With respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MADM) problems in which attribute values take the form of intuitionistic linguistic numbers, some new group decision making methods are developed. Firstly, some operational laws, expected value, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic linguistic numbers are introduced. Then, an intuitionistic linguistic power generalized weighted average (ILPGWA) operator and an intuitionistic linguistic power generalized ordered weighted average (ILPGOWA) operator are developed. Furthermore, some desirable properties of the ILPGWA and ILPGOWA operators, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity, etc. are studied. At the same time, some special cases of the generalized parameters in these operators are analyzed. Based on the ILPGWA and ILPGOWA operators, two approaches to multiple attribute group decision making with intuitionistic linguistic information are proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approaches and to demonstrate their practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

As an extension of fuzzy set, a Pythagorean fuzzy set has recently been developed to model imprecise and ambiguous information in practical group decision‐making problems. The aim of this paper is to introduce a novel aggregation method for the Pythagorean fuzzy set and analyze possibilities for its application in solving multiple attribute decision‐making problems. More specifically, a new Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operator called the Pythagorean fuzzy induced ordered weighted averaging‐weighted average (PFIOWAWA) operator is developed. This operator inherits main characteristics of both ordered weighted average operator and induced ordered weighted average to aggregate the Pythagorean fuzzy information. Some of main properties and particular cases of the PFIOWAWA operator are studied. A method based on the proposed operator for multiple attribute group decision making is developed. Finally, we present a numerical example of selection of research and development projects to illustrate applicability of the new approach in a multiple attribute group decision‐making problem.  相似文献

针对语言比例二元组信息集成的问题,提出了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子的群决策方法。基于基本单位区间单调(BUM)函数的定义,提出了三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子的概念。由于三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子和语言术语的数值表示(NR)之间存在交互关联,提出了用三角模糊数的中心有序加权平均算子代替语言术语的数值表示的方法,并将此方法得到的NR和语言术语的NR进行了对比分析。引入了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子,介绍了语言比例二元组Bonferroni平均算子的群决策方法,并用一个实例来说明其可行性。  相似文献

Hesitant 2-tuple linguistic variable realizes a graded information approach to characterize the uncertainty of human cognition. This study is concerned with the development of new aggregation operators and aims to design a new group decision making approach to address the information fusion involving the interrelationship between aggregated terms and the prioritization relationship among decision makers under hesitant 2-tuple linguistic situation. Firstly, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (H2TLBM) operator and prioritized weighted hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (PWH2TLBM) operator are established. Subsequently, some pertinent properties and special forms of the developed operators are studied in detail. To employ the proposed operators to solve group decision making problems, a novel TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple attribute decision making) method based on possibility degree is developed under the situation of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic information. The designed decision making method not only inherits the merits of the traditional TODIM approach, but also characterizes the interrelationship of criteria. The detailed process of solving problems is exemplified to highlight the practicality and feasibility of the designed method. Furthermore, comparative analysis with other methods is carried out to further offer insights on the designed decision method.  相似文献

The weighted geometric (WG) operator and the ordered weighted geometric (OWG) operator are two common aggregation operators in the field of information fusion. But these two aggregation operators are usually used in situations where the given arguments are expressed as crisp numbers or linguistic values. In this paper, we develop some new geometric aggregation operators, such as the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (IFWG) operator, the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IFOWG) operator, and the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric (IFHG) operator, which extend the WG and OWG operators to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are intuitionistic fuzzy sets which are characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the developed operators. Finally, we give an application of the IFHG operator to multiple attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the induced generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (I-GIFOWA) operator. It is a new aggregation operator that generalized the IFOWA operator, including all the characteristics of both the generalized IFOWA and the induced IFOWA operators. It provides a very general formulation that includes as special cases a wide range of aggregation operators for intuitionistic fuzzy information, including all the particular cases of the I-IFOWA operator, GIFOWA operator and the induced intuitionistic fuzzy ordered geometric (I-IFOWG) operator. We also present the induced generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (I-GIIFOWA) operator to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Further, we develop procedures to apply them to solve group multiple attribute decision making problems with intuitionistic fuzzy or interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with 2-tuple linguistic information. Firstly, motivated by the ideas of Choquet integral and Shapley index, we propose three 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators called Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet averaging operator, Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet geometric operator and generalized Shapley 2-tuple linguistic Choquet averaging operator. Then we discuss some properties of these operators, such as idempotency, monotonicity, boundary and commutativity. Secondly, if the information about the weights of decision makers (DMs) and attributes is incompletely known, we build two models to determine the optimal fuzzy measures on DM set and attribute set, respectively. Furthermore, we develop a new method for multiple attribute group decision making under 2-tuple linguistic environment based on the proposed operators. Finally, we apply the developed MAGDM method to select the most desirable emergency alternative and the validity of the developed method is verified by comparing the evaluation results with those obtained from the existing 2-tuple correlated aggregation operators.  相似文献

针对毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊多属性决策中,集成算子的重要作用以及集成算子不完善的情况,较为系统地研究了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子。为此,在毕达哥拉斯模糊数的运算和运算法则基础上,定义了毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权平均算子(PHFOWA)、广义有序加权平均算子(GPHFOWA)和混合平均算子(PHFHA),以及毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊有序加权几何平均算子(PHFOWG)、广义有序加权几何平均算子(GPHFOWG)和混合几何平均算子(PHFHG),并结合数学归纳法,分别给出了它们的计算公式,讨论了它们的有界性、单调性和置换不变性等性质。建立了基于毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集成算子的多属性决策方法,并应用算例和相关方法比较说明了决策方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

