The rheological behavior of mechanochemically degraded poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) was studied through a Brabender plasticorder and capillary rheometer. The experimental results show that the degraded PVC has a much shorter plasticizing time, higher plasticizing rate, and lower melt viscosity and glass transition temperature as compared with undegraded PVC. The results provide a theoretical base for using the low molecular weight PVC prepared by the mechanochemical method as plasticizer for high molecular weight PVC. 相似文献

采用PVC糊树脂与掺混树脂复配,研究各复配比例下,掺混树脂对增塑糊初始黏度及黏度稳定性、以及糊制品蒸发残渣性能的影响。结果表明:增塑糊初始黏度随掺混树脂比例的增加而逐渐减小;各体系糊黏度稳定性也相应变差,当CPM-31/SB-100=70/30时,PVC增塑糊的黏度稳定性最差,而CPM-31/SB-100=100/0时的黏度稳定性最好;掺混树脂的加入主要影响PVC糊制品在4%乙酸和正己烷浸泡溶剂下的蒸发残渣性能指标,且当掺混树脂含量为10份后两者残渣结果变化趋势相反。 相似文献

研究了硬脂酸异辛酯(EHO)作为聚氯乙烯树脂增塑剂使用的可能性和适宜用量,以及对聚氯乙烯流变性能的影响。实验结果表明:EHO只能作为聚氯乙烯的辅助增塑剂使用,适宜用量为5~10份;当EHO与邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)以5:45混合使用时,可提高聚氯乙烯软制品的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和耐寒性等性能。同时,通过流变性能实验,发现EHO在聚氯乙烯硬塑料中具有良好的润滑作用。 相似文献

采用转矩流变仪和旋转黏度计研究了PVC树脂种类、增塑剂种类、掺混树脂加入量对环保PVC增塑糊凝胶性能的影响规律。结果表明,PVC糊树脂聚合度越大,增塑糊的凝胶化时间越长;颗粒呈规则圆状树脂配制的增塑糊,其凝胶时间相对较长;颗粒呈扁片状的树脂配制的增塑糊,其凝胶时间相对较短。增塑剂与PVC糊树脂相容性越差,增塑糊的凝胶时间越长。随掺混树脂添加量的增多,凝胶时间逐渐延长,当其加入量为40 份(质量份,下同)时,凝胶时间从空白时的18 min延长至28 min。 相似文献

AbstractIn this work, polyvinyl chloride/multi-walled carbon nanotube-grafted-graphene oxide (PVC/MWCNT-g-GO) membranes were fabricated by employing a classical phase inversion method for use in the Al-Dura Refinery (Baghdad, Iraq) wastewater treatment. The effects of MWCNT-g-GO contents on the properties and performance of PVC/MWCNT-g-GO membranes (i.e., 0.0599, 0.119, and 0.219?wt.%) were investigated. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), contact angle (CA), porosity, and mechanical properties were used to characterize the MWCNT-g-GO and composite membranes. The membrane performance was characterized by liquid permeation flux and chemical oxygen demand (COD) rejection. The SEM and AFM results showed significant effects of MWCNT-g-GO on the structural morphology of the membranes. Also, it was found that the addition of a 0.119?wt.% MWCNT-g-GO membrane greatly improved the CA and porosity, from 74.5° to 13.9° and from 69.3% to 81.4%, respectively. Adding 0.219?wt.% of MWCNT-g-GO to the casting solution produced a major positive impact in the membrane mechanical properties. With 0.119?wt.% of MWCNT-g-GO (e.g., 254?L/m2·h), the membrane fostered increases in the water permeation flux that were 66% greater than when using the neat PVC (e.g., 153?L/m2·h). The COD rejection of the prepared membranes also improved significantly, from 60% for neat PVC to 88.9% after adding 0.119?wt.% of MWCNT-g-GO. 相似文献

采用振动黏度计系统研究了碳酸钙粒径大小、含量及颗粒形貌对环保聚氯乙烯(PVC)增塑糊黏度及稳定性的影响规律。结果表明,用4.5um碳酸钙配制的增塑糊初始黏度最大,且黏度稳定性最差;固定PVC树脂为100份时,随碳酸钙含量的增加,增塑糊的初始黏度增大,黏度稳定性降低;固定PVC和碳酸钙粉体总量为120份时,随碳酸钙含量的增加,增塑糊的初始黏度减小,黏度稳定性升高;用规则菱形碳酸钙配制的增塑糊黏度相对较小,用棉絮状碳酸钙配制的增塑糊黏度相对较大,且黏度稳定性最差。 相似文献

This article studies the foaming properties of PVC plastisols prepared from six different types of PVC paste resins with different degrees of polymerization that were produced through two methods, a seed emulsion method and a micro-suspension method. The underlying mechanisms that result in differences in the foaming properties are discussed as well. The results indicate that formulation S5 has the best foaming quality using past resins produced with the seed emulsion method, and formulation S6 made the best plastisol samples from paste resins produced through the micro-suspension method. Seed emulsion-produced paste resins with low degrees of polymerization are more suitable for preparing high-quality foam materials. The parameters used to judge the foam quality are the initial decomposition temperature Tf (5%), Tf − Tηmax and Tf (5%) − Tηmax. The greater the value of these three parameters, the better the foaming effect. The degree of polymerization of the paste resin and the particle morphology directly affect the rheological parameters, namely Tηmax, of PVC plastisol, and subsequently affect the magnitude of Tf − Tηmax and Tf (5%) − Tηmax, which in turn affect the quality of the foam. 相似文献

Jute fabrics-reinforced linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) matrix composites (50 wt% fiber) were prepared by compression molding and mechanical properties were studied. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) matrix was incorporated instead of LLDPE in the jute based composites and their mechanical properties were investigated and compared with the control composites. It was found that with the increase of PVC in the LLDPE based composites, the mechanical properties were found to improve significantly. Degradation tests of the composites for upto 24 weeks were performed in soil medium. Water uptake and Thermo-mechanical properties of the composites were also studied. 相似文献
