1 问题的提出国内外高炉系统中,富氧喷煤和鼓风除湿是发展的方向。目前马钢高炉系统鼓风湿度指标冬季为13g/m3、夏季为44g/m3,在这样的湿度下运行,生产成本必然是高的,如果能够降低湿度,其降低生产消耗的潜力是相当可观的。马钢2500m3高炉自1994年投产以来,管理日益完善。所以现在考虑高炉鼓风的除湿是必要的,它将是高炉进一步降本增效的有效途径。脱湿鼓风可以稳定炉况、提高炉内温度、降低焦比,增加高炉产量,提高产品质量。2 脱湿方法高炉鼓风的脱湿方法主要有吸附法和冷却法:(1)吸附法。即以低温介质作吸附剂,让吸附剂与湿空气充分接触…  相似文献

针对中天钢铁1580m3高炉鼓风湿度波动大的状况,采用了脱湿鼓风技术。8号、9号高炉应用实践表明,脱湿效果明显,鼓风湿度正常稳定在9~11 g/m3,最低为8g/m3,风口前理论燃烧温度稳定在2290℃左右。与脱湿鼓风前相比,日产量增加78.26t/d,焦比降低3.21 kg/t,煤比上升7.62kg/t,燃料比下降16.33kg/t,煤气利用率提高1.46个百分点。高炉采用脱湿鼓风技术,对提高入炉风量,稳定理论燃烧温度,以及提高煤比、降低焦比、增加日产量等,起到了一定的促进作用,但也带来了鼓风机吸入侧机壳、管壁结露的问题,为避免腐蚀,需要在相应位置加设保温层。  相似文献

一、概述随着高炉喷吹率的提高,国内外很多高炉的风温已经达到或接近其热风炉供热能力的极限,继续增加喷吹量受到了风口前火焰温度不足的限制。为了改善喷吹状况,进一步降低燃料比,日本在1974年投产了世界上第一台鼓风脱湿装置。到1979年3月,日本脱湿鼓风的高炉已达24座。脱湿鼓风被认为有以下好处:(1)减少鼓风中水份分解的耗热;(2)减少鼓风水份的波动,有利于炉况稳定和冶炼稳质生铁;(3)提高风口前火焰温度,允许多喷燃料。在仅考虑第(1)、(2)两项作用时脱湿1g/Nm~3可节焦1kg/t,在喷吹量受火焰温度不足限制的高炉上脱湿鼓风可同时收到以上三个效果。我国南方地区大气湿度高,波动大。以  相似文献

 COREX脱CO2顶煤气作为一种优质富氢气体,直接喷吹进入高炉可有效降低高炉燃料消耗。建立了高炉喷吹COREX脱CO2顶煤气静态工艺模型,研究高炉喷气对风口理论燃烧温度、炉腹煤气量、炉腹煤气成分、风口回旋区形状、直接还原度、节焦效果等因素的影响,并进一步探究了提高风温作为热补偿措施后的适宜喷气量。研究结果表明,不采取热补偿措施条件下,随着COREX脱CO2顶煤气喷吹量的增加,理论燃烧温度逐渐降低,炉腹煤气量逐渐升高,高炉直接还原度降低。以维持理论燃烧温度和炉腹煤气量稳定为标准,风温相对基准提高30、60、90 ℃后,可接受喷吹的煤气量为45.4、85.5、123.3 m3/t。热补偿后,随着喷气量增加,鼓风量逐渐降低,富氧率逐渐升高。炉腹煤气中的CO及H2含量随喷气量增加而增加,每增加10 m3/t的COREX煤气喷吹量,炉腹煤气中总的还原气体体积分数增加0.46 %,直接还原度降低0.006,节约焦炭1.48 kg/t。  相似文献

对芜湖新兴铸管3号高炉中修后开炉达产操作实践进行了总结。3号高炉在经历两次炉况失常后,生产指标劣化明显,且第八段冷却壁出现损坏,为消除安全隐患,高炉被迫进行中修。中修采用氧枪开炉技术,炉缸清理工作量较常规开炉减少50%以上,工作时间缩短2~3天,有效降低了开炉成本;送风后高炉仅3天就快速达产,日产量3668t/d,2周日产量再创新高,达到3981 t/d。  相似文献

A series of experiments examined the relationship of urbanism to helping. Six types of helping behaviors were studied in a cross-sample of 36 small, medium, and large cities across the United States. The relationship of helping to a series of statistics reflecting the demographic, social, environmental, and economic characteristics of these communities was then examined. The strongest and most consistent predictor of overall helping was population density. There were significant correlations between economic indicators and helping in 3 situations. The U.S. Army Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) course, which provides face-to-face resilience training, is one of the foundational pillars of the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness program. The 10-day MRT course is the foundation for training resilience skills to sergeants and for teaching sergeants how to teach these skills to their soldiers. The curriculum is based on materials developed by the University of Pennsylvania, the Penn Resilience Program (PRP), and other empirically validated work in the field of positive psychology. A patient with Alzheimer's disease, who is still alive, was investigated using a battery of tests, including design-copying and identification, the Gottschaldt hidden figures, a reading test, picture identification, and identification of tachistoscopically presented figures. The main observations were (i) an inability to handle more than one "element" of visual input simultaneously, (ii) an inability to attain and sustain a correct test performance. This last feature was assumed to be related to a difficulty in establishing and sustaining a set or attitude about how to solve the task. The pharmacokinetic concepts introduced and defined in a preceding article are now applied to the management of drug therapy for the individual patient. The factors that affect the time course of drug concentrations in plasma produced by repetitive administration include the dosing rate, total clearance, biologic half-life, and systemic availability of the drug. A clinical pharmacokinetics service can monitor drug concentrations in biologic fluids, design individualized drug-dosing regimens, and carry out pharmacokinetic diagnostic work-ups to help determine the reasons for a patient's unusual response to drug therapy.  相似文献