In this study, a multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem is investigated, in which decision makers provide their preferences over alternatives by using linguistic 2-tuple. In the process of decision making, we introduce the idea of a specific structure in the attribute set. We assume that attributes are partitioned into several classes and members of intra-partition are interrelated while no interrelationship exists among inter partition. We emphasize the importance of having an aggregation operator, to capture the expressed inter-relationship structure among the attributes, which we will refer to as partition Bonferroni mean (PBM). We also investigate the behavior of the proposed PBM operator. Further to aggregate the given linguistic information to get overall performance value of each alternative in MAGDM, we analyze PBM operator in linguistic 2-tuple environment and develop three new linguistic aggregation operators: 2-tuple linguistic PBM (2TLPBM), weighted 2-tuple linguistic PBM (W2TLPBM) and linguistic weighted 2-tuple linguistic PBM (LW-2TLPBM). Based on the idea that total linguistic deviation between individual decision maker's opinions and group opinion should be minimized, we develop an approach to determine weight of the decision makers. Finally, a practical example is presented to illustrate the proposed method and comparison analysis demonstrates applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

Multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under linguistic environment is an important part of modern decision sciences, and information aggregation operator plays an import role in solving MAGDM problems. In this paper, an approach for solving MAGDM problem with q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic information is developed. First, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted averaging (q-ROFTLWA) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weighted geometric (q-ROFTLWG) operator are presented. Furthermore, the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLMM) operator and the q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (q-ROFTLDMM) operator are proposed on the basis of Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator. Then, an approach is developed to deal with MAGDM problem under q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic environment based on the proposed operators. Finally, a numerical example for selecting desirable emergency alternative(s) in the process of designing emergency preplan is given to illustrate the application of the developed method and demonstrate its effectiveness.  相似文献

区间二元语义值是一种常用的不确定环境下决策信息表达形式。考虑到决策信息的交叉影响作用,定义了区间二元语义值的Bonferroni平均算子以及相应的加权形式,在此基础上,给出了组合形式的区间二元语义值的加权Bonferroni平均算子的概念,并研究了算子的幂等性、单调性等数学性质,给出了基于C-I2TLWBA算子区间二元语义值的集成模型和决策应用。实例表明了该模型具有较好的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, we utilize power aggregation operators to develop some Pythagorean fuzzy power aggregation operators: Pythagorean fuzzy power average operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power geometric operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power weighted average operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power weighted geometric operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power ordered weighted average operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power ordered weighted geometric operator, Pythagorean fuzzy power hybrid average operator, and Pythagorean fuzzy power hybrid geometric operator. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized these operators to develop some approaches to solve the Pythagorean fuzzy multiple attribute decision‐making problems. In this paper, we investigate a generalized power average (GPA) operator and its weighted form, which are on the basis of the power average (PA) operator and the generalized mean, and develop a generalized power ordered weighted average (GPOWA) operator based on the power ordered weighted average (POWA) operator. Then, we extend these operators to uncertain environments and present an uncertain generalized power average (UGPA) operator and its weighted form, and an uncertain generalized power ordered weighted average (UGPOWA) operator to aggregate the input arguments taking the form of interval of numerical values. We also extend the GPA operator and the GPOWA operator to intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and obtain the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy power averaging (GIFPA) operator and the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy power ordered weighted averaging (GIFPOWA) operator. Moreover, some properties of these operators are studied. We also present new approaches on the basis of the proposed operators in an example of strategic decision making.  相似文献

Considered in this paper is the group decision making problem with inter-dependent or interactive attributes, where evaluation values of decision makers are in linguistic arguments. By using the Choquet integral, some new aggregation operators are introduced, including the 2-tuple correlated averaging operator, the 2-tuple correlated geometric operator and the generalized 2-tuple correlated averaging operator. The proposed operators can better reflect the correlations among the elements. After investigating properties of these operators, a new multiple attribute decision making method based on the new operators is proposed. In this paper, by unifying the induced ordered weighted averaging (IOWA) and the weighted average, a novel induced aggregation method for intuitionistic fuzzy set is investigated. More specifically, a new intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) induced aggregation operator called weighted intuitionistic fuzzy IOWA weighted average (WIFIOWAWA) operator is introduced. A significant advantage of the WIFIOWAWA operator is that it can eliminate the drawback of the existing operators by the dual roles of its order‐inducing variables. In addition, some of its desired properties and families are explored. Furthermore, using the proposed operator, a procedure is developed to solve multiple attribute group decision making problems in the case of IF situation. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the developed method.  相似文献

Then a new aggregation operator called induced generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IG-IFOWA) operator is proposed, which extend the induced generalized ordered weighted averaging (IGOWA) operator introduced by Merigo and Gil-Lafuente [Merigo, J. M., & Gil-Lafuente, A. M. (2009). The induced generalized OWA operator. Information Sciences, 179, 729-741] to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are intuitionistic fuzzy sets that are characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function. Some desirable properties of the IG-IFOWA operator are studied, such as commutativity, idempotency, monotonicity and boundary. And then, an approach based on the IG-IFOWA and IFWA (intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging) operators is developed to solve MAGDM problems with intuitionistic fuzzy information.
