研究了松香、古马隆、酚醛树脂、C5树脂及环氧树脂对NR/BR并用胶性能的影响,通过对胶料硫化特性、工艺性能及硫化胶物理机械性能的测试。试验结果表明,几种增粘树脂均具有软化增粘的作用,能降低胶料的门尼粘度,提高胶料的塑性,改善加工工艺性能,对胶料硫化特性影响不大;酚醛树脂能增加胶料的硬度和拉伸强度;加入C5树脂可以提高胶料的撕裂强度和耐磨性;环氧树脂的加入能缩短加工工序、降低混炼能耗,胶料的弹性最好。 相似文献

针对全海深工作环境对深海电缆护套用橡胶材料的使用性能要求,研究氯丁橡胶(CR)胶料和CR/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的物理性能、绝缘性能、耐海水老化性能和挤出性能。结果表明:与牌号为Denka Chloroprene A-90的硫黄调节型和牌号为CR322的混合调节型CR相比,牌号为CR232的非硫黄调节型CR物理性能优异,更适合用作深海电缆护套胶料的主体材料;CR/NR并用胶(并用比80/20)的绝缘性能好,体积电阻率可达1.3×10~(12)Ω·cm,且物理性能和耐海水老化性能好;以固体古马隆树脂/白油膏为增塑剂的CR/NR并用胶挤出表面光滑、挤出膨胀率小,是深海电缆护套的优选橡胶材料。 相似文献

将等量的石油树脂和古马隆树脂分别配制成橡胶胶料,在同等条件下炼胶、硫化,按照橡胶软化剂的性能采用古马隆树脂胶的分析标准进行检测。经实验数据的对比分析,证实了石油树脂作为橡胶软化剂,完全可以代替古马隆树脂,而且优于古马隆树脂。 相似文献

Some exploratory work was done to look at novel applications, such as filler use and comonomers, for lignin in thermosetting unsaturated polyesters and vinyl esters. The solubility of different lignins (pine kraft, hardwood, ethoxylated, and maleinated) was determined in different resin systems (acrylated epoxidized soybean oil, hydroxylated soybean oil, soy oil monoglyceride, and a commercial vinyl ester) to give an idea of the compatibility of lignin with the resin systems that were used. Further, the use of lignin as a filler was studied. An increase in the glass‐transition temperature was noticed, and the modulus at 20°C decreased because of the plasticizing effect of lignin. The lignin was modified to improve its effect on the matrix properties by adding double bond functionality, thus making it possible to incorporate the lignin molecule in the resin through free‐radical polymerization. Modified lignin was introduced in several resins by a reaction with maleic anhydride and epoxidized soybean oil and was tested for its effect on the solubility, glass‐transition temperature, and modulus. This modification improved the solubility of lignin in styrene‐containing resins, as well as the chemical incorporation of lignin in the resin. Moreover, lignin was used to treat the surfaces of natural hemp fibers to utilize lignin's natural affinity for cellulosic fibers. The idea was to cure the surface defects on the natural fibers and increase the bonding strength between the resin and fiber. 采用低相对分子质量的液体环氧树脂(EP)与固化剂混合作为增强体的前驱体,比较了其填充天然橡胶(NR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)及两者并用胶的物理机械性能,考察了EP用量对并用胶及炭黑增强并用胶物理机械性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜表征了填充后的NR、BR及并用胶的微观相态结构。结果表明,EP的加入均可提高NR、BR、NR/BR并用胶的物理机械性能,其中并用胶的拉伸强度提高幅度最大;当EP用量约为24份时,NR/BR并用胶的综合性能最佳;EP可以提高炭黑增强NR/BR并用胶的物理机械性能,但提高幅度不大;EP在NR/BR并用胶中呈现规整的圆球形状,直径为1.0~2.5μm。 相似文献

The effect of various epoxidized vegetable oils as potential plasticizers for poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) was evaluated in terms of changes in mechanical and thermal properties and morphology. PHB is a biodegradable aliphatic polyester obtained from bacterial fermentation. High stiffness and fragility are two of its main drawbacks. To overcome this behaviour, PHB was plasticized with various amounts of two different epoxidized vegetable oils: epoxidized linseed oil (ELO) and epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO). The total ELO and ESBO content varied in the range 5 phr (per hundred resin) to 20 phr and plasticized PHB materials were obtained by melt extrusion and compounding followed by injection moulding. The results show that the plasticizing effect provided by ELO is more efficient than that by ESBO with balanced properties at a concentration of 10 phr ELO. ELO addition leads to an improvement in mechanical ductile properties with a noticeable increase in elongation at break and impact absorbed energy. With regard to thermal properties, the addition of both ELO and ESBO leads to a marked increase in thermal stability of PHB. All these findings suggest that addition of 10 phr ELO leads to optimized PHB formulations with potential uses in technical applications. © 2016 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Cardanol is the main ingredient of cashew nut shell liquid, an agro‐byproduct. Its comparative merits vis‐a‐vis aromatic oil for plasticizing HAF‐black‐filled natural rubber (NR) is the subject of this article. Aromatic oil is the conventional plasticizer employed for such compounding requirements. The mechanical properties, ageing behavior, and torque time curves during cure of NR plasticized by both these materials are compared under identical conditions. It has been established that cardanol, when used as plasticizer, gives rise to similar tensile properties, shorter cure times, and superior ageing behavior compared to aromatic oil. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
