hydrodynamic effect of this new gas seal. Then, a parametric investigation
of the texturing parameters such as slender ratio, dimple inclination angle, dimple depth, and dimple area rate is presented
for the presented gas seal under different operating parameters of rotation speed, seal pressure, and clearance. Results show
that the orientation dimples can greatly improve hydrodynamic effect of laser surface texturing gas seals. Open force may

ABSTRACTA series of experiments was conducted to study the behavior and performance of a spiral groove mechanical face seal in liquid lubricated applications. The seal's ability to contain water from ambient to near saturation conditions was tested. A comparison of experimental results with a numerical solution of the Reynolds equation under isothermal conditions was done. Two-phase and non-laminar flows were observed because of high speed, high temperature and high film thickness. Different lubrication regimes, such as mixed and hydrodynamic, were also reached. The results show that the spiral groove face seal can work for a large operating range with a lower friction factor but a higher leakage than the smooth face seal configuration. 相似文献
